        한국전통간장의 맛과 향에 관여하는 주요 향미인자의 분석(III) -향기성분 분석 -

        This study was carried out in order to investigate effective aroma components of Korean traditional soy sauce. Volatile aroma compounds were extracted by solvent extraction, TMS esterification of methyl acetate extracts and SDE, and analyzed by GC/MSD. 140 voltile aroma compounds were detected by three different extraction methods. Most abundant volatile compounds were acids and phenols and identified aldehydes, hydrocarbons, ketones, furans, furanone, alcohols, esters, nitrogen compounds, sulfur compounds and thiazoles, too. In the analytical sensory evaluation of soy sauce aroma, there were significant differences between each soy sauce sample in all test item. To sum up, Sweet odor was high in Kyupjang. Nutty odor and traditional soy sauce odor were similarly high in Kyupjang and high concentration soy sauce. Kyupjang had high score in overall odor preference than Chungiangs. The result of multiple regression of soy sauce odor characteristics and gas chromatography pattern demonstrated that offensive and sour odor was affected by octadecanoic acid. Contributive compounds to sweet odor were 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid and 3,6-dioxa-2,7-disilacotane. Benzoic acid 4-methyl ethyl ester and nonacotane were identified as major compounds of nutty odor. Contribu live variables of traditional soy sauce odor were benzoic acid 4-methyl ethyl ester and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid. The main factors of odor preference were 3-methyl pentanoic acid, acetic acid, 2,6-dimethyl heptadecane and 3,6-dioxa-2,7-disilacotane.

        한국전통간장의 맛과 향에 관여하는 주요 향미인자의 분석(II) - 질소 화합물, 유리아미노산 및 핵산관련물질 분석 -

        This study was carried out in order to analyzed the changes in nitrogen containing taste compounds of three different types of traditional Korean soy sauce with varing ripening period, and to investigates correlation between sensory characteristics and taste compounds contents via contents assay and sensory evaluation of soy sauce samples. Total nitrogen, ammonia type nitrogen and amino type nitrogen contents showed the highest value in Kyupjang. 17 kinds of free amino acid was detected in Chungjangs and 16 kinds of free amino acid was detected in Kyupjang. Nucleotides and their related compounds detected were hypoxanthin, xanthin, IMP, AMP, Inosine, ADP. Free amino acid and nucleotides and their related compounds contents were highest in Kyupjang. Nitrogen related compounds content of high concentration soy sauce ripened over 150 days increased similarly with Kyupjang. In the sensory evaluation of soy sauce taste, Chungjang samples acquired the highest score in the offensive taste test while Kyupjang marked highest score for sweet taste, nutty taste, taste preference. High concentration soy sauce ripend over 150 days yielded the result similar to that of Kyupjang. Sweet taste showed positive correlation with nitrogen compounds. The materials that showed positive correlation with nutty and traditional soy sauce taste and taste preference were nitrogen compound, IMP, AMP. Except for tryptophan, all free amino acid showed positive correlation with nutty and traditional soy sauce taste. Particulary, taste preference correlated to lysine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid.

        Henoch-Sch$\"{o}$nlein 자반증 환아에서 동반된 공장-공장형 장중첩증 1례

        저자들은 복부 통증 및 구토를 주소로 내원한 HSP를 진단받은 5세의 남아에서, 복부 초음파 검사를 통해 공장-공장형 장중첩증을 진단하였으며 그 후 자연감압으로 증세가 호전되었고, 복부 전산화 단층 촬영 검사로 자연정복되었음을 확인한 환아 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Gastrointestinal involvement occurs in two thirds of children with Henoch-Sch$\"{o}$nlein purpura (HSP) and intussusception is by far the most common abdominal complication. Intussusception in HSP almost originates in the small bowel, which is in contrast with idiopathic intussusception. Earlier diagnosis and prompt treatment of intra-abdominal complications can reduce the mortality and ultrasound is the imaging modality of choice in evaluation the bowel manifestations of HSP. We report a case of jejuno-jejunal intussusception associated with HSP in a 5-year-old boy who presented with diffuse abdominal pain and vomiting after a few days of HSP onset. Abdominal ultrasound demonstrated intussusception in the jejunum with well defined target appearance because of the thickened intussusceptum, which disappeared on the computerized tomographic examination checked approximately 24 hours later. A brief review of literature was made.

