신임 경찰공무원은 대체로 경찰조직의 특징인 계급적 조직생활, 급박하고 위험한 현장에서의 신속한 대응, 자신의 생각과는 다른 경찰에 대한 국민들의 태도, 다양한 사건들을 해결하기 위한 노하우 등으로 업무에 적응하는 데 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 따라서 신임 경찰공무원들이 경찰조직에 효과적이고 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록 도와 줄 수 있는 조직적인 지원체제가 필요하다. 이 연구는 지구대ㆍ파출소에서 근무하는 경찰공무원들을 대상으로 멘토링의 기능이 경력몰입과 팀웍에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 이에 다음과 같이 연구결과가 도출되었다. 멘토링 기능의 경력개발 기능, 사회심리 기능, 역할모형 기능은 경찰 공무원의 경력몰입 및 팀웍에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 즉, 멘토로부터 제공되는 멘토링의 기능을 높게 지각할수록 그 직원의 경력몰입과 팀웍이 높아진다는 것이다. New police officers generally have difficulties in adaptation on the works to solve people's attitudes and various cases about other police officer unlike their thoughts to hierarchical organization characteristic of police organizational life in the urgent and dangerous scene. Therefore new police officers need to get the organizational support system to help them allow efficient and quick adaptation in police organization. This study has found out police officer working in the police station can effect the mentoring functions to cause their career involvement and teamwork.. This study was derived as follows: Career Development function, Psychosocial function, Role Model of the mentoring function can have an effect their career involvement and teamwork to be on the bright side. In other words, the more highly perceptive functions of the mentoring, the more highly their career involvement and teamwork increase.

초기 청소년의 스마트폰과다사용과 학교폭력 가해행동과의 관계성 연구

본 연구는 초기청소년의 스마트폰과다사용과 학교폭력 가해행동과의 관계에 대한 적응유연성의 조절효과를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 대구·경북에 재학중인 초등학교 4학년부터 중학교 2학년 800명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이 중 학교폭력 가해경험이 있다라고 응답한 450명을 최종 연구대상으로 하였다. 수거된 설문지는 AMOS, SPSS 통계 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 초기청소년의 스마트폰과다사용과 학교폭력가해행동간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 스마트폰과다사용과 적응유연성간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 초기청소년의 스마트폰과다사용이 학교폭력가해행동을 예측하는 것으로 나타났으며, 스마트폰과다사용이 학교폭력가해행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 적응유연성이 조절효과를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 스마트폰과다사용이 학교폭력가해행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 적응유연성이 완충 역할을 함으로서 부정적인 영향을 제어할 수 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 스마트폰과다사용과 관련하여 기존의 병리적인 문제 중심의 소극적인 대처에서 벗어나 그들이 직접적으로 과다사용에 대처 할 수 있는 능력을 키워 줄 수 있는 적극적 대처를 통한 예방과 치료가 좀 더 효과적일 수 있다는 시사점들을 언급하였다. This study intends to find out the effects of early teens' excessive smart phone use and its correlation to school violence. To do so, 450 students in the 4th grade of elementary schools and 2nd year of middle schools in the areas of Gyeongbuk and Daegu were selected to conduct a survey. These 450 students were chosen because they were previously involved in cases of school violence. The results of the analysis find that there is a significantly positive correlation between early teens' excessive use of a smart phone and school violence, and there is a significant negative correlation between excessive use of a smart phone and being resilient. Therefore, this paper suggests that resilience play a role in relieving negative effects of excessive use of smart phones on school violence. Also, it was revealed that early teens' excessive smart phone use can cause school violence.

한국 민간경비 산업은 주5일 근무와 경제발전에 따른 경비 대상물의 급격한 증가, 범죄증 지역문화축제와 스포츠 행사 등 그 특성상 대규모 행사의 성격을 지니고 있는 경우 시민 및 관광객의 참여로 인한 혼잡 및 테러리즘 등안전상의 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 사회가 다변화 되어감에 따라 그 발생원인 또한 변화되어 왔으며, 대규모 시민참여 행사의 안전대책 역시 변화하는 사회 위협요소들에 따라 변화되어야 한다. 이와 같이 대규모 시민참여 행사 관련 안전사고에 대한 위협요소가 증가되면서 행사 주관 주체는 행사의 목적과 성공전략 뿐만 아니라 안전사고를 예방하고 원활하게 운영되도록 그 내실에 있어서도 만전을 기해야 하며, 안전사고의 발생으로 그 행사 본래의 취지를 퇴색시키는 부정적 결과가 일어나지 않도록 하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 안전관리 전문가를 행사 운영에 참여하도록 하여야 하며, 그 실질적인 안전관리 활동을 경찰 등 공권력 작용으로 하기에는 한계가 있으므로, 민간경비를 활용하여 이루어지도록 하여야 한다. 이에 따라 민간경비를 통하여 대규모 행사의 안전관리를 위한 혼잡 경비업무를 담당하도록 하기 위한 법 • 제도적 정비가 필요하며, 이를 위해 경비업법 상 혼잡경비업무를 독자적인 경비업무로 규정하여야 한다. 이를 토대로 경비지도사 및 경비원 교육 • 훈련이 혼잡경비업무에 특화되도록 법제화 되어야 할 것이다. Many problems related to the private security in Korea emerges in company with its growth. Hidden behind the structural vulnerability of private security in Korea are legal and institutional problems, which should be solved to lay the foundation for the original example of private security system. In these contexts, this study analyzes the actual conditions and the development measures of private security in Korea. The development ways that make up for the imperfection of current private security system are as follows. First, It should be achieved that Legal Criteria is to be improved and the measure plan that can secure security company founder's work ethics should be suggested. Second, the supervision system is to be done in quality for the purpose of the permission for security business. The supervision department in the police should be operated efficiently by being expanded and in the long term, the independent agency to cover administrative duties related to the private security should be founded. Third, the education system for private security personnels and security counsellors should be actualized and the specialized and practical training should be given to them. Fourth, the Expert Certification System should be enforced to test private security personnels' ability, qualification, and work ethics. Fifth, it is necessary to break down Cut-Throat Competition and petty business. So Company Ranking System and Standard Price System should be introduced and the function of Korea Security Association is to be reinforced.

본 연구는 청소년들의 스마트폰 중독이 공격성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구ㆍ경북에 소재한 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수거한 자료는 SPSS 통계 분석 프로그램을 사용하여 이변량 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 청소년들의 스마트폰 중독이 공격성에 미치는 영향이 유의미 한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 청소년들의 스마트폰 과다 사용은 대인공격성 및 대물공격성 등이 높아질 수 있음을 의미한다. This study was conducted to investigate how adolescents' smart phone addiction affect agression. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do students enrolled in a survey. Correlation and regression analysis was performed by using SPSS program. The result of this study is that adolescents' smart phone addiction affect on agression significantly. It means that oversuse of smart phone can bring high aggression against person and things to adolescents.
