Background : In patients with severe cerebellar hemorrhage or infarction, life-threatening complications may occur. It is generally known that early decompressive craniectomy is superior to craniotomy, but there is no clear guideline for the procedure. Materials and Methods : From April 2014 to April 2021, patients who underwent suboccipital decompressive craniectomy for cerebellar stroke were treated surgically and followed up. Since September 2020, we have performed craniotomy with obtuse angled partial bone flap in 6 patients. We compared the results of 6 months follow-up in these patients with 9 patients who had previously had only decompressive craniectomy. Results : There were no deaths during 6 months in either group. Preoperative modified Rankin Scale (mRS) (P = 0.659), 1 month (P = 0.659), 3 months (P = 0.713), and 6 months (P > 0.545) postoperative mRS showed no significant difference between them. Conclusions : The results were not inferior to those who underwent suboccipital craniotomy with obtuse-angled partial bone flap and those who underwent craniectomy.
磁性가네트薄膜(La Sm Lu)₃(Fe Ga)O의 磁氣特性과 動特性에 關한 硏究

Magentic bubble memory technology has progreesed to a point where one megabit chip using 2μm diameter bubbles have been fabricated. The next target is very high density chips (more than 4Mbit/㎠) employing submicron diameter bubbles. Success in this effort will significantly lower the const per bit, and lead to an expanded utility of bubble devices. (LsSmLu)₃(FeGa) ?? O ?? system has been reported by Blank et al. as materials supporting 1.1∼1.7μm bubbles, In this paper, this system has expended to submicron rigion. Lu(a small ion) is substitued for La and Sm (large ions) to satisfy the film/substrate lattice match require-ment for iron garnet films grown by isothemal LPE method on (111) oriented garnet film. Increasing the concentration of Lu ion in this system, while maintaining the large ion (Sm) concentration would result in increased growth induced uniaxial anisotropy and play a role in increasing saturation induction 4πMs. The wall dynamics has been investigated by bubble rocking method For (LaSmLu)₃(FeGa) ?? O ?? system, the magnetic wall mobility μw is∼ 2.44(m/s.Oe) and the coercive force Hc is∼0.24(Oe). These characteristics would be useful for current access device.
DSR 라우팅 프로토콜을 사용한 Ad-hoc 무선망에서의 TCP 성능 분석

Ad-hoc 무선망은 통신을 지원하는 베이스 스테이션과 같은 기반 구조를 가지지 않는 이동 노드들로만 구성된 망이다. 그러므로 노드의 이동으로 인해 Ad-hoc 무선망의 토폴로지가 자주 변하며, 이에 따른 패킷의 손실이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 On-Demand Ad-hoc 라우팅 알고리즘인 DSR 프로토콜을 사용하는 Ad-hoc 무선망에 TCP Tahoe, Sack, Reno 버전을 각각 적용하여, 망의 크기의 변화와 이동 노드의 속도의 변화에 따라 트래픽의 성능을 모의 실험하여 비교 분석하였다 모의 실험 결과로, TCP Reno가 TCP Tahoe와 Sack 버전 보다 높은 처리율을 보였으며, 노드의 이동 속도와 망의 크기에 민감하지 않으므로 성능이 상대적으로 안정적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. Ad-hoc networks consist of a set of mobile hosts that communicate using wireless links, without the use of other supporting communication facilities (such as base stations, etc.). Therefore, the topology of an Ad-hoc network frequently changes due to the movement of mobile host, which nay lead to sudden packet loss. Recently, the large amount of research has focused on the routing protocols needed in such an environment. In this paper, TCP Reno, Sack, and Tahoe versions are analysed using DSR protocol which is the representative On-Demand routing protocol in Ad-hoc wireless network. As the result of this simulation, we know that TCP Reno relatively has higher throughput than that of Sack and Tahoe, and TCP Reno has more stable performance than that of TCP Tahoe and Sack, regardless of the speed of mobile node and the size of topology.
ABR과 UBR 서비스 상에서 인터넷 프로토콜: 문제점, 해결방안, 그리고 성능평가

As the proliferation of multimedia traffic over High-speed Internet increases, ATM network will be vital to adopt as backbone network over various parts of Internet. In this paper, we investigate the performance of TCP/IP traffic flow over ABR and UBR of ATM service to study for the high throughput and good fairness by simulation technique. Although TCP is run in the transport layer, it is controlled by several methods, e.g, EPD, PPD, RED, EFCI, ER etc, in ATM layer when TCP uses the ABR/UBR service. Therefore, if one cell is discarded in ATM layer, a packet of TCp will be laost. And, also, along with the increasing of the number of VC among switches, the throughput and fairness will be degraded. In order to improve these degradations, we propose the effective parameter control operations of EFCI and ER on ABR service, and also suggest the buffer management methods on UBR service. Finally, through the simulation results, the improved throughput and fairness are shown.

As the size and complexity of network increase Distributed System Management (DSM) will be significant issue within information network in order to increase the high reliability and to improve the flexibility of network management. The OSI management model has several problems. The key problems are that it does not fully address the problem of how to develop communication protocol in support of DSM and how to classify the management connection criteria. In this paper to solve first problem described above this paper propose the connectionless CMIP to accomplish for effectively managing the distributed management managing systems to handle the dynamic informations. To work out second problem we introduce the connection criteria in the hierarchy of management system and finally evaluate the efficiency of a suggested protocol during cooperative negotiation among the managing system.
