로밍 서비스를 위한 개인키 로밍 프로토콜

‘키로밍(Key Roaming)’ 서비스는 임의의 단말기에서 인증서, 전자서명 등의 사용자의 비밀정보를 네트워크를 통해서 접근할 수 있는 기능을 지원한다. 현재 은행의 뱅킹 시스템이나 그 밖의 인터넷 서비스에서는 비밀정보를 사용자의 컴퓨터에 저장해서 사용한다. 그러나 사용자가 그 비밀정보를 다른 컴퓨터에서 사용하고자 할 때에는 디스크나 스마트카드와 같은 보조기억장치에 저장해야 하는 불편함이 존재한다. 종래의 이러한 방식은 사용이 불편할 뿐만 아니라 공간과 비용의 부담이 크므로 키로밍 프로토콜에 대한 요구가 더욱 증대하였다. 키로밍 프로토콜은 공간과 비용의 절감이라는 효과가 있지만 해결해야 할 보안상의 문제가 존재하며 이 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 많은 방법들이 제시되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 베리사인의 프로토콜과 한국정보 보호센타에서 제시한 다중서버를 이용하는 프로토콜에 대해서 살펴본 후 그 문제점을 지적하고 이를 해결 할 수 있는 새로운 프로토콜을 제안한다.

차량 엣지 컴퓨팅에서 로드 밸런싱을 고려한 강화학습 기반의 마이그레이션

최근 실시간 응답 및 처리에 민감한 서비스들이 급증하면서 멀티액세스 엣지 컴퓨팅(MEC)이 차세대 기술로 주목받고 있다. 사용자들의 잦은 이동성 때문에 MEC 서버들 사이에서의 마이그레이션은 중요한 문제로 다뤄진다. 본 논문에서는 이동성이 많은 차량 엣지 컴퓨팅 환경을 고려하였으며, 강화학습 기법인 Q-learning 을 사용하여 마이그레이션 여부 및 대상을 결정하는 기법을 제안하였다. 제안 기법의 목적은 지연 제약조건을 만족시키면서 차량 엣지 컴퓨팅 서버(VECS) 사이의 로드밸런싱을 최적화하는 것이다. 제안 기법의 성능 비교를 통하여 다른 기법들보다 로드 밸런싱 측면에서 약 22-30%, 지연 제약조건 만족도 측면에서 약 20-31%로 더 좋은 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

With the advancement of generative adversarial networks(GAN), it has become possible to successfully create images of various classes[1]. In this situation, through various studies, methods of using the image generated by GAN as a meaningful result have been proposed. In some fields, there are cases in which the classification performance has been successfully improved by using augmented data through GAN, but research on maritime images is relatively insufficient. In this paper, we intend to show through an experiment that the performance of marine object identification can be improved by enhancing data through GAN.

흔히 레비나스 철학의 약점으로 그의 윤리적 주장을 실현할 정치적 기획이나 매개가 부족하다는 점을 들기도 한다. 그러나 정치적 내용의 부족이 그 철학의 정치적 함의마저 없애버리는 것은 아니다. 정치 너머 또는 정치 바깥을 지향하는 철학도 그러한 지향을 통해 정치의 변화를 꾀할 수있고 또 그럼으로써 나름의 정치 철학으로 인정받을 수 있다. 본 논문은 레비나스에 대한 데리다의 해석을 검토함으로써 레비나스 윤리의 정치철학적 의미를 드러내 보고자 한다. 데리다는 레비나스가 내세우는 대면적 직접성의 절대화에 대해서는 거리를 두지만, 타자에 대한 개방성은 적극 받아들인다. 제삼자와 보편성의 문제를 천착한다는 점에서 보면, 데리다가 레비나스를 정치 영역 쪽으로더 끌어오고 있다고 할 수 있다. 데리다는 우리가 기대하는 변화가 직접성을 빙자하거나 초월적 권위를 빌린 자의에 의해 지배되지 않을까 경계한다. 그러나 우리는 그런 위험을 떨치고 새로움에 개방적일 수 있는 지침을윤리 안에 담아낼 수 있을 법하다. 레비나스의 철학은 우리가 그런 지침을 활용할 능력이 있는지를 지속적으로 점검해 보도록 하는 하나의 기준 역할을 할 수 있다. 레비나스는 경쟁적 이익의 조정이 관건인 정치적 현실 가운데서 우리에게 낯설고 약한 자에 대한 책임을, 더 나아가 우리 스스로의 강함이 아니라 약함의 필요성을 역설하고 있기 때문이다. It is said that one of the week points of Emmanuel Levinas’ philosophy is the shortage of political programmes, which makes his thoughts unrealistic. However, his ethical position could have its own political meaning by the orientation toward the outside of politics. This paper inquires into the meaning through Derrida’s critical interpretations of Levinas’ philosophy. We can say that Derrida has hospitalized Levinas in the sense that he welcomed Levinas on his theoretical place. Especially in his book Adieu to Emmanuel Levinas, Derrida questions the absoluteness of the face-to-face relation, accepting the openness to the other. He raises tenaciously the problem of universality concerning the third who is not present in face-to-face relation. It is by the third that the political interferes in Levinas’ thoughts. According to Derrida, Levinas could not found it on the ethical. There is a hiatus or silence between politics and ethics in Levinas. However, it demands our responsibility to bridge the gap. Derrida suggests that the hospitality for refugees, sans-papiers, etc. is the ethical in the political as an enclose.

