The purpose of this study was to investigate comparison of blood lactate concentration in alpine boarders and board cross riders. Ten male athletes (five alpine board and board cross), snowboarders volunteered to participate in the experiment. All participants were performed at P resort (highest grade class slope), located in Gangwondo. Blood samples were obtained from finger tip at rest, immediately after exercise, after each of 3, 15 minute recovery for determination of lactate concentration. Statistical results were calculated by SPSS/PC window version 20.0. It was analyzed by independent t-test. The statistical level of significance was set to p<.05. The results were as the following: Blood lactate concentration was increased immediately after snowboarding and 3 minute after the recovery in board cross group showed a significant higher(p<.05) than alpine board group. Also, peak value and increasing rate of blood lactate concentration in board cross group showed a significant higher(p<.05) than alpine board group. In conclusion, it was demanded the multiple consideration of blood lactate concentration check for the analysis of precise exercise intensity in snowboard performance.
골프 아이언 스윙 시 Fade, Draw, straight 구질에 따른 운동학적 분석

This study was conducted to provide quantitative data on a kinematic analysis of a ball flight (Fade, draw and straight) in golf iron swinging so as to contribute to the enhancement of golf performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a 3D motion analysis was conducted on 28 male golf players. Based on the results of this study the following conclusions were drawn. First, the iron shot stance differed depending on each ball flight. The subjects performed a swing in open stance posture for Fade, and a closed stance posture for draw. Second, the trunk angle differed for E5 and E6 depending on the ball flight. The trunk rotation was bigger for draw E5 and E6 than fade. Third, the head angle differed depending on the ball flight. The subjects performed an impact with the head open for fade and head closed for draw. Fourth, the maximum angular velocity of the trunk differed depending on the ball flight. The maximum angular velocity was faster for draw compared to straight and fade. Fifth, there was no statistically significant difference in the point of time in which the maximum angular velocity between the pelvis and trunk appeared. However, the study shows the subjects performed effective rotational motions for fade, draw and straight in a whip-like pattern.
스노보드 지상 자세훈련과 슬로프 상에서의 턴 동작 시 운동학적 비교

The purpose of the study was to validate the training equipment through the kinematical comparative analysis of snowboard turns on actual slope and on training device. Three dimensional motion analysis was performed on both conditions of which changes in vertical displacement of hip and lower limb joint angles in each events were compared. In the results, the position of hip was obtained higher in training device than on actual slope whereas, during the back turn the maximum inclination of the body was observed much smaller in actual slope which is considered as a result to perform stable turns through reducing the angle. In conclusion, as snowboarding involves dynamic movements, the training device chosen for the study could only mimic some aspects as of the real environment and reflects the technical limitation of the equipment. Hence, need of much more complex training device which could facilitate dynamic movements as of real competitive situation is considered be beneficial not only for skill acquisition but also for training specific muscles required in snowboarding.

The purpose of this study was to investigate analysis of energy expenditure of ski plate in ski players. Six male alpine ski athletes volunteered to participate in the experiment. The rotating F1 made by F Co. and existing products S1 and S2 plates used in the experiment, and the doble blind test were performed. Subjects installing F1→S1→S2 plates each performed three runs. Energy metabolic variables were obtained from portable wireless gas analyzer and polar at rest, lactate threshold (LT), and maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂max) for determination of heart rate (HR), oxygen uptake (VO₂), metabolic equivalent (MET) and energy consumption (EE). The change in HR, VO₂ and EE were more higher when installing F1 than S2 and S1 plate at the LT point. Oxygen uptake as an indicator which showed the mobilization capacity of lactic acid system during energy metabolism and the depletion of energy sources, the concentrations of fatigue substances in peripheral muscle by exercise also more increased with the increased in speed, when installing F1 plate than S2 and S2 plates.
