        사회복지학 전공학생의 사회복지현장실습불안 평가척도 개발 연구

        본 연구는 사회복지현장실습을 앞둔 사회복지학 전공학생의 실습 불안을 규명하고 통합적 방법론으로 사회복지실습 불안을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구로 개발된 평가척도는 사회복지학 전공학생의 실습불안의 수준을 파악하여 궁극적으로 사회복지현장실습 교과목의 목적을 실현하고자 개발되었다. 본 연구는 질적방법과 양적방법의 통합적 방법으로 진행되었으며 주요과정은 심층면담을 통한 문항개발, 사전조사, 본조사의 단계로 수행되었다. 문항개발에서 45개 문항이 개발되었으며, 전문가로 구성된 포커스그룹에서 내용타당도를 검증하고 사전조사를 실시하였다. 사회복지현장실습을 앞둔 사회복지학과 3학년을 대상으로 본조사를 실시하였으며 회수된 270부로 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 문항의 개념타당도, 수렴타당도 분석결과, 19개 문항이 확정되었다. 최종적으로 사회복지학 전공학생의 사회복지실습 불안의 평가척도로 4개 요인, 19개 문항으로 타당성과 신뢰도가 검증된 평가도구가 개발되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the anxiety of prospective social workers about social work field practicum, to develop an anxiety rating scale by adopting an integrated methodology, and to verify the validity and reliability of the developed rating scale. Qualitative and quantitative research methods were both uteilized in an integrated way. In-depth interviews were conducted to develop items, and then a pre-survey and a main survey were conducted. After 45 items were developed, the content validity of the items was tested by a focus group of experts, and the pre-survey was carried out. The main survey was conducted on social welfare seniors who were going to engage in social work field practicum. The answer sheets from 270 respondents were collected, and 19 items were finally selected after a factor analysis and reliability analysis were made and after the construct validity and convergent validity of the items were analyzed. Thus, a rating scale of four factors and 19 items that turned out valid and reliable was developed to assess the anxiety of interns, who are prospective social workers, over social work field practicum.

        신화적 모티브의 영화적 재구성에 관한 연구

        This thesis is to study about how 〈Incendies〉 constructs narrative by not leaking to spectators the fact that this film borrowed the core narrative information from the Oedipus myth. This study showed us as following findings. First, this film used narrative strategy that who gets the core information between characters and spectators. And stylistic features of this film which communicate this effectively are close-up, voice-over, and cross-editing. Close-up does function which indicate the core narrative information through character’s emotions and moments of act and expansion of its experience. Also, voice-over as character which know the core information of narrative certainly plays a role which confirms truth to spectators. And, style which completes features of this film is cross-editing. By editing similar time and space image, it makes ten sequences which is constructed by events in different time a story. Also, characters of this film is retyped contemporarily keeping up the main features of mythic characters. And new massage of this film which changed characters signify brings up politic of identity going well with contemporary social-cultural terrain. Therefore,〈Incendies〉 shows us a good example of narrative film using familiar myth to memory of the public, by constructing story through narrative strategy that who gets the core narrative information between characters and spectators and filmic style which communicates this effectively.

        염소이온 농도에 따른 상수도용 304 스테인리스강관 이음부의틈부식 평가

        The crevice-corrosion behavior of 304 stainless steel at several chloride concentrations was investigated with two types of specimens: plate and pipe joint. There is a good correlation of crevicecorrosion behavior between the plate specimen and pipe joint specimen. The crevice-corrosion of both specimens initiated when the chloride ion concentration exceeded 200 ppm. Four stages of crevice-corrosion were observed: isolated pits, coalescing pits, crystallographic attack, and polishing attack. Consequently, the critical chloride ion concentration of crevice-corrosion is affected by the intrinsic property of the material.

