        흑마늘의 섭취량에 따른 최대운동 후 피로회복 및 총 항산화 지수에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of after maximal exercise, fatigue recovery and total antioxidant capacity level by black garlic intakes quantity before and after the exercise. The volunteers for this study were 18 male university students. Primary tests were examined of each subjects by graded exercise test using Bruce protocol. Each of 6 subject was divided 3 groups by matched method based. For the secondary tests, the groups of subjects were taken their materials before and after exercise as a blind test. After the ingestion, subjects were experimented of graded exercise test, using Bruce protocol, by treadmill until the all-out. The results of this experiment were obtained by using SPSS 12.0 statistics package, and the average (M) and standard deviation (SD) were calculated by Analysis of Covariance and Repeated measure ANOVA. The subsequent results were as follows; 1) Among the tested groups, black garlic ingestion after the BGGⅢ group was maintained the longest of exercise exhaustion time. There, however, was no significant changes of each other(p>.05). 2) In all the tested groups, BGGⅢ group showed the lowest heart rate of rest and playing exercise, and BGGⅢ group represented the highest of HR max. There was significant differences of each time(p<.001). and each groups(p<.05), and each groups and group verse time(p<.05). 3) Concentration of blood lactate showed significant differences of each time period(p<.001) however, was not shown significant changes of each groups(p>.05) or each groups and group verse time(p>.05). 4) Concentration of blood Hematocrit showed significant differences of each time period(p<.05) however, was not shown significant changes of each groups(p>.05) or each groups and group verse time(p>.05). 5) Concentration of total antioxidants showed significant differences of each time period(p<.05) however, was not shown significant changes of each groups(p>.05) or each groups and group verse time(p>.05). In conclusion, intakes of black garlic might by reduced fatigue recovery and total antioxidants part appeared with the fact that affects is affirmative. Therefore, effects as an ergogenic aid through the intakes of black garlic need obvious results by further studies.

        창의적 공학설계 개념을 적용한 공업계 고등학교 융합 프로젝트수업 모델 사후평가

        공업계 고등학교의 수업에서 창의적 공학설계 개념을 적용한 다학제간 융합 프로젝트 수업을 통해 수업혁신 활동을 실시하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 교사집단과 학생집단에 대한 인식조사를 하여 수업모델을 평가하였다. 본 연구는 연구자의 현장 수 업 활동을 기초로 하며, 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 1) 창의적 공학설계 개념을 적용한 융합 프로젝트 수업모델이 학생들의 학습동기부여 및 흥미도에 미치는 영향에 대해 교사들의 82.8%가 긍정적 영향이 있다고 평가했다. 2) 창의적 공학설계 개념이 융합 프로젝트 수업에 미치는 효과에 대해 83.5%의 교사가 긍정적 효과가 있다고 답변하였고, 가설검정 결과 유의한 인식차이가 존재하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 수업모델의 향후 적용성에 관한 의사를 질문한 결과 81.2%의 교사가 적용에 대해 긍정적 답변을 하였으며 보통교과 교사는 전기전자통신과의 융합을, 전문교과 교사는 과학과의 융합을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 학생들은 수업모델에 대한 학습 동기부여와 흥미도에 대해 81.3%가 만족한다고 답변하였으며, 3학년 학생의 경우 통계적으로 유의한 긍정적인 답변이 압도적으로 많았다. 4) 창의적 공학설계 개념의 유용성에 대한 대상 학생들의 인식에 대해 분석한 결과, 융합 수업에서 매우 유용한 개념이라고 답변한 비율이 대부분이었고, 가설검정결과 3학년은 1, 2학년과는 다른 정도로 유의할 만한 높은 인식을 보였다. 5) 자료의 수집 및 분석은 각각 2017년 11월 8일부터 17일, 11월 18일부터 11월 25일 사이에 각각 실시하였다. This research dealt with the evaluation on interdisciplinary convergence project-based instruction model between general and vocational subjects in technical high school applying concept of creative engineering design. The base of this study is instruction innovation activity supported by Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. The results of this study are as follow. 1) 82.8% of the teachers evaluated that the instruction model of this study has positive effectiveness to motivation for study and causing interest of the students. 2) 83.5% of the teachers replied that the concept of creative engineering design affect to positive effectiveness to interdisciplinary convergence & integrative project-based instruction and it has analyzed that the teachers have different perceptions in level of significance. Above 80% of the teachers are willing to apply the instruction model to their instructions. It revealed that electricity electronics communication is general subject teachers favorite and Science is vocational subject teachers favorite. 3) Above 80% of the students answered that this instruction model affect to positive effectiveness to their motivation for study and causing interest. Especially, 3rd year students replied to overwhelmingly positive effect in level of significance statistically. 4) Almost students in the class answered that introduction to concepts of creative engineering design affect extremely useful to interdisciplinary convergence integrative project-based instruction model. According to results of hypothesis verification test, 3rd year students have more higher positive recognition than 1st and 2nd year students in level of significance statistically. 5) Data collection and analysis was carried out between November 8-17 and November 18-25, 2017, respectively.

