        문화관광지원 방문자의 만족과정에서 해설의 역할 - 상황적 관점

          방문자는 해설을 통해 문화관광자원을 보다 잘 이해하고 방문과정에서 더 높은 만족을 경험할 수 있다. 그러나 해설은 노력과 비용이 수반되는 활동임에도 불구하고 해설의 영향력을 상황별로 분석한 연구는 드문 실정이다. 본 연구는 첫째, 문화관광자원 방문자의 전반적 만족과정을 이해하는데 ACSI모형을 적용할 수 있는가? 둘째, 해설이 행해진 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 해설의 영향력은 어떻게 달라지는가? 셋째, 상황변수로 관여도를 도입하고 관여도 고ㆍ저 수준과 해설유무별 4가지 상황에서 해설의 영향력을 비교평가하였다. 연구결과 문화관광자원 방문자의 만족과정은 고객만족지수모형(ACSI)을 적용할 수 있고, 방문자 만족과정은 해설유무보다 관여도 상황에 더 많은 영향을 받고, 관여도 수준이 높은 방문자들에게 해설을 행하는 것이 만족을 가장 높일 수 있음을 발견하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 문화관광자원 방문자의 만족을 높일 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 것이다.   Visitors are likely to understand and be satisfied with a tour that includes interpretation. Incorporating interpretation in tourism requires great costs, but few efforts have been made to find the specific situations for this service to be really effective. Our research is analyzed with the following issues. First, is it possible to apply the ACSI model to understand the overall satisfaction process of the Cultural Tourism Visitors? Second, how does it differ between the tour with and without interpretation services? Third, the involvement is introduced as the situational variable, and the role of the interpretation service is assessed in four situations. As the results, the ACSI model is applicable to understand the overall satisfaction process of the Cultural Tourism Visitors. Also, it shows that the higher the visitors" involvement is, the more effective to achieve satisfaction. These results will be helpful in establishing several strategies to increase visitors" satisfaction.

        초고속인터넷서비스의 고객 충성도 및 전환행동 결정요인

        The percentage of households with Internet access in South Korea has reached 86.7% , by which it was concluded that the High-speed internet service market is at its saturated stage. Under the current circumstances, most companies have studied strategies to increase customer loyalty in order to maintain their existing customers and devised methods to acquire potential customers who have contract with other competing companies. This paper investigates to explore the experiences about customer loyalty and switching behavior of high?speed internet service users and 21 subjects were interviewed. Based on the result, the determinants of customer loyalty appeared as fee related factors of single or combined services, the image and service of service provider, and internet speed etc.. The determinants of switching behavior turned out to be fee and/or money policies that current service provider suggested, recommendation by an acquaintance, internet speed, and after service etc..

      • 적응제어기법을 이용한 4륜 조향 차량의 제어기 설계

        In this paper, the adaptive control scheme through the indirect STR (Self Tuning Regulator) is investigated for a 4WS (Four Wheel Steeling) vehicle with controlling rear-wheel steering angle. The bicycle vehicle model is used for controlling a 4WS vehicle with yaw rate feedback. The dynamic performances of controlled bicycle vehicle had good senses. However, the controller based on the bicycle vehicle model did not have dynamic performances applying a full-vehicle model. The controller is desired to have the similar maneuverability of a bicycle vehicle. The adaptive controller for the 4WS vehicle applying the nonlinearity by a tire model and the disturbances by sensor noises was considered. The 4WS vehicle using an adaptive control was compared to the 2WS vehicle and 4WS vehicle with yaw rate feedback control by lane change test. The 4WS vehicle with an adaptive control shows the as good performances as those from the controlled bicycle vehicle through the full-vehicle simulations.<br/>

        SNS상의 기업의 부정적 사건에 대한 보호동기, 불평행동과 기업이미지 간 관계 및 민첩성의 조절효과

        This research aims to test the structural model involving relationship of protection motivation towards corporate negative incidents on SNS, complaint behavior and corporate image. Furthermore, the role of agility as a moderating factor is investigated in this study. Data of 212 consumers who were exposed to negative information of companies through SNS were gathered. Results show that the protection motivation variables which include perceived severity, response efficacy and self-efficacy except perceived vulnerability have a significant positive effect on complaint behavior. Meanwhile, complaint behavior has a negative impact on the corporate image. In terms of the moderator, agility level, it influences the effect between complaint behavior and corporate image. Implications and discussion of this study will help provide companies in establishing a coping strategy regarding negative information related to companies.

