Folic acid와 Ascorbic acid가 Diphenylhydantoin에 의한 치은증식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

It has been studied that gingival hyperplasia is associated with drug such as phenytoin (DPH) and has a relation with folic acid and ascorbic acid deficiency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the experimental effects of folic acid and ascorbic acid on the dilantin gingival hyerplasia. Spraque-Dawley rats approximately 80 grams weight were grouped as follows: Group I (20 rats) . DPH administered group Group II (20 rats) DPH and folic acid administered group Group III (20 rats) DPH and ascorbic acid administered group Group IV (30 rats) DPH, folic acid and ascorbic acid administered group Group V (20 rats) Folic acid ,and ascorbic acid administered group Group VI (5 rats) No administered group DPH was administered orally by 0.14mg per 80 gram and folic acid and ascorbic acid were administered orally by 1mg per 80 gram of body weight. The rats were purposefully sacrified after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 weeks. Upper anterior & posterior gingivae were observed by unaided eye and then, the periodontium of the same area was surgically excised and routinely processed for light microscopic examination. the specimens were stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin. For the histochemical study, the specimens were stained with PAS, Van Gieson, Masson's trichrome and Toluidine blue respectively. The results were as follows: 1. In group I, the hyperkeratinization of epithelium, the proliferation of basal cell and fibroblast was initiated at 2 weeks, and the remarkable proliferation of collagen fiber bundle was observed at 4-5 weeks. 2 The severity of gingival hyperplasia was at the sequence of group I, group IV, and group III by the unaided eye and the microscope. The gingival hyperplasia was observed most slightly in group II. 3. In PAS stain, the positive response wasobserved in the epidermis and the collagen fiber. In Van Gieson stain, the red color was observed in collagen fiber. 4. In Masson's Trichrome stain, the blue color was observed_ in collagen fiber. In Toluidine blue stain, granuled &, deep stained most cells rarely appeared in submucosa. 5. In control group VI, slightly connective tissue proliferation, congestion and infiltration of inflammatory cell were observed in 5 weeks. This study suggests that the ascorbic acid does not seem to affect the growth of gingiva, however the folic acid seems to inhibit the growth of gingiva. Further study is needed to detect the component of gingival hyperplasia by immunohistochemical method.
다양한 대기풍속 및 대기온도 구배 조건에서의 공장 배출 가스의 확산 특성에 관한 연구

The dispersion of plume which is emitted from a chimney is governed by a lot of factors:wind, local terrain, turbulence intensity of atmosphere, and temperature, etc. In this study, we numerically investigate the plume dispersions for various altitudinal temperature gradients and wind speeds. The normal atmosphere has the temperature decrease of 0.6℃/100 m, however, actually the real atmosphere has the various altitudinal temperature profiles according to the meteorological factors. A previous study focused on this atmospheric temperature gradient which induces a large scale vertical flow motion in the atmosphere thus makes a peculiar plume dispersion characteristics. In this paper, the effects of the atmospheric temperature gradient as well as the wind speed are investigated concurrently. The results for the developing processes in the atmosphere and the affluent’s concentrations at the ambient and ground level are compared under the various altitudinal temperature gradients and wind speeds.
TiN증착 조건에 따른 박막의 특성에 대한 실험적 연구

PVD방식에 의한 TiN박막의 형성은 DC와 RF sputtering deposition 방식을 적용할 수 있지만, 플라즈마 생 성을 위해 주입된 가스의 이온화율이 떨어져 박막성형 속도가 느려지며, 박막과의 접착력을 높이는 것에도 한계성을 가지고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 증착과 동시에 이온빔을 조사하는 이온빔 진공증착 IBAD(Ion beam assisted deposition)를 이용 하게 되면, 코팅 전에 소재 표면을 Ion beam으로 조사하기 때문에 표면cleaning의 효과가 크고, 접착력이 높은 박막을 얻을 수 있다. 또한 고 진공과 낮은 온도에서도 균일한 두께의 고순도의 박막을 얻을 수 있는 이점이 있다. Formation of TiN films by PVD method and the DC and RF sputtering deposition method can be applied, the injected gas to generate plasma ionization rate of the film forming speed is slow away, anything to increase the adhesion between films limitations have. To improve this, to investigate the deposition and ion beam evaporation simultaneously IBAD(Ion beam assisted deposition) when used, Ion beam surface coating material prior to the survey because the surface cleaning effect of a large, high film adhesion can be obtained. In addition, the high vacuum and low temperature, high purity thin film of uniform thickness in the benefits is.
CREAM 고에너지 우주선 데이터 분석을 통한 에너지 스펙트럼의 새로운 결과

CREAM 공동실험을 대표하여 남극 NASA 과학벌룬을 이용한 CREAM-1,2 실험 데이터의 분석 결과를 발표한다. 측정된 고에너지 우주선 데이터는 이전 실험보다 훨씬 높은 에너지 그리고 높은 정확도의 우주선 성분 측정을 포함하고 있다. 이러한 데이터로부터 얻은 결과는 기존 데이터와의 비교를 거쳐, 이에 대한 새로운 물리적 해석에 대하여 논하고자 한다.
민·군 협력에 의한 중·장기 국방 표준화 로드맵 개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to develop a mid and long-term roadmap for "Commercial and Military Collaboration Standardization(CMCS) program." We developed three layer’s roadmap through systematical process. The roadmap is composed of four targets, eight projects and forty-six tasks. To evaluate the quality of the roadmap, we applied checklist method and statistical analysis. Consequently, the quality is positive and it shows that the roadmap could apply for CMCS program. In addition, it is expected to contribute to the standardization between military supplies and commercial products.
