In case of national rental apartment, habitability is generally evaluated low comparing with typical apartments. So, researches and investment are required to increase the residential environment. In this point of view, present study aims to suggest the basic data for improvement of homeless masses' dwelling level through economic feasibility analysis. Firstly national rental apartment, which habitability is considered to be low in the point of environment-friendly, welfare, and convenience, is chosen as objective. Secondly environment-friendly project items including project flow were set up, and then basic model was formed to evaluate economic feasibility through priority survey to residents. In result, priority for two items among six different proposals were higher than the others. This result could be useful when trying to increase the dwelling level of national rental apartment being planned to construct in future.

At the economical crisis of Korea in 1997, self-determined price for apartment and the revision increasing the ratio of residential area for mixed-use residential building were introduced to activate the construction industry, which causes construction companies to build super high rise apartment discriminative and high class orientated. This study aims to classify the super high rise building which is planned to build or built recently and to analyze the architectural characteristics. The objects are 288 unit households in 26 apartment complexes higher than twenty five story since 1998. As a result, super high rise building comparing with existing apartments were being varied in plan types of main building and unit household and in construction types. As for the plan, the number of walls having opening to outdoor were increased and it is considered that high rise building can take advantage of a view, lighting and sunshine. The location of living room that used to be in the center of unit in existing apartment was moved freely without rule.

This study aimed to evaluate the room acoustical performances of multi-purpose halls, surveying the architectural features and analysing the acoustical characteristics by measurements. In addition, adjectives appropriate for the evaluation of the room acoustical performance in multi-purpose halls were determined through the method of questionnaire survey and subjective evaluation through psycho-acoustic experiment. The results from the experiment were analysed by the correlation analysis and the factor analysis, consequently useful adjectives for the evaluation of acoustical performances in multi-purpose halls were determined depending on the types of performance.
서민의 삶이 담긴 문화의 장으로서 재래시장의 소리풍경에 관한 의식

This study intends to analyze the cognition and the characteristics of soundscape in the conventional market, which is a public and a cultural place where there are joys and sorrows of the common people and their lives. Surveys both in the conventional markets and in a major supermarket were carried out targeting street vendors to catch the cognition and the characteristics of its soundscape. In addition, an observing survey was performed focused on one of the objective conventional markets to understand the composition of sound environment. As results, four factors are deeply involved in the impression factor of sound environment such as pleasure, vitality, stability, and warmth for both conventional market and major supermarket. Vendors of the major supermarket evaluate the impression as a pleasant, vibrant, and stable impression. Vendors of the conventional market, however, highly appreciate the fact that it is friendly. From the result of satisfaction for the sound environment, the order of importance was pleasure, vitality, stability, and warmth. The conditions related to the sound environmental resources for the conventional market were appeared that the sounds by brawl and cars/horns are perceived negatively, while the haggling sound was recognized positively. The result that people think living with warmth as an important factor shows a section of common people’s life.
