        서비스품질지각에 기반한 대학도서관 이용자 만족도와 충성도 분석

        This study investigates the influences of the perceptions on the dimensions of the library service quality (library staff, supports for the service, library materials and information resources, and facilities and equipments) of academic library users on the customer satisfaction, importance of the services, and the loyalty (reuse intentions). Based on the questionnaires surveyed from 403 undergraduate students of the K University, it analyzed the data using SPSS 12.0. All four dimensions of the service quality influenced statistically on the customer satisfaction. The dimension of the support for the service, importance of the service, and customer satisfaction influenced statistically on the loyalty. 이 연구는 대학도서관의 서비스품질차원(도서관 직원, 서비스지원, 자료 및 정보자원, 시설 및 장비)에 대한 지각이 이용자의 전반적인 만족도, 서비스의 중요성, 충성도(재이용의도)에 미치는 영향을 밝히기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 K대학교 도서관을 이용하는 학부생 403명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구에 대한 분석을 통해 제시한 인과적 모델을 설문데이터를 바탕으로 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 경로분석(path analysis) 등을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과 각 서비스품질차원은 모두 이용자의 전반적인 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 1개 서비스품질(서비스지원)과 서비스 중요성, 전반적인 만족도는 충성도(재이용의도)에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        평면 음극선관의 재생률 향상을 위한 유리재료의 열적 특성에 관한 연구

        The CRT(Cathode-ray Tube) of salvage is a process of separating the panel and funnel to recycle a cathode-ray tube. In this paper, the thermal properties of glass for CRT were studied to improve its recycling ratio. In the salvage process, several patterns of breakage, as called 'comer pull', were easily generated on the sealing surface of panel or funnel glass due to the residual tensile stress, which had correlations with some parameters of the manufacturing process of CRT and the initial material properties of glass. Finite element analyses and experimental approaches on the flit sealing process were carried out to obtain the major characteristic of glass related to the residual stress. From this study, it was identified that the thermal expansion coefficient of glass had much influence on the residual stress of panel glass after frit sealing process. Therefore, the optimal conditions of thermal properties for CRT glass were proposed to achieve an effective salvage process. By using these optimal conditions, the size of comer pull on the panel and funnel glass was reduced to 10% level compared with the original size, and the recycling ratio of CRT was increased in the salvage process.

        The air circuit breaker (ACB) with the spring-actuated mechanism was studied to improve the fatigue-proof<br/> characteristics of its link. The low-cycle fatigue fracture phenomenon occurred on the critical link, called h-link, of ACB from the repeated rapid closing and opening operations. To analyze the cause of failure, dynamic FE-analysis on the h-link part of ACB was performed considering the velocity and acceleration of the links per time as boundary conditions, which were obtained by using ADAMS. Also, the S-N curve obtained by experiments was used to investigate requirement on the fatigue-proof characteristics. Then, to reduce the maximum tensile stress on the h-link, three types of h-link were examined and one of them was selected.

        This paper is a comparative analysis on the ancient music score and sound source of the Mongolian Buddhist song, Gur Duu. For the comparative analysis, this paper used the ancient music score from 1897 owned by Aimag Folk Museum at Bayankhongor, Mongolia and transcribed the staff by using the sound source recorded in 1979 with the same title, ‘Tsagaan dara ehiin zalbiral’, owned by Institute of Language and Literature, Mongolian Academy of Science. The manuscript from 1897 includes total of 64 Gur duu pieces and each piece is divided into 3 keys of upper key, lower key, and Chakhar. ‘Tsagaan dara ehiin zalbiral’ Gur duu analyzed in this paper falls under the upper key of 10-string yatgalig. The register for ‘Tsagaan dara ehiin zalbiral’ Gur duu in the manuscript covers from the low octave sol(g) to higher octave la(a) in fa(F) major. Meanwhile, ‘Tsagaan dara ehiin zalbiral’ in the recorded sound source is do (C)major and its register covers from low la(a) note to high do(c) with 10 intervals. In the ancient music score of ‘Tsagaan dara ehiin zalbiral’ Gur duu, the ancient music score was composed of 6 limes while the recorded sound source included 8 phrases. Each song was sang in both closed and open sets. In the comparative analysis on the ancient music score and sound source that were preserved in the form of written record and oral tradition with 100-year gap, the ancient music score and sound source showed the same key while involving difference in melody and lyrics. It is assumed that the beat got faster over time. This study holds significance in comparing the written tradition and oral tradition by using the ancient music score and sound source.

