In the ongoing process of modernization, a lot of people gathering place has the characteristics of their own. As the more tourist incoming to S. Korea, lots of traditional famous travel spot highlights their point spot and makes tourist stop by the place. While the incoming foreigner has surpassed 1.5 million, they made their own peculiar communication place and local public space has been changing for their characteristic by the development of internet and social network service. This article is for the research and analysis of the particular case and figure out the characteristic of people gathering space. Also, by the comparing naturally made public space and newly made space, this article will investigate that which elements are required for the activation of public space.

자먀찐의 『우리들』은 디스토피아소설이다. 유토피아의 이념을 부정하는 디스토피아는 내부에 유토피아에 대한 이념적 논쟁을 담을 수밖에 없다. 그래서 『우리들』은 이념소설의 구조를 가지고 있다. 작가는 이 소설로 당대의 이념과 시대와의 이단적인 이념논쟁을 벌인 것이다. 이념적 논쟁은 텍스트 속에서 프롤레트쿨트의 문학적 관습과 이념에 대한 패러디로 나타난다. 당시 세계개조에 대한 주체로서의 집단에 대한 숭배를 프롤레타리아 시인들의 작품 속에서 자주 찾아볼 수 있었다. 이 집단주의는 작품의 제목 “우리들”로 패러디된다. 자먀찐이 『우리들』에서 벌인 논쟁의 가장 기본적인 대상은 알렉세이 가스쩨프였다. 그는 집단에 산업화의 원리가 적용된 기계화된 집단을 주장하였다. 그래서 그 구성원들은 감정과 표현, 영혼도 없는 알파벳과 숫자로 이름 붙여지는 기계와도 같은 존재가 된다. 단일제국의 번호들에서 가스쩨프의 이론은 정확히 표현된다. 그리고 과학주의, 진보에의 맹신, 그리고 우주주의 등 그들의 이념들은 『우리들』속에서 중심적인 이미지들로서 등장한다. 이러한 『우리들』의 이념적 기원들은 결국 세계 개조가 과연 가능한 것인지, 그 권리가 우리에게 있는 것인지, 이성만능주의의 사회가 이를 곳은 어디인지 가장 본질적인 질문으로 우리를 이끈다.
파티클 필터 알고리즘을 이용한 다기능레이더 표적 추적 필터 설계

The estimation filter in radar systems must track targets' position within low tracking error. In the Multi-Function Radar(MFR), ${\alpha}-{\beta}$ filter and Kalman filter are widely used to track single or multiple targets. However, due to target maneuvering, these filters may not reduce tracking error, therefore, may lost target tracks. In this paper, a target tracking filter based on particle filtering algorithm is proposed for the MFR. The advantage of this method is that it can track targets within low tracking error while targets maneuver and reduce impoverishment of particles by the proposed resampling method. From the simulation results, the improved tracking performance is obtained by the proposed filtering algorithm.

As the days went by, according to the needs of the new knowledge and professional education become a matter of concern. The boom in the education, private education also become a hot issue. Through the interior cases and theoretical study, which refer to the satisfaction about the educational institute and reading room, ergonomic factors will be examined. First, in the situation of reading room offering comfortable air and cooling-heating room environment is very important as high as concentration is. Second, according to the sensitivity and rationality, the illumination plan, using various methods and technology of color therapy students" learning effectiveness should be improved. Third, fully understanding furniture structure and designing, the needs about aesthetics and function should be satisfied.
Robust Control over Unreliable Communication Channels with Unreliable Acknowledgements

In this paper, we consider the robust (H∞) control problem for linear time-invariant systems over unreliable communication channels that are subject to packet losses from sensors to the controller and from the controller to the actuators. Moreover, the acknowledgments of control packet transmissions are also sent over reverse unreliable communication channels, which is known as the quasi-TCP model. The robust control problem is formulated within a stochastic zero-sum dynamic game framework, from which we obtain an H∞ controller that minimizes the worst-case cost function in the presence of an adversary in the dynamical system. We characterize a set of existence conditions of the H∞ controller in terms of the disturbance attenuation parameter γ and packet loss rates. For the least disturbance attenuation scenario (γ →∝), we show that the H∞ control system converges to the corresponding LQG system. We also show that the H∞ controller for the TCP- and UDP-cases can be arrived at as appropriate limits of the solution for the quasi-TCP problem. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the theoretical results.

In this paper, we apply the robust disturbance observer (DOB) to a SPM-based data storage (SDS) system. In the SDS system, coupling dynamics and parameter uncertainties are obstacles to the precision tracking control. Although the DOB is known to be an effective method to reject disturbances, there has been no systematic design approach to how to design DOB parameters. In this paper, the robust DOB is formulated based on the robust stabilization of normalized coprime factor plant description and the H∞ loop shaping method. From the simulation and experimental results. the improved robustness and performance are obtained by the proposed robust DOB.

In this study, a method was developed to confirm the deposition reproducibility of the magnetic layer thickness through the magnetic domain wall velocity analysis in the perpendicular magnetic thin film. We analyzed the effect of magnetic layer thickness and magnetic anisotropy on the magnetic domain wall motion occurring in a perpendicular magnetic thin film composed of Pt/Co/Pt. It was confirmed that the creep scaling constant (α) changed rapidly in the thickness regime of the magnetic layer where perpendicular magnetic anisotropy was formed. Using this, it is possible to check the change of α with respect to the change in the thickness of the magnetic layer of several A.
생체 환경 정보 센싱 모듈 및 농장 제어 게이트웨이를 이용한 스마트 낙농 관리 시스템 개발

Recently, the u-IT applications for plants and livestock become larger and control of livestock farm environment has been used important in the field of industry. We implemented wireless sensor networks and farm environment automatic control system for applying to the breeding barn environment by calculating the THI index. First, we gathered environmental information like livestock object temperature, heart rate and momentum. And we also collected the farm environment data including temperature, humidity and illuminance for calculating the THI index. Then we provide accurate control action roof open and electric fan in of intelligent farm to keep the best state automatically by using collected data. We believed this technology can improve industrial competitiveness through the u-IT based smart integrated management system introduction for industry aversion and dairy industries labor shortages due to hard work and old ageing.