        약탈문화재의 환수와 원소유자 반환의 원칙 -대전지방법원 2016가합102119 서산부석사 불상인도청구사건을 중심으로-

        2012년 10월 일본 대마도에 소재하던 우리 불상 2점이 도굴꾼에 의해 절취되어 국내로 반입되는 사건이 발생하였다. 이 사건으로 인해 해외로 유출된 우리 문화재의 환수에 대하여 국민들의 관심이 더욱 높아졌다. 일본 정부는 우리 정부에 반환을 요청하였고, 두 개의 불상 중‘금동관음보살상’의 원소유자로 밝혀진 서산 부석사와 불교계는 일본으로 반환하지 말 것을 주장하면서 가처분신청과 유체동산인도소송을 제기하였다. 이에 대하여 대전지방법원은 2013년 2월 26일 부석사측의 신청을 받아들여 일본 관음사가 정당하게 이를 취득했다는 것이 별도로 확정되기 전까지 일본으로 불상의 점유를 이전하는 것을 금지하였다. 그 후 2017. 1. 26에는 유체동산인도를 구하는 본안소송에 대해서도 대한민국정부는 원소유자인 서산 부석사에게 불상을 인도하라는 주문의 원고 승소 판결을 선고하였고, 현재 항소심 진행 중이다. 그렇다면 해외를 떠돌고 있는 우리 문화재가 절도범에 의해 우리나라로 반입되는 당혹스러운 상황 속에서 약탈문화재 환수와 문화재의 국제적 보호의 문제를 이 사건을 통해서 어떻게 추구할 수 있을것인지, 제1심 판결은 정당하였는지에 대해서 논의해볼 필요가 있다. 이 사건은 논함에 있어서 문화재를 바라보는 두 가지의 큰 이념적 흐름인 국제주의와 국가주의를 살펴보고, 두 이념이 어떻게 발전되어 왔는지, 문화재에 관한 국제협약들은 두 가지 이념중에서 어떤 입장을 취하였는지, 현재의 세계적인 추세는 어떠한지에 대해서 설명하고자 한다. 또한 이 사건 서산부석사 사건과 유사한 구조로 이루어진 멕시코 인에 의한 프랑스 루브르 박물관의 마야 문서 절도 사건을 살펴보면서 이 사건에 대한 시사점을 찾고자 한다. In October 2012, an incident occurred, in which two pieces of Korean statues of Buddha, which had been located in Tsushima Island in Japan, were stolen by a grave robber and carried into Korea. Because of this incident, the people’s interest further increased in the repatriation of Korean cultural properties taken out of the country. The Japanese government asked the South Korean government to return them, and Seosan Buseoksa Temple, identified as the original owner of ‘Standing Gilt-bronze Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’of the two statues of Buddha, along with Buddhist orders, filed a petition for a provisional injunction and a lawsuit for the transfer of corporeal movables, arguing for not returning that to Japan. Concerning this, Daejon District Court prohibited the transfer of the occupation of the statues of Buddha to Japan until the reasonable acquisition of this by Kanon-ji Temple, Japan, would be confirmed separately, accepting Buseoksa Temple’s request on February 26, 2013. Later, on January 26, 2017, concerning a lawsuit on the merits, requesting for the transfer of corporeal movables, too, the Korean government ruled in favor of the plaintiff of the formal adjudication that asks to transfer the statues of Buddha to the original owner, Seosan Buseoksa Temple, and currently, the trial on appeal is in progress. Then, in the embarrassing situation where Korean cultural properties wandering overseas are carried into Korea by thieves, it is necessary to discuss how the issues of the repatriation of plundered cultural properties and the international protection of cultural properties can be resolved through this incident and whether the verdict of the first trial was reasonable. Discussing this incident, this study would investigate two big ideological flows of views on cultural properties, internationalism and nationalism and describe how the two ideologies have been developed, what position international agreements on cultural properties took, of the two ideologies, and how the present global trend is. In addition, this study would find the implications of this incident, looking at the incident of the theft of Mayan documents at the Louvre Museum in France, committed by a Mexican.

        영화 〈마더〉에 나타난 수행적 모성 정체성에 관한 연구

        This thesis is to study formation of motherhood Identity focusing on Butler’s performativity theory through korean film 〈Mother〉 since the 2000s in context of the present age. Butler’s performativity theory means that subject is performatively constructed by reiteration, resignification, and recontextualization of discourse. That is, subject produces mean newly through performative process of resignification, and recontextualization that subject cites discourse reiteratively during the long time. And basis of new discourse production is independent agency of subject. Therefore, we can change reiterative strong and self-sacrificing motherhood image whenever juncture of crisis appears into new motherhood discourse through Butler’s performativity theory that is resignification of motherhood by definite agency of subject and recontextualization of motherhood interlocking with specific social context. That is, Butler’s politics of performativity means that reiterative, citable performance of discourse of subject by difference in time can become base of new social change. Consequently, motherhood representation focusing on Butler’s performativity theory through korean film 〈Mothrer〉 since the 2000s in context of the present age resignifies motherhood showing anti-essential poly-motherhood performance based on agency of subject. Also, its meaning recontextualize motherhood interlocking with real social context of individualization and polarization. This means, whenever juncture of crisis appears, reiterative strong and self-sacrificing motherhood image produces new motherhood discourse by being resignified and reconxtualized in new context which slips from original text and social context through performative practice process. As this, we can learn that motherhood image represented in korean film 〈Mother〉 analyzing through Butler’s performativity theory shows us that motherhood is politic identity by performative effect and dual and complex identity which considers individual independence of subject and limit of social construct at the same time.
