ICR 마우스를 이용한 발효삼출건비탕의 단회투여 독성에 대한 연구

Objectives: Samchulgeonbi-tang (shenzhujianpi-tang) has been prescribed as one of traditional herbal medicine for treatment of stomach diseases since ancient time in Korea. Samchulgeonbi-tang extract was fermented by Lactobacillus spp. for improving the effect. However, the toxicity and safety of fermented Samchulgeonbi-tang (FS) extract were not confirmed. Therefore, this study was performed to evaluate the acute toxicity and safety of FS extract. Methods: To evaluate the acute toxicity and safety of FS extract, several doses of FS extract, 0, 500, 1000 and 2000 ㎎/㎏, were orally administered to 20 male and 20 female ICR mice, respectively. After treatment with FS extract, we observed mortality, general toxicity, behavior and change of body weight for the 14 days. After 14 days of oral administration, all mice were sacrificed and hematological parameters were analyzed from blood serum. Results : In present study, the toxic signs such as mortality or abnormal behaviors by FS extract were not observed. There are no significant differences between FS-treated group and control group in body weight, organ weights, and hematological parameters. Conclusions : The remarkable adverse effects by FS extract were not observed in ICR mice. Also, any death was not occurred at all treated FS doses, 500, 1000 and 2000 ㎎/㎏. Therefore, the approximate lethal dose (ALD) of FS extract may be more than 2000 ㎎/㎏.

Objectives Bangpungtongsung-san(Fangfengtongsheng-san) has been traditionally prescribed a a restorative medicine. Methods In this study, we investigated the acute toxicity of water-extracted Bangpungtongsung-san(Fangfengtongsheng-san). 20 male and 20 female mice were orally treated of Bangpungtongsung-san(Fangfengtongsheng-san) at the respective doses of 0 (control group), 1250, 2500 and 5000mg/kg for 14 days. Results We observed survival rates, general toxicity, change of body weight and examined microscopic changes of some organs. Conclusions Compared with the control group, we could not find any toxic alteration in all treated groups (1250, 2500 and 5000mg/kg). LD50 of Bangpungtongsung-san(Fangfengtongsheng-san) might be over 5000mg/kg and it was very safe to ICR mice.

This paper is developed to demand management scenario of energy consumption efficiency improvement, electricity generation efficiency improvement, network efficiency improvement, change of distribution ratio, movement of energy source, change of heating system, put of CHP to quantitatively assess to impact on energy use of demand management at the national level. This scenario can be applied Energy System Management model was developed based on Energy Balance Flow. In addition, effect analysis through built demand management scenario was quantitatively evaluated integrated demand management effectiveness of energy cost saving, CO2 emission reduction and energy savings of national level by calculating to primary energy source usage change in terms of integration demand management effect more often than not a single energy source separated electricity, heat and gas.

This paper studied about the characteristics of the Far Infrared Ray Radiant Oven. We decrease intensity of electromagnetic wave which depended on electric and magnetic field occured by the Far Infrared Ray Radiant Oven and then the affected effect on the human body is minimized.