        초콜릿 섭취량에 따른 유산소운동능력과 Creatine kinase의 활성도 및 항산화지수에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the dark chocolate ingestion on the aerobic exercise capacity, the Creatine kinase and the antioxidant capacity. 7 male university students performed exercise as subjects for this study and the results were measured repeat edly during the research. Primary tests were examined of each subjects by graded exercise test using Bruce p rotocol. The results of this experiment were obtained by using SPSS 12.0 statistics package, and the average(M) and standard deviation(SD) were calculated by Repeated measure ANOVA. The subsequent results were as follows; 1) Exercise performance time, second intake results shows the highest level but there were no clear distinction(p>.05). 2) CK concentration in the blood during Dark chocolate intake period showed decrease depending on measuring time however, there were no clear distinction(p>.05). 3) Total antioxidant capacity during Dark chocolate intake unit time, shows clear distinction depending on measuring time (p<.05). In conclusion, the result of intake dark chocolate be - fore exercise shows that there isn`t significant differences in exercise performance, serum CK, total antioxidant capacity, but ingestion of dark chocolate have an effect on them partially.

        공학교육에서 학습 경험 설계

        연구목적: 본 연구에서는 학습 경험 설계(LXD)가 공학교육에 적합한 대안적 수업 설계 방식이라 가정하고 그 수업 사례를 선정하여 설계 과정 및 운영 효과를 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법: 대학 교육 특히 공학 전공 수업에서 학습 경험 설계 사례가 제한적으로 이루어졌다고 판단하여 단일 사례 연구를 연구방법으로 채택하였다. 공학 교육의 특성을 드러내는 전자기학 과목을 사례로 Thurber의 LXD 모형에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과: 사례 수업의 교수자는 문헌에 나타난 양질의 학습 경험 디자인의 특성을 잘 반영하여 LXD를 위한 학습개입을 개발하였고, 그것이 과목에 대한 학습자의 동기에 긍정적으로 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 공학 전공 수업은 물론 일반 수업에서 LXD 수업 설계의 확대를 위한 제도개선 및 지원방안을 제안하였다. Purpose: This study assumed that learning experience design could be a relevant alternative for engineering education, and so it aimed that a selected case of one was explored in its design process and implication effects. Method: A single case study was adopted as a research method since the case of learning experience design in higher education, in particular in an engineering class has been a few. The electromagnetics class, reflecting characteristics of engineering education, was selected and analysed based on the Thurber’s learning experience design model. Results: It was found that the lecturer for the adopted case developed learning interruption inclined to the qualified characteristics of learning experience design in the literature and this positively contributed to the learners’ motivation on the subject. Conclusion: A number of suggestions for improvement of system and support to expand LXD in general classes as well as engineering classes were given.

        태권도 들어찍기 동작 시 근 활동 분석

        This study is intended to provide necessary resources for armature and elite athletes who want to practice Axe kick (Downward kick). In this study, three subjects of S. University majoring in Taekwondo were used and the muscle activities are analysed by the EMG (Electromyography) method during performance of Axe kick which is often used to attack on the opponent`s face for scoring. The results were summarized as follows: The total time of performing Axe kick took 1.06 seconds. Muscles of Rectus abdominis (RA) and Lumber erector (LE), External oblique (EO) were found to be used in the action. The Recrus femoris (RF) and Biceps femoris (BF) were used to increase the acceleration in performing strong Axe kick. Rectus abdominis (RA) was constantly used in the action and Tibialis anterior (TA) was used for center of the action. Tensor fasciae latae (TF) and Recrus femoris (RF) were used to lift up the lower part of the lower limb for Axe kick. Regarding many parts of the truck were used in performing axe kick, it may be significant to propose trunk strengthening training to be considered and applied in the actions of Axe kick performance.

        The purpose of this study was Garlic and Black Garlic Ingestion on the After Maximal Exercise, Fatigue Recovery and Total Antioxidant Capacity. The volunteers for this study were 12 male university students. Primary tests were examined of VO(2)max of each subject by graded exercise test using Bruce protocol. Each of 6 subjects was divided 2 groups (GG, BGG) by matched method based on VO(2)max. For the secondary tests, the groups of subjects were taken their materials before and after exercise as a blind test. After the ingestion, subjects were experimented of graded exercise test, using Bruce protocol, by treadmill until the all-out. The results of this experiment were obtained by using SPSS 12.0 statistics package, and the average (M) and standard deviation (SD) were calculated by Independent and Paired t-test. The subsequent results were as follows; 1) BGG group was maintained the longest of exercise exhaustion time. There, however, was no significant changes of each other (p>.05). 2) In all the tested groups, BGG group showed the lowest heart rate of rest and playing exercise. There, however, was no significant changes of each other (p>.05). 3) As a result of each respiratory variables (VO(2), VCO(2), VO(2)max, RER, VE, RR) by intake, There, however, was no significant changes of each other (p>.05). 4) GG group was maintained the low of blood lactate. There, however, was no significant changes of each other (p>.05). 5) GG group was maintained the longest of exercise exhaustion time. After exercise, the data showed the significant changes of time period (p<.05). In conclusion, the prior to exercise and intake of after garlic and black garlic reach some positive effect to the Total Antioxidant Capacity. Therefore, effects as an ergogenic aid through the complex ingestion of Garlic and Black Garlic need obvious by further studies.
