As the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) evolves, studies on autonomous ships have been conducting in the shipping industry. Currently, two or three degrees of autonomous ships is in operation, and a shore remote control of icer (SRCO) monitors vessel operations and intervenes remotely where necessary in the service. However, as the curriculum for an SRCO has not been established internationally, the risk of an accident by an unqualified SRCO is increasing. In this study, specifies the curriculum required for SRCO that consists of suitable existing training and new training under remote control circumstances. This includes Non-technical skill training to enhance the effectiveness of an SRCO. This curriculum can be used for a new SRCO to evaluate training and competency specific safety standards, and to enable existing seafarers to become SRCOs through the necessary training.
두 가지 케겔 운동 자세를 통한 최대 수의 환기량과 배 근육 두께의 효과 비교 연구

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate a comparative study on the effects of maximum voluntary ventilation (MVV) and thickness of the abdominal muscles through two Kegel exercise postures. Methods : Twenty eight (male= 7, female= 21) subjects participated in this experiment. They performed Kegel exercise in sitting and hooklying. The order of exercise was conducted in the order chosen by the subjects to exclude the learning effect. The MVV was measured using a spirometer. The thickness of the abdominal muscles were measured by ultrasound. The MVV and thickness of the abdominal muscles were measured according to the manual in a sitting and hooklying position before the experiment. After each exercise, the MVV and thickness of the abdominal muscles were also measured in the same way. A one way repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare the MVV and thickness of the abdominal muscles according to two postures and post hoc analysis, Bonferroni was used. Results : As a result of this study, significant differences in the MVV were observed after exercise than before exercise (p<.05). However, as a result of post hoc analysis, there was no difference in the MVV according to the postures (p>.05). Significant differences in thickness of the abdominal muscles were observed after exercise than before exercise (p<.05). However, as a result of post hoc analysis, there was no difference in thickness of the abdominal muscles according to the postures (p>.05). Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, the MVV and the thickness of the abdominal muscles were confirmed in the sitting and hooklying posture after Kegel exercise. However, further studies on vital capacity and abdominal muscles according to Kegel exercise postures should be conducted.
실시간 자원 관리 정책을 제공하는 VOD 서버의 설계 및 구현

대규모 VOD 서버를 구성하기 위해서는 효율적인 수용제어, 실시간 스케쥴링을 지원하며 운영체제 간에 호환성을 지니고 하드웨어에 독립적인 서버 모델이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 실시간 VOD 서버 모델은 실시간 스케쥴러가 사용자 계층에 존재하여 마감시간 우선 스케쥴링 정책에 의해 서비스를 처리한다. 마감시간 우선 스케쥴링의 과부하를 줄이기 위하여 주기별 비중단 마감시간 우선 정책을 제안한다. Windows NT 상에서 구현한 RVS 시스템을 바탕으로 서비스 가능한 최대 스트림 수를 구하고, 시스템이 비실시간 계층의 어플리케이션에 의해 영향을 받지 않음을 보인다.
젊은 남성에서 부하 적용이 어깨 벌림 동안 봉우리밑 공간 간격에 미치는 영향

Purpose : This study was performed to comparison of distance change of subacromial space according to shoulder abduction angle in loaded and unloaded conditions. Methods : The subjects were 20 male college students, and the subacromial space was measured using an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus. The participants shoulder abduction was measured during each shoulder resting position and 45 ° abduction with loads of 1 ㎏, 2 ㎏, 3 ㎏. The collected data were analyzed by a paired t-test and repeated measure ANOVA with the SPSS (Ver. 22) program. Results : The subacromial space showed statistically significant decreased in 45 ° abduction than resting position (p<.001). All the subacromial space increased during the according to loads (1 ㎏, 2 ㎏, 3 ㎏) at the resting position but at 45 ° abduction showed statistically significant decreased as the load increases (p<.05). Also, subacromial space showed significant changes in the 2㎏, 3㎏ compared with the 0㎏ loads. Conclusion : These results identified that shoulder abduction angle and load were related to subacromial space. When resting position, subacromial space is larger at loads than unload. As the load and shoulder abduction angle increase, subacromial space is reduced compared to resting.
불안정한 지지면에서의 균형운동이 건강한 성인의 폐활량에 미치는 효과: 사전 연구

Purpose : This study attempts to examine the effect of the balance exercise on the unstable surfaces for the vital capacity in healthy adults. Methods : A total of 13 subjects was randomly divided into a breathing exercise training group (n=7) and a breathing and balance exercise training group (n=6). Changes in vital capacity and respiratory muscle activity were measured before and after the intervention. The intervention was performed three times a week for four weeks. Forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume at one second (FEV1) and maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV) were used as measurement tools for the vital capacity test. Electromyography (EMG) was also used to examine respiratory muscle activity. Result : The breathing exercise training group showed significant improvement in terms of FVC, FEV1 and external oblique (EO), and transverse abdominis/internal oblique (TrA/IO) of MVV. The breathing and balance exercise training group showed significant improvement in terms of FVC, MVV and EO, TrA/IO of FVC and rectus abdominis (RA), EO, and TrA/IO of MVV. However, in comparing changes in vital capacity and respiratory muscle activity before and after the training, the breathing exercise training group and the breathing and balance exercise training group showed a significant difference in terms of MVV. Conclusion : This study is as a preliminary study to find out the relation between a balance exercise and a vital capacity, it is considered to require a further study with several revisions of subjects, duration and time for an intervention.

본 논문에서는 대용량 VOD 서버의 QoS 요건을 보장하는 서버자원관리 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 비디오 서버는 동영상 데이타의 실시간 재생 보장을 위한 프로세서 스케쥴링과 사용자 수용제어 정책 기능을 제공한다. 프로세서 스케쥴러는 실시간 우선순위를 제공하는 범용 운영체제상에서 응용 프로세스로 수행되며, 기존 EDF 스케쥴링 방식의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 주기적 비선점 EDF 스케쥴링 정책을 사용한다. 사용자 수용제어 정책은 서버 실행중에 시스템 부하를 동적으로 측정한 스트림의 자원사용량을 바탕으로 수용제어 여부와 각 작업의 수행 우선순위를 결정한다. Windows NT상에서 구현한 서버자원관리 시스템을 바탕으로 제안한 실시간 스케쥴링 모델과 동적자원 관리에 의한 수용 제어정책을 실험적으로 검증하고, RVS 시스템의 실시간 성능 특성을 측정 분석한다. This paper presents a QoS-providing resource management system for the efficient use of a large-scale VOD server. The server management system is provided with an admission control and a real-time processor scheduling mechanisms. The processor scheduler is based on the concept of periodic nonpreemptive EDF scheduling and runs as an application process on a general-purpose operating system with real-time scheduling feature in it. The admission controller collects system loads at run-time and uses the information for admission control and priority settings. By experimenting the resource management system implemented on the Windows NT platform, the proposed scheduling and admission control mechanisms are validated and their real-time characteristics are analysed.