      • 조향감과 차량 안정성 향상을 위한 Steer-by-Wire 제어기 개발

        In this paper, the SBW controller was developed for improving the steering feel and vehicle stability. There are two motors in SBW system controlled by one ECU. One motor in steering wheel is to improve driver's steering feel and the other motor in steering linkage is to improve the vehicle maneuverability and stability. The steering wheel and front wheel modeling is designed using bond graph method. The control aim of the steering wheel motor is that the equation of the steering wheel motor has output torque for following steering feel as a conventional steering system At high speeds, vehicle stability could be compensated using the under steer gradient and yaw rate feedback control minimizing a side-slip angle. As a result the performance of the SBW controller can be verified the controller of an SBW shows the as good performances as through the full-vehicle simulations and the controller was available for improving steering feel and vehicle stability.

        In this paper, the HILS system for performance estimation of MDPS and development of a control algorithm is proposed. In the HILS system, the mechanism for expressing the lateral force of tire in cornering is defined, and verified by ADAMS. A hydraulic actuator basically operated by th sliding mode control and is used for the mechanism, to simulate the effect of real tire lateral force. The flow rate is controlled by the PWM signal transferred from the tire lateral force which is analytically calculated. Through the simulation using the constructed HILS system, the environment that can improve the state of vehicle is realized. The algorithm for a MDPS control is also verified.

        우리나라 발전시장의 시장구조와 성과에 대한 연구

          국내 발전시장은 발전경쟁단계로서 한수원, 5개 발전회사, 19개의 기타 발전회사가 참여하고 있으며 모든 전력이 전력거래소에서 거래되고 있다. 한수원의 점유율이 평균 41.3%로 나타나고 있으며 5개 발전회사의 점유율은 평균 10%대를 보여주고 있다.<BR>  2002년 4월부터 2003년 8월까지의 자료를 사용하여 발전시장의 구조와 성과를 살펴보았다. 발전시장의 집중률은 평균 67.0%를 기록하고 있으며, 허핀달지수는 평균 24.0%를 나타내고 있다. 모형에서 추정된 결과로는 이윤율과 집중률과의 관계는 유의적인 정(+)의 관계가 추정되었다. 이는 발전시장에 시장지배력이 존재함을 보여주고 있는 것이며 이윤율은 집중율이 상승함에 따라 증가함을 보여주고 있다.<BR>  이는 시장지배력의 완화와 공정한 경쟁환경 조성을 위한 규제체계 정비가 시급함을 시사하고 있다. 한수원의 시장점유율을 낮출 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 구조개편의 최종목표인 소매경쟁단계로의 전환을 위해서는 발전시장내의 회사들의 규모가 비슷하게 유지될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 또한 시장메커니즘이 작동할 수 있도록 시장진입 등 전력산업에 대한 관련 규제의 완화가 필요하다. 그리고 전력시장에서의 반경쟁적 행위나 불공정거래행위 등을 감시할 수 있는 시장감시체제가 제대로 작동해야 한다.   In the process of electricity industry restructuring, the Korean power market has been in operation at a generation competition stage. There are one nuclear company, 5 generating companies, and 19 IPPs in the market. They are competing each other by the cost-based pool rules and selling all electricity to the Korea Power Exchange (KPX).<BR>  This paper tackles an empirical analysis about market performance and market structure using the Korean generation market data from April 2002 to August 2003. Market concentration rate(C3) is about 67%, and Herfindahl index shows around 24% in the generation market. The nuclear company alone represents on average 41.3%. It is estimated that there is a positive relationship between market concentration rate and profitability. It implies that as market concentration rate increases, the profitability of generation companies improves.<BR>  In order to make electricity market more competitive and mature, decreasing the nuclear company"s concentration rate, maintaining the size of 5 generating companies, and lowering market entry barrier are needed. Besides, the functions and duties of KOREC(regulator) for the wholesale power market should be readdressed in the context of deregulation and fair competition.

      • Tie rod 구동형 Steer-By-Wire 시스템의 제어 알고리즘 개발

        Steer-by-Wire (SBW) system consist of steering wheel system and front wheel system. The reactive torque control algorithm of steering wheel system was designed in this paper. To verify the control algorithm, the SBW system is modeled using the bond graph method. Aim of the control algorithm is controlling the steering wheel motor to express reactive torque from roads. The control algorithm of the steering wheel system used the torque map to reactive torque control. Using the filter, the current of the front wheel system enter the steering wheel system. Front wheel system has two motor, independent actuating. In developing the tie-rod actuating SBW, the Ackerman Geometry was used for improving the vehicle stability. Verification simulation and performance simulation show that the SBW controller was available in this study.
