위암 및 Sjogren 증후군을 동반한 피부근염의 1 예

A case of 49 year-old male with dermatomyositis associated with stomach cancer and Sjogren's syndrome is reported. The skin changes were characterized by the presence of Gottron's sign and dusky erythematous and finely scaling macular eruptions with telangiectasias on the scalp, forehead, butterfly area of the face, both elbows and knees. Dryness of eyes and mouth, nuchaI rigidity, numbness on extremities and epigastric hunger pain were also noted. The family history and past history were not contributory. After that weakness on proximal muscles, nuchal rigidity, dysphagia and walking difficulty were more aggravated. On dental and ophthalmologic examinations, shiny appearance of tongue and oral mucosa, burning and dry sensation in the mouth was noted and diminished tear and saliva production was also discovered. On laboratory findings, ESR, serum enzymes, especially CPK 3 and LDH, urinary creatine excretion were increased. LE cell was not found and RA test was also negative. Electromyographic and nerve conduction studies revealed myopathic EMG and normal nerve conduetion in both motor and sensory. There are gastric ulcer, positive vallecular sign on esophagus and thread like narrowing on almost all main and minor ducts of parotid gland. Histologic findings revealed ulcerative adenocarcinoma of stomach, a mild focal infiltration of lymphocytes and degenerative changes in left deltoid muscle and diffuse and extensive dermal edema associated with inflammatory infiltrates and hydropic degeneration and atrophy on the facial skin. He was treated with prednisolone, aspirin and intravenous methotraxate but no favorable effect was noted. Authors reviewed relevant literature.

강경변증 환자의 혈청 HDL분획중 각종 지질과 Apoprotein의 변동

Levels of high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, HDL-triglyceridcs and HDL-phospholipids were determined after elimination of low density and very low density lipoproteins by sodium phoshotungstate-Mg precipitation procedure in patients with liver cirrhosis. Free cholesterol and individual cholesteryl esters in HDL fractions were measured by high pressure liquid chromatographic method. For analysis of apoproteins, HDL fractions were obtained through ultracentrifugation and apoproteins were analyzed by high pressure liquid chromatography with gel permeation column. Concentrations of HDL-cholesterol and HDL-triglycerides in patients with liver cirrhosis were significantly decreased compared with those of controls. while HDL-phospholipids showed no significant differences. Free cholesterol per total cholestcrol ratios in HDL fraction of patients with liver cirrhosis were significantly raiscd. while cholestcryl linoleate per cholestcryl oleatc ratios in HDL fractions were significantly lower than those of control subjects. Apoprotein A-Ⅰin HDL fractions was decreased in patients with liver cirrhosis, while apoprotein A-Ⅱ showed unremarkable change.

박의수 도산학회 2015 도산학연구 Vol.14 No.-
해방 후 도산 안창호에 관한 연구는 여러 분야에서 다양한 형태로 이루어져 왔다. 그 결과는 전기나 평전, 전집, 자료집, 논문집 등 다양한 형식으로 출판되었다. 전기는 1947년에 출판된 이광수의 도산 안창호가 판을 거듭하면서 오랫동안 가장 널리 읽혀지고 활용되었다. 그 후 1963년 주요한에 의하여 편찬된 안도산전서는 비교적 과학적이고 객관적 입장에서 생애와 사상, 그리고 일기와 연설문, 서간문, 회고록, 논문 등 그때까지 수집된 자료들을 망라한 저술로 초기의 도산 연구에 많은 기여를 했다. 2000년 도산안창호선생기념사업회에서 독립기념관에 보관된 새로운 자료들을 추가하여 그때까지 수집된 거의 모든 자료를 총망라하여 전질 14권으로 된 島山安昌浩全集을 편찬하였고, 이어서 2005년에는 도산안창호선생기념사업회의 지원으로 도산학회에서 전질 22권의 미주국민회자료집을 편찬하여 도산 연구의 새로운 전기를 마련해 주었다. 본 연구는 그동안 이루어진 연구 성과 중에서 도산의 교육사상 및 교육활동과 관련된 연구 성과를 분석하고 앞으로의 연구 과제를 생각해보는데 목적이 있다. 일반적으로 연구 성과라고 하면 1차 자료의 발굴과 해석 및 창조적 재구성 결과를 의미한다. 교육과 관련된 도산 연구는 1차 자료와 기존의 연구물을 토대로 한 2차적 작업이 주를 이루고 있다. 여기서는 대학원의 학위논문과 학술지 혹은 학회에서 발표된 연구논문을 대상으로 분석하기로 했다. 따라서 잡지나 단행본의 일부로 실린 수필형식의 짧은 글은 제외하고 주(註)를 포함한 논문의 형식을 갖춘 것만을 대상으로 하기로 했다. 물론 기러기를 비롯한 잡지류에 게재된 수필 형식의 짧은 글이라도 귀중한 연구 자료가 될 수는 있지만, 많은 경우 이런 글은 다른 연구 논문과 중복될 가능성이 많아 여기서는 제외하기로 했다. 또한 ‘교육사상에 관한’ 연구를 어떻게 한정할 것인가 하는 점이 문제가 될 수 있다. 도산에 관한 다양한 연구를 학문 영역별로 명확하게 구분하는 것은 현실적으로 불가능하기 때문이다. 그러나 여기서는 논문의 주제에 ‘교육’이라는 용어가 포함되어 있는 연구물을 원칙으로 하고, 주제에 명시되어 있지 않더라도 연구자가 교육학 전공자이며 그 내용이 교육에 관한 연구라고 판단되는 경우에는 포함시키기로 했다. 또한 ‘교육사상’은 좁은 의미의 사상(철학)에 국한하지 않고 도산의 교육에 관한 생각과 주장 및 교육적 활동을 모두 포함하는 것으로 했다. 그리고 연구물은 그동안 필자가 보유하고 있는 문헌 목록과 최근 이명화 박사가 종합 정리한 자료목록, 국립 중앙도서관 및 국회 도서관의 자료 검색을 종합하여 작성하였으나 여전히 누락된 것들이 있을 수 있음을 부인할 수 없다.
