An enhanced small target detection method based on compressive sensing is presented in this paper. In the case of the conventional method, the performance of the detection is depend on system resources. By using sparse recovery, the small target detection method can be improved in resolution and robustness against system resources and system error. 본 논문은 압축센싱 기법을 적용하여 소형 표적탐지 성능을 높이는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 소형표적 탐지 기법의 경우 레이다 시스템자원에 따라 탐지 성능이 정해지게 된다. 희소 최적화를 통해 자원과 시스템 오류에 강인한 고분해능 소형 표적 탐지기법을 구현할 수 있다.

Fabrication of Conducting PEDOT Nanotubes Using Vapor Deposition Polymerization

Highly conducting poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) nanotubes were fabricated by vapor deposition polymerization using anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) nanopororus template. Highly ordered PEDOT nanotube arrays with high respect ratios were produced using this process. The nanoscale diameter and microscale length of the nanotubes were controlled by the pore sizes and depths of the AAO membranes, respectively. The PEDOT nanotubes in the bulk sample had a very high conductivity of 2,000 S/cm. Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies,transmission and scanning electron microscopies, and atomic force microscopy were used to determine the structure as well as the electrical and optical properties of the PEDOT nanotubes.

and its location was moved from the suburbs into a town. But most of these memorial halls were disposed to depend on the placeness of site related to the object to memory. And these were alienated from the daily life of residents who lived that site. The kernel of this study is to search the meaning of 'commemoration and memory' in the view of comtemporary philosophy. According to the view of Contextualism and Bergson, the meaning of memory is not to represent simply matters of history but to invest each event that realize matters of history with new meaning. After all, memorial hall as the urban context would be appearance able to harmony with the daily life of urban citizen. Lastly, through this study, I propose new concept of the Memorial hall based on the 'Allteglichkeit' as the urban context.

주파수 영역으로 구현한 SpSF알고리듬: 비균일 센서 환경에서의 도래각 추정 성능

Currently, studies on the estimation algorithm based on compressive sensing are actively underway, but to the best of our knowledge, no study on the performance of the Sparse Spectrum Fitting (SpSF) algorithm in nonuniform sensor arrays has been made. This paper deals with the derivation of the compressive sensing based covariance fitting algorithm extended to the frequency domain. In addition, it shows the performance of directon-of-arrival estimation of the frequency domain SpSF algorithm in non-uniform linear sensor array system and the sensor array failure situation. 현재 압축센싱 기반 도래각 추정 알고리듬의 연구는 활발히 진행 중이나 비균일 센서 배열 기반 공분산 fitting 알고리듬의 성능에 대한 연구는 진행되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 주파수 영역으로 확장된 압축센싱 기반 공분산 fitting 알고리듬의 유도과정을 다루며 센서배열이 비균일하게 배치된 경우와 센서배열의 일부 소자에 고장이 발생한 경우에 대한 해당 알고리듬의 도래각 추정 성능을 비교하였다.

Improvement of DOD/DOA Estimation for Bistatic MIMO Radar

In this paper, we apply the Newton-type method for the optimization of cost functions for spectrum estimation-based bistatic DOD (direction of departure)/DOA (direction of arrival) estimation algorithm of the bistatic conventional beamforming and the bistatic capon beamforming algorithm in the bistatic MIMO radar system. Explicit expressions of the first derivatives and the second derivatives of the cost functions are presented. The Newton-type search for simultaneous update of the DOD/DOA based on the gradient and the Hessian of the cost function is also presented. The performance improvement in terms of estimation accuracy is demonstrated using the Monte–Carlo simulations.