MEC 환경에서 심층 강화학습을 이용한 오프로딩 기법의 성능비교

5G 시대에 스마트 모바일 기기가 기하급수적으로 증가하면서 멀티 액세스 엣지 컴퓨팅(MEC)이 유망한 기술로 부상했다. 낮은 지연시간 안에 계산 집약적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 MEC 서버로 오프로딩하는 특히, 태스크 도착률과 무선 채널의 상태가 확률적인 MEC 시스템 환경에서의 오프로딩 연구가 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량의 전력과 지연시간을 최소화하기 위해 로컬실행을 위한 연산 자원과 오프로딩을 위한 전송 전력을 할당하는 심층 강화학습 기반의 오프로딩기법을 제안하였다. Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) 기반 기법과 Deep Q-network (DQN) 기반 기법을 차량의 전력 소비량과 큐잉 지연시간 측면에서 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

개방성의 깊이: 레비나스의 윤리적 개방성

이 글에서는 개방의 조건 및 정당성 문제와 관련하여 에마뉘엘 레비나스의 윤리적 개방성 개념을 주로 다룬다. 레비나스가 내세우는 주체와 타자 사이의 윤리적 관계의 특징은 첫째, 주체가 아닌 타자의 우위, 둘째 타자의 호소에 대한 주체의 구체적 응답이라는 두 계기를 중심으로 이해될 수 있다. 레비나스에서 타자의 우위가 강조됨에 따라 감성에서도 주체 위주의 ‘향유’보다는 주체의 수동성과 타자의 영향이 한층 부각된다. 고통과 ‘상처받기 쉬움’이 주체의 감수성에서 중심을 이루게 되는 이유다. 또 주체 자체가 타자와의 관계를 통해 형성되는 것으로 여겨지는 까닭에 주체에는 이미 타자가 근접해 있는 것으로 파악되며, 이에 따라 주체가 타자에 대해 응답하는 관계인 책임도 근접해 있는 타자에 대한 ‘대신함’이라는 방식을 띠게 된다. 이렇듯 레비나스는 주체의 됨됨이 자체에 타자에 대한 관계가 배어 있으며, 타자에 대한 노출과 개방성은 우리 삶의 피할 수 없는 조건을 이룬다고 보고 있다. 레비나스가 내세우는 타자의 ‘얼굴’은 그러한 노출과 개방의 직접적 접촉면으로서, 낯섦과 가까움, 다름과 같음, 무한과 유한을 연결해주는 역할을 한다. 우리는 이 얼굴의 깊이를 통해, 낯선 타자들에 대한 열림의 자세를 가다듬을 수 있을 것이다. This article mainly deals with Emmanuel Levinas’s concept of ethical openness in relation to the conditions and justification of openness. The characteristics of the ethical relationship between the subject and the other that Levinas promotes can be understood based on two moments: first, the priority of the other, not the subject, and second, the subject s concrete response to the appeal of the other. As the priority of the other is emphasized in Levinas, the passivity of the subject and the influence of the other are more emphasized than the subject-centered “enjoyment” in sensibility. This is why pain and “vulnerability” are central to the sensitivity of the subject. In addition, because the subject itself is considered to be formed through a relationship with the other, it is recognized that the other is already close to the subject. That is the proximity of the other. Correspondingly, the subject s responsibility to the other takes on a form of ‘substitution’ for the other. Therefore, Levinas believes, the subject has the relationship with the other in itself, and the exposure and openness to the other is the inevitable condition of our lives. Levinas s “face” of the other is a direct contact area of the exposure and openness, and plays a important role in connecting the strange and the close, the different and the same, and the infinite and the finite. As edge computing can provide low latency and real-time services, it is emerging as a promising technology that can lead the Internet of things(IoT). However, user mobility and limited coverage of edge computing result in service interruption and reduce Quality of Service(QoS). Thus, service migration is considered an important issue to guarantee seamless service. In this paper, a migration decision algorithm is proposed using Q-learning, as a reinforcement learning method in the vehicular edge computing environment. The proposed algorithm decides whether or not to migrate and where to migrate in order to meet delay constraint and minimize system cost. In the performance evaluation, we compared propsed algorithm with other algorithms in terms of deciding whether or not to migrate and where to migrate, and our proposed algorithm shows better performance compared to the other algorithms.
