初期生育이 良好한 小麥品種을 選拔하기 위하여 小麥 9系統을 供試하여 試驗한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1) 優秀系統 選拔試驗에 있어서는 장초엽 系統인 경우 Vigour18과 ZL59A가, 단초엽 系統인 경우는 Amery와 Janz가 初期生育이 良好하였다. 2) 生育期 및 窒素水準에 따른 反應에 있어서는 장초엽 系統인 경우 Vigour18이 단초엽 系統인 경우 Janz가 優勢하였다. 3) 播種密度와 窒素水準에 따른 反應에 있어서, 葉面積은 Vigour18, Janz 모두 密植 할수록 작아지고, 普肥區가 少肥區보다 增加하였으며, 葉重, 乾物重, 根重에 있어서도 葉面積과 같은 경향이었다. SLA와 LAR은 密植 할수록 커지고, 少肥區에서 增加 하였는데, Vigour18과 Janz 모두 같은 傾向이었다. 根長은 장초엽 系統인 Vigour18은 3粒播種區에서 最大値를 나타냈으나, 단초엽 系統인 Janz는 2粒播種區에서 最大値를 보였다. This experiment was conducted on the wheat 9 genotypes to choose the wheat which is excellent in the early vigour. The results are as follows. 1. Vigour18 and ZL59A are excellent in the long coleoptile genotype, while Amery and Janz are excellent in the short coleoptile genotype. 2. In responding to the growth stage and nitrogen level, Vigour18 is predominant in the long coleoptile genotype, while Janz in short coleoptile genotype. 3. In the responding to sowing density and nitrogen level, the more the sowing density was, the shorter the leaf area of Vigour18 and Janz tended to grow. Also the leaf area turned out to grow larger in the plot fertilized with high nitrogen than in the plot fertilized with low nitrogen. This is true of leaf weight, dry weight, and root weight. Concerning SLA and LAR, the more the sowing density was, the larger specific leaf area tended to glow, while the specific leaf area grow larger in the plot fertilized with low nitrogen. This is true of both Vigour18 and Janz. The root length of long coleoptile genotype, Vigour18, turned out to grow longest on the plot sown with 3 seeds. While the root of short coleoptile genotype, Janz, grew longest on the plot sown with 2 seeds.

세계화에 도전하기 : 최근 발표된 문헌들에 대한 선별적 검토

Critical international political economy (IPE) has continued to generate the most vibrant literature on the world economic phenomenon of globalisation. The broad debate within critical IPE largely focuses on two alternative definitions of globalisation. First, globalisation is viewed as an outcome of the inexorable ‘logic’ of capitalism, simultaneously widening the spatial field of marketisation and then deepening its impact as ever more areas of social life, including protest and resistance themselves, are ‘commodified’. Second, globalisation is understood as a ‘project’ in which a set of deliberate policies, gathered under the rubric neo-liberalism, are being foisted upon the world. The present article builds its argument through a selective review of four important contributions to the debate over globalisation. In summation, the fomenting of transformatory social action hinges on precisely the question of elaborating upon the institutional contours of a progressive viable and sustainable future society than on the continued recounting of the ills of globalisation, though the latter remains important. 비판적인 국제정치경제학계(IPE)가 세계화라는 세계 경제 현상에 대해 가장 활발한 문헌들을 생산해내고 있다. 비판적인 IPE 내의 광범한 논쟁들은 세계화에 대한 두 가지 대안적인 정의에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 첫째, 시장화의 공간적 영역을 확대함과 동시에 항의와 저항을 포함하여 사회생활의 더 많은 영역들이 ‘시장화’되도록 그 영향을 심화시키는 자본주의의 냉혹한 ‘논리’의 결과로 세계화를 보는 것이다. 둘째, 교조적 신자유주의라는 이름으로 묶인 정교한 정책들을 통해 세계에 대해 강요하는 ‘프로젝트’로 세계화를 이해하는 것이다. 이 논문은 세계화 논쟁에 기여한 네 개의 중요한 문헌들에 대한 선별적 비평을 통해 나의 주장을 펼칠 것이다. 결론적으로, 나는 변혁적 사회 행동의 형성은 세계화의 병폐를 계속 바로잡는 것보다는 진보적이고 지속 가능한 미래 사회의 제도적 윤곽을 정교화하는 문제에 달려 있다고 생각한다. 그럼에도 세계화의 병폐를 바로잡는 일이 여전히 중요함은 물론이다.

길었던 16세기 근대세계체계의 발전은 세 구조의 형성과 함께 이루어졌다. 첫째는 경제 구조(임금과 생산활동의 전 지구적 위계화를 구축했던 축배열적 노동분화), 둘째는 지정학적 구조(부분적일 수 밖에 없는 국가들의 자율성을 규정했던 국가간 체계), 그리고 마지막으로 사회문화구조(권위 있는 지식이 어떤 것인지, 그리고 사회적 행위주체들이 취할 수 있는 성취가능하고 타당한 행위가 무엇인지를 틀지었던 지식구조)가 그것이다. 지금이 역사적 체계는 위기에 처해있다. "역사사회과학"과 "사회인문학"은 이러한 사회문화적 위기를 인식하고 그에 대한 직접적 대응을 도모하는, 새롭고 상호보완적인 두 가지 지식생산 접근법을 형성하고 있다. 지식구조변화에 대한 역사적 분석은 역사사회과학이라 일컬어지고 있는 분야에서의 지적작업들에 새로운 방향들을 제시하고 있다. 사회인문학은 인간적 가치들이 배제되고 지식생산 내에서의 실질적 대안들에 대한 적극적 모색이 무시된 채 얻어진 어떠한 인간현실 이해도 문제적일 수 밖에 없다는 인식을 주요한 특징으로 한다. 이러한 노력들은, 보다 실질적으로 합리적이고 인간적인 세계를 향한 사회적 행위의 기초가 될 새로운 이해방식, 방법론, 제도적 배치들을 성취하는데 기여할 것이다. The modern world-system came into being during the long sixteenth century as a set of economic structures (an axial division of labor that established a world-scale hierarchy of wages and production activities), geopolitical structures (the interstate system that defined the always partial autonomy of states), and socio-cultural structures (the structures of knowledge that framed what was to be considered authoritative knowledge and therefore what legitimate action could be undertaken with some degree of possible success by social agents). This historical system is in crisis. "Historical social science" and the "social humanities" constitute two complementary, emerging approaches to knowledge production that recognize and respond directly to the crisis in the socio-cultural arena. A historical analysis of the development of the structures of knowledge suggests new directions in intellectual work in what is becoming known as historical social science. A realization of the shortcomings of any understanding of human reality that excludes human values and the active search for material alternatives in the production of knowledge characterizes the social humanities. It is through such endeavors that new modes ofnderstanding, methodological approaches, and institutional arrangements will be made available as foundations for social action in favor of a more substantively rational, humanely human, world.