알도 로시의 작품과 데 키리코의 형이상학적 회화 사이의 관계에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 알도로시와 데 키리코로 대변되는 형이상학적 회화 사이의 유사성을 밝히고 이를 바탕으로 기저에 깔린 사상을 찾아보는데 있다. 데 키리코는 니체의 사상을 회화로 표현하고자 노력했던 화가이며, 그러한 노력이 형이상학적 회화의 독특한 특징들을 만들어낸다. 단순한 기하학적 형태와, 강렬한 음영(그림자), 반복이 그 특징이다. 알도로시의 회화에서도 이러한 특징들을 찾아 볼 수 있으며, 이러한 특징들은 단순히 드로잉에서 끝나는 것이 아니라 실제 건축에서 발현되어 나온다. 따라서 비록 알도 로시가 데 키리코의 영향을 받았다고 단언할 수는 없지만, 니체의 사상으로 이러한 유사성을 살펴보면 현대건축으로서의 알도 로시의 건축물의 특징을 살펴 볼 수 있으며, 이는 현대건축이 가져야할 하나의 특성으로 인식할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to compare the relationship of Aldo Rossi’s drawings and metaphysical paintings that is characterized by De chirico, Italian artist. De chirico was influenced by Nietzsche, and he tried to express Nietzsche’s philosophy with his paintings. Such being the case, metaphysical painting has a some features - a simple form, strong shadow, repetition. And Aldo Rossi’s drawings have these features, too. So, we can suppose that Aldo Rossi is influenced by De chirico, and many critics, especially Manfredo Tafuri did so. If it is so, it is possible to infer that Aldo Rossi is influenced by Nietzsche. I examined Aldo Rossi’s drawings, buildings, books and articles. And I can find same features in these things. And I want to suggest that these features are what today’s architecture have to restore.

건축가 이종호의 기억 개념과 기념건축에 관한 연구

최근 ‘역사’의 대안으로서 ‘기억’이 대두되고 있다. 기억은 거대 담론으로서 역사에 의해 타자화 되었던 개인적인 사건과 시간들을 의미한다. 이러한 역사에서 기억으로의 역사인식에 대한 변화는 새로운 형태의 기념건축을 요구하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 이종호의 기념건축을 통해 ‘기억’을 바탕으로 한 기념건축에 대해서 연구를 하고자 한다. 이종호의 기억을 바탕으로 한 초기 기념건축에서는 ‘대항기억’이 사용되었고, 이는 포스트모더니즘 문학에서 열린 텍스트적 성향을 보이며, 형의 드러나지않음, 중심축의 해체, 낯설게하기의 관람동선, 연약한 외장재 라는 특징으로 나타난다. 하지만 그의 마지막 기념건축에 대한 작업인 마로니에 공원에 이르러서 그는 전혀 다른 모습을 보여주는데, 컴퓨터에 의한 자동생성의 보로보이 다이어그램을 사용하고 있는 것이다. 이는 그가 ‘생성의 기억’이라는 개념을 그의 기념건축에 적용한 것이며, 이는 오늘날의 기념건축의 설계에 있어서 매우 가치있는 작업으로 평가될 수 있다. Recently, ‘Memory’ comes into the spotlight as a new substitute for ‘History’. ‘Memory’ means individual events, respective histories and times that were considered ‘the others’ by History called ‘grand governing discourse’. This conversion of the idea of memory calls for a new paradigm of the memorial architecture. So the purpose of this study is to suggest the contemporary memorial architecture design process based on the concept of memory. Specially, Lee Jong Ho's memorial architecture is studied for this study. Because, he had designed the memorial architecture based on concept of memory. In the first stage of design, 'Counter-memory' is applied to his memorial architecture. His memorial architecture in this stage corresponds with the property of post-structural 'open text'. These memorial architecture would have the following features. Unperceivable Form, Remove the Main Axis, Defamilarization, Weak material. His last work of memory, Marronnier Park design looks entirely different than previous works. According to his paper about Marronnier Park, 'Creation-memory' is applied to this work. For this cause, he use the Voronoi diagram generated by automatic generation process of computer. This is because he want the author to be excluded. This kind of design is an work unprecedented in today's memorial architecture design. It is not easy to embrace such a design, but it would be valuable to study. In this sense, Marronnier park is important works to think about today's memorial architecture.
