신경회로망을 이용한 SRM의 토크 추정과 스위칭 각 제어

본 논문에서는 신경회로망을 이용한 스위치드 릴럭턴스 전동기(Switched Reluctance Motor, SRM)의 간편한 순시토크 추정기법과 스위칭 각 제어에 관해 연구하였다. 간단한 구조와 높은 효율 등의 많은 장점을 가지고 있는 SRM은 부하토크와 회전속도에 따라 운전특성이 달라지므로 최적운전을 위해서는 스위칭 각 제어가 필수적이다. 이러한 스위칭 각은 고정자 및 회전자 극호각, 토크 및 속도 등의 여러 변수들에 따라 달라지기 때문에 적정 스위칭 시점을 결정하는데 있어서 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 부하토크 및 회전속도에 따라 효율이 가장 높은 적정 스위칭 각을 실험을 통해 선정한 후 신경회로망(Neural Network, NN)을 이용하여 전동기 제어에 적용하는 방안에 관해 고찰하였다. 또한 스위칭 각 제어에 있어서 필수적인 순시토크의 추정에 있어서도 신경회로망을 이용하여 인덕턴스의 비선형적인 특성이 고려되도록 하였다. 구현된 스위칭 각 제어기를 실제 시스템에 적용하였으며, 고효율 측면에서 선정된 스위칭 각 제어기의 동특성을 확인함으로써 스위칭 각 제어기의 적합성을 검증하였다. This paper presents a simple torque estimation method and switching angle control of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) using Neural Network(NN). SRM has gaining much interest as industrial applications due to the simple structure and high efficiency. Adaptive switching angle control is essential for the optimal driving of SRM because of the driving characteristic varies with the load and speed. The proper switching angle which can increase the efficiency was investigated in this paper. NN was adapted to regulate the switching angle and nonlinear inductance modelling. Experimental result shows the validity of the switching angle controller.

This paper presents a position sensorless control system of Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) using high performance Digital Signal Processor (DSP). The control of SRM depends on the commutation of the stator phases in synchronism with the rotor position. Because of the position sensing requirement increases the overall cost and complexity, position sensorless operation is needed. To estimate the rotor position from electrical parameters, much calculation time is required. This control system can be realized using high performance DSP.
스위치드 릴럭턴스 전동기의 히스테리시스 및 PI 전류제어기 응답특성

This paper presents a comparisons of different current controller response characteristics of SRM. The most common current controllers of the SRM is hysteresis type. The hysteresis controller is easy to implement and fast current control response, but has the inherent disadvantage of switching frequency variations. The other common type of current controller is PI scheme. The design of a classical PI current controller with fixed parameters for SRM is not an easy task due to the extreme nonlinear characteristics. In this paper, some linearization technique is used for design of PI current controller. Experimental results of 1-hp SRM are presented for the basic reference data which can be used to select the proper current control scheme according to the applications.

This paper presents a simple electronic stater for single phase induction motor(SRIM) To obtain a starting torque, the phase angle of the auxiliary winding is controlled using simple gate trigger control circuit Because of this electronic stager circuit consists of some passive element and switching device, it is simple and robust The experimental result shows some good results, and verifies the proposed electronic starter.

This paper presents an implementation of motion control system of Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) using digital hysteresis controller by TMS320F240 DSP SRM position control system possess several advantages over other motors, including high efficiency, simple structure, low cost, and four-quadrant operation at a wide speed range, especially for the servo drive systems with precision, stability and fast response characteristics in the industrial applications. In the suggested motion control system, position control using digital hysteresis controller is developed, and is evaluated using experimental testing The developed system for cost reduction and high-performance by fully digital controller is shown a good response characteristic of motion control results.<br/> <br/>

The low cost, ruggedness, and reliability of switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive makes them potentially suitable for many industrial applications. But the generation of a high-level torque ripple and the acoustic noise restricts the practical application range. This paper analyzes the torque characteristic of SRM according to rotor pole arc and the effect of turn-on and turn-off angles to reduce the torque ripple. The simulation result shows the different torque characteristic of each cases.

The permanent magnet BLDC motors are increasingly being used in high performance applications due to the high torque density and simplicity in their control. In this paper, the control system of the BLDC motor is developed which can be used for the micro motor handpiece, and position sensorless control is realized using back EMF measurement scheme. The validity and practical applications of the developed slotless BLDC motor and drive system are verified through the experimental results.