      • 다큐멘터리 제작자의 저작물 이용에 관한 소고

        Fair Use Doctrine is one of the important tool to decide the limitation between copyright holders`` rights and users`` rights. It makes a decision about the scope of users`` right which means the users`` creative rights to fulfill the goal of copyright law. To reach this goal, it is also important to establish the meaning and the institution of fair use doctrine. Today, as developing the information technologies, there are various methods to represent personal expression. Especially, audio-visual methods, like films, become more important and popular. However here come another problems-copyright. It shows a plenty of works-writings, musics, photos, even performances- at the same time in a same frame, so the user should take the clearance right process to successfully release his works. It is very anxious, expensive and dangerous, typically to small size documentary filmmakers. To protect social documentary film makers, in the U.S., ``Documentary filmmakers`` Statement of Best Practices in Fair Use`` was declared in 2006. It is for the documentary filmmakers to use copyrighted works without copyright holders`` permission. By using the fair use doctrine, filmmakers can quote other works without the fear of violation of others`` copyright. It can also diminish the cost of making film. In the Korean copyright law, there is not the fair use doctrine. But the article 28 in the Copyright Act stipulates the rule of quoting the existed works. I think we apply it to the case of filmmakers`` use right. If it can be possible, we can get a similar result to the fair use doctrine of the U.S.. Although our system is under the continental legal system, so we can not accept the fair use doctrine directly, the court can consider the practices in the U.S. to decide the case related to fair use doctrine for documentary filmmakers.

        그림책을 활용한 요리 활동이 유아의 수학적 개념 발달에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 그림책을 활용한 요리활동이 유아들의 수학적 개념 발달에 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울에 위치한 유치원에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 40명을 대상으로 하였으며, 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 20명이다. 그림책을 활용한 요리활동이 8주간 통합적으로 전개되었으며, 수학개념 측정을 위한 검사도구는 Fisher(1988)을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 그림책을 중심으로 한 통합적 요리활동은 유아의 수학 개념 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine how integrated cooking activities using picture books affect on the development of mathematical concept of kindergarten children. The subjects are 40 five-year-olds kindergarteners in Seoul. They have been divided equally into two groups, experimental and control. Both of group has 20 members each. An experimental group of children experienced 8 cooking activities using picture books for 8 weeks. In the pre and post test, the rating scale was reused to evaluate the degree of young children’s mathematical concept. The result show that the experimental group showed more higher score of mathematical concept. In conclusion, cookingt activities using picture books improves young children’s mathematical concept.

        평화적 문제해결 게임놀이가 유아의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 평화적 문제해결 게임놀이 경험을 유아들에게 제공하여 이러한 놀이 경험이 유아의 친사회적 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 구체적으로 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구대상은 실험집단 25명(평균연령 65개월, 표준편차 3.21)과 비교집단의 25명(평균연령 66개월, 표준편차 3.42)으로 총 50명의 유아이다. 6주 동안 주 2회씩 총 16개의 평화적 문제해결 게임놀이를 실험집단 유아들에게 적용하고, 친사회적 행동 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 t 검증을 실시하여 실험 처치의 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 실험집단 유아들이 비교집단 유아들보다 친사회적 행동이 유의하게 증진된 것으로 밝혀져 유아의 친사회적 행동을 증진시키는데 평화적 문제해결 게임놀이가 효과적인 것으로 밝혀졌다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of game play using peaceful problem solving on young children's prosocial behavior. The subjects used in this study were 50 children. The mean age of the subjects was 65 months. The subjects participated in a 6-week program for a total of 16 hours(two times a week). A independent-samples t-test was conducted to analyze the difference between the experimental group and the control group in prosocial behavior. The results of this study were as follows. There were significant difference between the experimental and comparative group. The the experimental group had higher scores in young children's prosocial behavior then the comparative group. In conclusion, the game play using peaceful problem solving can be considered an effective program in promoting children's prosocial behavior and should be applied to early childhood education settings. Therefore, it is considered that game play using peaceful problem solving developed by this study is applicable to the field of early childhood education.

        지리적표시 보호법제에 관한 연구

        This article studies the legal system of Geographical Indications(GIs) of international and national systems. GI is still new and strange area as an intellectual property in most of the world. There are only 3 articles in TRIPS to protect GI as a minimum standard. First, general protection to any commercial products, second, additional protection especially on wine and spirits, and the last, exceptions on GIs protection and future development of the system. TRIPs hands over details for protection of GIs to every member nation's national legislations. GIs are defined as the indications which identify a good as originating in the territory of a Member…where a given quality, reputation or other characteristic of the good is essentially attributable to its geographical origin. They were designed to protect consumers from being misled, producers and traders from being misappropriated. In addition, they protect agriculture and rural society and culture. Comparing GIs with trademarks, in spite of many similarities in common, GIs need certain place-products connection and political and social policies more than those similarities. However, most of countries(including korea) have GIs protected in the trademark system by regionally based collective marks. Thus there seems to be conflicts when a GI seeks to be protected where there is a prior registered trademark. This article studies the relationship between GIs in the form of regionally based collective marks and trademarks, and then explains the development of international GIs system. Finally, it shows the Korean legal system to protect GIs through regionally based collective marks in the Trademark Act and the Agricultural products Quality Control Act.

