        간장 및 담도 : 만성활동성간염의 HBsAg 양성 및 음성군간의 임상적 비교 관찰

        N/A From August 1982 to February 1986, clinical study was performed at the Daegu Catholic Hospital on 38 patients with chronic active hepatitis proven by biopsy, and their contrasting features of chronic active hepatitis with and without HBsAg were studied. The results are as follows: 1) The 38 patients with chronic active hepatitis were allocated to two groups based on the detection of the HBsAg by counterimmunoelectrophoresis and/or reversed passive hemagglutination technic 22 cases(57.9%) were considered to have HBsAg positive chronic active hepatitis, while the remaining 16 cases(42.1%) were considered to have HBsAg negative chronic active hepatitis. The sex distrbution was 16 in male and 6 in female with a mean age of 34. 7 among HBsAg positive groups, and 10 in male and g in female with a mean age of 45.6 among HBsAg negative groups. 2) Duration of symptoms before entry appeared to be slightly longer in HBsAg negative groups than in positive groups, but there were no significant differences between both groups. 3) There were also no significant differences between HBsAg positive and negative patients for clinical symptoms and signs. 4) There were also no significant differences between HBsAg positive and negative groups in most of liver function tests. 5) Responses to the treatment with prednisone appeared to be slightly better in HBsAg negative groups than in positive groups, but they were no significant differences between both groups.

        도심 협곡 환경에서의 마이크로파 대역 MIMO 채널 특성에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 도심 협곡 환경에서 마이크로파 대역 다중안테나 이용기술의 주파수 이용효율 특성을 파악하기 위한 3.7㎓와 8㎓의 MIMO 측정 데이터 및 채널 용량을 분석한 결과를 기술하였다. 채널 측정 데이터는 분당의 3-4층 빌딩 밀집지역에서 실험된 데이터를 이용하였으며, 3.7 ㎓와 8 ㎓대역 전파특성 파라미터를 추출하여 비교 분석하였다. 다중안테나 사용에 따른 채널용량을 분석한 결과 3.7 ㎓와 8 ㎓ 대역의 2×2 다중안테나 환경에서 9.1 bps/㎐와 5 bps/㎐으로 분석되었으며, 4×4 안테나 이용 시 각각 21 bps/㎐와 12.5 bps/㎐로 분석되었다. 이를 통해 실외 도심협곡 환경의 신호 대 잡음비와 커버리지 특성을 고려해 볼 때 3.7 ㎓대역의 주파수 전송효율이 8 ㎓ 보다 우월한 특성을 보임을 확인하였다. In this paper, in order to research spectrum usage efficiency in urban canyon environment at the microwave band, measurement and channel capacity analysis of multi-antenna technology is described. The measurement data obtained from 3 - 4 stories building area used and the propagation characteristics at the 3.7 and 8㎓ band are analysed and compared. In case of 2×2 MIMO, channel capacities of 3.7 and 8 ㎓ band are calculated to 9.1 bps/㎐ and 5 bps/㎐ and in case of 4×4 MIMO, 21 bps/㎐ and 12.5 bps/㎐ respectively. Considering the coverage, SNR and channel capacity in urban environment, MIMO propagation characteristics of 3.7 ㎓ are more predominate than those of 8 ㎓.

        도심 환경을 고려한 마이크로파 대역 MIMO 전파 채널 측정 시스템에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 국내 도심 환경을 고려한 마이크로파 대역 다중 안테나 전파 채널 특성을 연구하기 위한 광대역 MIMO 채널 측정 시스템 구축과 성능 확인을 위한 시험 측정을 기술하였다. 차세대 이동 통신을 고려하여 채널측정 시스템은 고속의 스위칭 방식과 100 ㎒의 광대역 채널 대역폭을 지원하도록 설계되었으며, 4×4 MIMO 채널 측정을 지원한다. 시스템 성능 확인 및 교정을 위한 시험 측정을 분당 빌딩 밀집 지역에서 실시하였다. 3.7 ㎓와 8 ㎓의 도심 LOS 구간의 시험 측정 데이터를 분석한 결과, 3.7 ㎓ 및 8 ㎓ 대역에서의 광대역경로 손실 지수는 각각 1.79와 1.76으로 측정되었으며, 평균 RMS 지연 확산은 각각 200 ㎱과 42 ㎱로 측정되었다. 시험 측정 결과, 본 MIMO 채널 측정 시스템은 실외 도심 환경에서 커버리지와 신호대 잡음비 및 채널 용량 등의 마이크로파 대역 전파 특성 연구에 적합함을 확인하였다. In this paper, the development of wideband MIMO channel sounder and a pilot measurement result is described for research on the multi antenna radio propagation characteristics considering urban environment at microwave frequencies. We developed 4×4 MIMO(BW:100 ㎒) channel sounder using the high speed switching mechanism and periodic pseudo random binary signals method considering next generation mobile communication system. A pilot measurement campaign at the urban area of Bundang is presented for confirmation of system performance. From the analysis of measurement data, wideband path loss exponent of 3.7 and 8 ㎓ band is 1.79 and 1.76. Average RMS delay spread is 200 ㎱ and 42 ㎱ respectively. From the experiment results, operation of this measurement system is confirmed considering research for a coverage, SNR and channel capacity in urban environment at microwave frequencies.

        말초신경증이 합병된 당뇨병 환자에서 심장의 자율신경 장애와 말초혈관의 운동조절기능과의 관계

        The relationship between defective autonomic control of the heart and reflex vasomotor activity of peripheral vessels was studied in 17 diabetics with peripheral neuropathy and 15 healthy controls. Autonomic function of the heart was evaluated from the heart rate responses to a single deep breath. Vasomotor reactibility of peripheral vessels was assessed by the cold presso1 test, which was done by immersing a part of the right lower leg in cold water of 4℃ with measurement of serial changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and parameters of the Doppler flow velocity. curve obtained from the left radial artry before, during, one and three minutes after immersion. None of diabetics had orthostatic hypotension, but the change in heart rate evoked by a single deep breath was significantly different(p<0. 01) between diabetics(6±3.3/min) and controls(29±11.0). In the cold pressor reaction the heart-rate change in diabetics was little, comparing to the significant increase in controls(p$lt;0.05), but increase in blood pressure was not different in both group. The changes in peak velocity, pulse rising time, and pluse decay time measured from the Doppler flow velocity curve were similar in both groups. These findings suggest that diabetics with peripheral neuropathy may have an impairment in the parasympathetic control of the heart, without remarkable dysfunction of sympathetic vasomotor control of peripheral vessels.
