최근의 네트워크 진화 방향은 All-IP 기반의 유무선 통합을 실현하기 위하여 인프라의 공통요소인 IP 기반의 이동성에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존의 진행되어진 대표적인 IP 기반의 이동성 기술은 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)의 Mobile IP(Mobile Internet Protocol)이다. 하지만 Mobile IP를 제공하기 위하여 기존의 네트워크 인프라 즉, 라우터들(FA:Foreign Agent)에게 기능을 추가 변경하여야 하는 문제와 MN(Mobile Node)이 이동할 경우 패킷 손실 문제, 지연 시간 발생 부분을 해결하기에는 한계가 발생하였다. 주 논문에서는 기존의 IP 기반의 이동성 방식이 가지고 있던 문제점들을 개선하여 IP 기반의 이동성, 품질, 보안성을 제공하는 플랫폼 구조를 제시하였다. 기존 IP 기반의 이동성 방식과의 패킷 손실 및 지연 시간에 대한 시뮬레이션 분석을 통하여 성능이 개선되었음을 보여주고 있다. Recently, IP mobility study of infra's common elements is undergoing processes to achieve FMC based on All-IP. Existing typical mobility technology based on IP is IETF's Mobile IP. However, it faced to limitations due to packet loss, delays when MN is moving on Mobile IP, also existing network infra - routers (FA)-needed to add/change the functions to support Mobile IP. In this paper, existing mobility problems based on IP and the suggested improvements for platforms which support mobility, quality, security are proposed. It discusses the performance on the current existing IP infrastructure derived from simulation analysis on mobility packet loss and delay. From the resulting data, improvements will also be outlined for optimal performance.

본 연구의 목적은 복지서비스의 품질제고를 위한 방안 모색의 일환으로 복지서비스 품질과 고객만족이 고객의 재이용의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는데 있다. 선행연구를 토대로 한 복지서비스 품질의 구성요인은 보증성, 공감성, 대응성, 형평성, 신뢰성, 유형성 6가지 범주로 선정하였으며, 고객만족과 재이용의사는 2가지 범주로 선 정하였다. 연구의 대상은 경기북부 지역 중 사회복지시설이 가장 많이 위치하고 있는 지역 즉 고양시, 남양주시, 파주시를 선정하여 3개 지역의 복지관에서 기능회복서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 노인들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 각 100부 총 300부 설문지를 활용하였다. 연구방법으로는 교차분석, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 먼저 이론적으로 설정한 `복지서비스의 품질 → 고객서비스만족`과 `복지서 비스품질과 고객서비스만족 → 재이용의사`간의 영향관계는 가설검증 결과 모두 정(+)의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 척도검증을 통하여 밝혀진 복지서비스 품질인 보증성, 공감성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 유형성, 형평성이 고객 서비스만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또 노인복지서비스 품질 중에서도 형평성(β=.558, p<.001)과 보증성(β=.539, p<.001)이 다른 구성차원보다 상대적으로 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 노인복지서비스 품질이 높을수록 노인의 만족도는 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것으로, 이러한 결과는 서비스의 영역과 그 영향력 정도는 상이하지만, 대다 수의 선행연구들과 그 분석결과는 동일함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로, 사회복지서비스조직이 고객만족을 위한 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 서비스 품 질에 대한 다양한 접근과 함께 서비스 품질에 대한 보다 적극적인 방안들이 다각적으로 모색되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the welfare service quality for the elderly and customer satisfaction upon intention of re-use. The welfare service quality for the elderly consists in assurance, empathy, responsiveness, equality, reliability, and tangible. The welfare service quality for the elderly and customer`s satisfaction associated with subsequent behavior. The subject of the study were 300 Korean aged over 61 who have experiences of using in social welfare facilities across Goyang, Namyangju, Paju city. First, there was significant difference in such various factors as the welfare service quality for the elderly, customer satisfaction, intention of re-use depending on socio-demographic characters. Second, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, tangible might intensify their subsequent behavior. From the analyses, Major finding of this study are as follows; ①We should establish the development strategy of service in social welfare. ②We should develop the education program for improving the welfare service for the elderly. ③We find the olderly`s character and should develop suitable service manual for the elderly.

과거 20년 동안, 우리는 CPU, 메모리, 네트워크 장비 그리고 하드디스크를 포함한 컴퓨터의 주요 구성 요 소에 대하여 눈부신 향상을 보아왔다. 용량 면에서의 굉장한 발전에도 불구하고, 컴퓨터의 구성요소들 중 하드디스 크는 처리 시간이 가장 지연되는 장치이고, 가까운 미래에 이러한 문제가 해결될 것이라 예측하기 어렵다. 우리는 NAND 플래시메모리를 이용하여 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 접근 방법을 제시한다. 저장 수단으로서의 플 래시 메모리 이용에 대한 연구는 현재 많이 이루어져왔으나, 그러한 연구의 대부분은 모바일이나 내장형 장치에 중 점 되어있다. 우리의 연구는 기업 단위의 서버 시스템 까지도 아우르는 저장 시스템으로서의 NAND 플래시 메모리 를 발전시키는데 목표를 두고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 저장 시스템 기반의 NAND 플래시 메모리의 단점을 극복하 기 위하여 구조적이고 운영 가능한 메커니즘을 제시하고 평가한다. During past 20 years we have witnessed brilliant advances in major components of computer system, including CPU, memory, network device and HDD. Among these components, in spite of its tremendous advance in capacity, the HDD is the most performance dragging device until now and there is little affirmative forecasting that this problem will be resolved in the near future. We present a new approach to solve this problem using the NAND Flash memory. Researches utilizing Flash memory as storage medium are abundant these days, but almost all of them are targeted to mobile or embedded devices. Our research aims to develop the NAND Flash memory based storage system enough even for enterprise level server systems. This paper present structural and operational mechanism to overcome the weaknesses of existing NAND Flash memory based storage system, and its evaluation.