        고 세장비 표면주름을 가진 마이크로 폴리머 헤어 제작

        본 연구에서는 스탬프와 레진의 접촉-인장 방법을 이용하여 고 세장비를 가지는 폴리머 마이크로 헤어를 제작하는 공정을 제안하였다. 또한 광경화시 수축방향에 따라 마이크로 헤어에 표면주름이 다르게 생성되는 것을 실험적으로 관찰하였으며, 헤어의 직경이 20 μm 부근일 때, 일정한 패턴을 가진 표면주름이 제작되었다. 이 직경에서 스탬프와 레진의 접합력 보다 수축력이 더 크게 되어 광경화 도중에 레진이 스탬프에서 분리되면서 단방향의 수축을 유도하게 되어 일정한 간격의 주름이 발생하는 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 기초결과를 이용하여, 향후 균일한 표면주름을 가지는 다양한 형태의 마이크로 폴리머 헤어를 제작할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 생체모사, 열전달 및 촉매 촉진과 같은 표면적과 관련된 기술 등 다양한 분야에 응용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. We proposed a new process to fabricate a highaspect- ratio microhair having surface wrinkles using the contactand- tension of a microstamp. Through this work, we observed that regular surface wrinkles were generated on the hair with a diameter of around 20 μm due to the uni-directional compressive stress during the photocuring process by ultraviolet light. To do this, we conducted an experimental system setup for contactand- tension process. From the preliminary test results, we believed that the proposed method can be applied to make a long polymer hair having surface wrinkles for special applications to biomimetics, and some research fields related on surface area such as heat transfer and catalyst enhancement.

      • AAL(Ambient Assisted Living) 기반 스마트 공동주택 거주자에 적합한 헬스케어 서비스 개발을 위한 사용자 심층 조사

        본 연구의 목적은 AAL(Ambient Assisted Living)기반 스마트 공동주택 거주자에 적합한 헬스케어 서비스 개발을 위한 수요 분석 및 서비스 기획을 제시하고자 함이다. 이를 위하여 Pre-Test와 Workshop을 진행하여 효율적인 심층 인터뷰 진행 방법과 기본적인 니즈 분석을 하였으며, 최종적으로는 8회에 걸친 심층 인터뷰로 연령대별로 남성 그룹과 여성 그룹을 나누어 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 의견이 어떻게 다른 지에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 첫째, 스마트 공동주택을 기획함에 있어 남성과 여성의 니즈 차이를 고려하여야 한다. 둘째, 스마트 공동주택을 기획함에 있어 다양한 연령대의 니즈 차이를 고려하여야 한다. 마지막으로, 스마트 공동주택을 기획함에 있어 IT기기 숙련도를 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구는 정부과제의 1차년도 과정으로 향후 연구로써 새로운 스마트 공동주택 헬스케어 서비스를 기획하고 이를 구현해나가는 작업의 선행 과정으로써 사용자 심층 조사를 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study aims at presenting the results of service-related demand analysis that may be useful in developing a healthcare service system tailored to the needs of residents of Ambient Assisted Living(AAL) based smart apartments. To this end, a pre-test was conducted and a workshop was held to explore an efficient in-depth interview method and perform a basic needs analysis. Finally, in-depth interviews were conducted in eight groups (four age groups and gender subgroups for each age group) in order to compare and analyze the age and gender specific opinions about healthcare service. From the results of this study, the following conclusions could be drawn. First, gender specific needs should be taken into consideration in planning a smart apartment. Second, age dependent needs should be taken into consideration in planning a smart apartment. Finally, IT device application skills should be taken into consideration in planning a smart apartment. This study is significant in that it conducted an in-depth user interview survey as a preliminary step towards future study on smart apartment healthcare service planning and implementation as the first-year task of the government agenda.

      • 저밀도 이광자 광중합 영역을 이용한 30㎚ 이하의 패턴제작

        Experimental studies on the fabrication of sub-30 ㎚ nanofibers using weakly two-photon induced photopolymerized region have been carried out. For the generation of nanofibers inside or outside microstructures, an over-polymerizing method involving a long exposure technique (LET) was proposed. Such nanofibers can find meaningful applications as bio-filters, mixers, and many other uses in diverse research field. A multitude of nanofibers with a notably high resolution (about 22 ㎚) in two-photon polymerization was achieved using the LET. Furthermore, it was demonstrated that the LET can be employed for the direct fabrication of various embossing patterns by controlling the exposure duration and the interval between voxels. Thin interconnecting networks are formed regularly in the boundary of the over-polymerized region, which allows for the creation of various pattern shapes. Overall of this work, some patterns including nanofibers are fabricated by the LET.

      • 극미세 3 차원 형상제작의 효율성 향상을 위한 영역분할 단면법에 관한 연구

        A subregional slicing method (SSM) is proposed to increase the nanofabrication efficiency of a nano-stereolithography (NSL) process based on two-photon polymerization (TPP). The NSL process can be used to fabricate 3D microstructures via the accumulation of layers of uniform thickness; hence, the precision of the final 3D microstructure depends on the layer thickness. The use of a uniform layer thickness means that, to fabricate a precise microstructure, a large number of thin slices is inevitably required, leading to long processing times. In the SSM proposed here, however, the 3D microstructure is divided into several subregions on the basis of the geometric slope, and then each of these subregions is uniformly sliced with a layer thickness determined by the geometric slope characteristics of each subregion. Subregions with gentle slopes are sliced with thin layer thicknesses, whereas subregions with steep slopes are sliced with thick layer thicknesses. Here, we describe the procedure of the SSM based on TPP, and discuss the fabrication efficiency of the method through the fabrication of a 3D microstructure.