        EU 지리적 표시사건의 쟁점과 그 함의에 관한 연구

        This article is a case-study on GI protection under the TRIPs. The case has been brought by The United States and Australia against EC concerning the protection of GI under the EC Regulation. The case has dealt with two important issues, the national treatment principle and the coexistence of GIs and Trademarks. First of all, this article talks about the general GI system under the TRIPs and studies about the EC GI system(under the Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2081/92 of 14 July 1992 on the Protection of Geographical Indications and Designations of Origin for Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs). Then it provides the history about ED vs. U.S., Australia case and analyses the panel report in terms of the national treatment in several aspects and the relationship between GIs and prior trademarks. The panel concluded that the EC Regulation violated the national treatment under the TRIPs, but the structure of EC system itself was complied with the TRIPs. Further, the panel concluded that the EC Regulation on the coexistence was consistent with art. 17 of the TRIPs as 'limited exceptions'. However, there are still many problems to deal with about the protection of GIs in the international relationships. Because of the characteristics of GIs, it has great economic/trade stakes and historical and socio-cultural dimensions. As a result, the degree of protection is still sensitive and controversial at both international and national levels. In our situation negotiating the GI protection with the EU, this issues deserve to appreciate. In compliance with the national treatment and the minimum standards under the TRIPs, it is necessary to measure the impotance of GIs in our marketplace and find out the adequate degree of GI protection in international trade relationships.

        비만에 따른 성인 남성의 건강체력의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to analysis a differences of the health-related physical fitness by obesity and aging in the adult male. The subjects consisted of 4569 males referred to the Health Promotion Center at S district. All subjects were aged 20 to 69 years and divided into 5 groups; 20s(n=243), 30s(n=1243), 40s(n=1757), 50s(n=1043) and 60s(n=283). All participants were assessed strength(Grip strength), endurance strength(Push-up, Sit-up), flexibility(Sit-and-reach), Agility(Sidestep) and Sargent(Sargent jump). The data were analysed by independent t-test to investigate statistical differences in physical fitness by obesity and aging. The results were obtained as follows: 1. Push-up were significantly high through 20s to 40s in normal group compare to obesity group. In normal group, 20s(2.978 ,p<.05), 30s(6.030, p<.01) and 40s(5.681, p<.001) were higher than obesity. but 50s and 60s were not significant differences. 2. Sit up were not significant difference in all aged group 3. Grip strength were significantly high 20s(-4.901, p<.01), 30s(-5.017, p<.01), 40s(-4.375, p<.01) and 50s(-4.473, p<.01) in obesity group compare to normal group but were not significant difference in 60s. 4. Sit-and-reach were not significant difference in all of aged group except 30s(3.903, p<.01). 5. Sargent jump were significantly high by 3.207(p<.05) in 20s and 1.122(p<.01) in 30s in normal group but 30s, 40s and 50s were not significant difference. 6. Sidestep were showed high tendency in normal group compare to obesity group in 20s, 30s, 40s and 60s but were not showed significant difference in all aged.

        스탬핑용 고강도강 TRB 판재의 성형 특성

        최근에 안전기준과 환경규제 강화의 증대로 인해, 차체의 경량화에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 고강도강의 응용은 가장 보편화 된 차체 경량화의 효과적인 방법 중에 하나이다. TWB(Tailor Welded Blank)는 다양한 두께와 용접을 사용하여 부분적인 강도와 경량화를 만족시키는 주요한 공법으로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 추가적인 용접공정으로 인해 판재간의 용접성이 중요하고 용접부에 대한 품질관리가 중요하다. 이점을 개선하기 위해, TRB(Tailor Rollded Blank)공법이 제안되었다. TRB는 롤러 압력을 조절하여 판재의 두께를 다르게 하고, 용접을 사용하는 TWB 공법보다 추가적인 용접공정이 없기 때문에 생산 비용적인 측면에서 훨씬 더 효율적이다. 본 연구에서는 Blank의 압연 영향을 조사하기 위해 스탬핑용 고강도강 TRB 판재의 성형성을 분석하였다. 성형성을 분석하기 위해, TRB 판재에서 0.8 mm, 1 mm의 두께를 갖는 부분을 채취 하여 시험하였다. 시편에 새겨진 그리드마킹의 변형도를 분석하여 변형률을 조사하였고, 0.8 mm와 1.0 mm의 두께를 갖는 TRB 시편으로 Erichsen 시험을 한 후에 FE분석을 활용하여 성형성과 고유진동수를 비교하였다. Recently, research on lightweight automobiles is increasing continuously to respond to the high safety standards and environmental regulations. The application of high strength steel is one of the effective methods for developing lightweight car bodies. A TWB (Tailor Welded Blank) is major method that allows partial high strength with light weighting using a multi-thickness and multi-material welded blank. On the other hand, additional welding process is required to prepare the blank and quality control for the welding process also required. To secure this point, the TRB (Tailor Rolled Blank) method was suggested. In the TRB method, the thickness of sheet is controlled by the rolling presses and the production efficiency is much higher than welding in TWB methods. In this study, the formability of high strength TRB steel plate was analyzed to examine the rolling effect of the blank. The formability of the specimen was tested using 0.8 and 1 mm thick steel sheets for the TRB plate. The strain was analyzed by the digital image sensing of grid markings on the specimen and the forming limit diagram was calculated. An Erichsen test for the 0.8 and 1 mm thick TRB specimens was carried out and the formability was investigated by comparing with FE analysis.
