About the effects of the facts besides games on the athletic records and economy of the site holding an athletic meet Many various facts besides games have a great influence on the players (playing) ability during their games and to hold sports games in local area also exerts an influence on its economy. So I analysed the effects like there: 1) Ball games and scoring games require great expense to highten the players ability, but recording games and weight games require not so much expense. The players spend their allowances only for their games. 2) Many parents, brothers, and sisters of tall game and weight game players tend to go to see the games, it is very helpful to the players' game. 3) To attract many various sports games in local area has a great influence on the economy of the site of an athletic meet and give the people many opportunities to spend their leisure. So, it very desirable to try to attract many games in local area.
조선총독의 언설을 통해 본 조선총독부의 ‘동화’정책과 교육의 논리

The purpose of this study is to analyze the comments of the Governor-General of Korea's 'governance' and educational policies, to clarify the concept of 'assimilation' by Office of the Governor-General of Korea, and to define the logic of assimilation policies and education in consideration of the characteristics of each period. The significance of this paper is two-fold. First, I questioned the premise that "the term 'assimilation' by the colonizer is not a descriptive concept" in the previous studies, and elucidated the concept of assimilation based on the Governor-General of Korea's governance policies. Second, based on the results of existing research, to inspired by the Governor-General of Korea's governance and education policies from the 1910s to the first half of the 1940s, discussed the characteristics and contents of each period, and defined the logic of the governor general's assimilation policy and education. As a result, the concept of assimilation was until the 1910s, when it was used to mean that Koreans were not discriminated against, but around 1920, was used to replace assimilation. In other words, from around 1920 onward, the slogan of 'universal benevolence'(一視同仁) was not only a concept of assimilation advocated by the Governor-General of Korea, but also an assimilation itself. The logic of assimilation policies and education was a process of remodeling and inclusion Koreans as subjects of the Japanese empire by promoting and embodiment 'fusion and assimilation'(融合同化), 'harmony between Japan and Korea'(内鮮融和), 'integration of Japan and Korea'(内鮮一体) in each period, present ideals of 'universal benevolence', measuring the trends and cultural standard. However, the reality was that they misrepresented the reality of discrimination against Koreans by using appropriate facilities and methods ('separate but equal') under the pretext of present ideals of 'universal benevolence' and the trends and cultural standard. 이 글의 목적은 조선총독의 ‘통치’·교육방침에 관한 언설을 중심으로 분석하여, 조선총독부의 ‘동화’(同化)개념을 해명함과 동시에, 각 시기 별 특성을 고려하여 동화정책과 교육의 논리를 정의하는 것이다. 이 연구의 의의는 두 가지이다. 첫째 선행연구에 있어 “식민지지배의 당사자에 의한 ‘동화’라는 말은 무엇을 설명하는 개념이 아니”라는 전제 에 의문을 품고, 총독의 통치방침 등에 착목하여 동화의 개념을 해명한 것 이다. 둘째 기존연구의 성과를 기반으로 1910년대부터 1940년대 전반까 지 총독의 동화정책에 대한 통치·교육방침에 착안하여, 각 시기별 특성과 내용을 논한 뒤, 총독부에 의한 동화정책과 교육의 논리를 정의한 것이다. 그 결과, 동화개념이란 1910년대까지는 조선인을 차별하지 않는다는 의미의 ‘일시동인’이었지만, 1920년경부터 일시동인이 동화를 대체하 는 용어로 사용되었다. 즉 1920년경부터는 일시동인이라는 표어가 총 독부가 주장하는 동화의 개념임과 동시에, 동화 그 자체였던 것이다. 그 리고 동화정책과 교육의 논리란 일시동인이라는 이념 하에 시세 및 민 도의 추이를 가늠하여, 각 시기별로 ‘융합동화’·‘내선융화’·‘내선일체’를 목표로 추진·구현함으로써, 조선인을 일본제국의 신민으로서 개조·포 섭하려 한 과정으로 정의된다. 그러나 그 실체는 일시동인이라는 이념 과 ‘시세 및 민도’라는 구실을 들어, 적당한 시설과 방법으로써 조선인에 대한 차별을 정당화한 짓이었다.

Each nation is conscious of the political problems in Olympics, a long term sponsor for the event could be seeded. The events could be spread in many Cities of the Sponsoring nation. Additionally, then size of then events could be reduced. Most of all, the deucation of proer Olympic theory should be enforced which is understanding that the purpose of the event is for the athletes to gain personal fulfillment and not for the natims to compete for ploitical and other reasons. In order to respond to the changes, some measures were suggested such as long term sponsor, division of event to many cities, and reduction of events. The best way is to educate the proper theory of Olympics which is the pure competition between athletes of different nations and not an event to reflect an national Interests.

Nationalism is a also a centry old problem and causes Competitiveness among nations. The events should not reflect any nationalistic interest but show a fair competition between athletes of different nations. The proper education of Olympism, and also the size of the events should be reduced. The best way is to educate the proper theory of Olympics which is the pure competition between athletes of different nations and an event to reflect an national interests.
