        국내 와인 상품의 활성화를 위한 소재 개발 연구

        건강식품 문화 확산으로 현대 사회인들은 고품질의 와인을 선호하고 있고 또한 알코올 함량이 비교적 낮은 양조주를 선호하고 있다. 와인의 긍정적인 측면이 언론 매체에 알려지면서 와인 수요는 점점 증가하고 있다. 그러나 한국 국세청 보도 자료에 따르면 와인의 소비 및 점유율은 대부분 수입산 와인이 차지하고 있고 국내산 와인 시장 점유율은 매년 하락하는 추세이다. 증가하고 있는 와인 수요를 국내산 와인으로 활성화 시키기 위하여 와인 제조 방법 및 소재 개발이 절실하기에 항산화 효과가 높은 커피 나무 열매인 커피 은피를 활용하여 와인을 제조하였다. 커피 은피 추출물에 설탕을 중량대비 1 : 0.8~1.2의 비율로 혼합하여 발효액을 제조하여 25~28℃에서 80~120일 동안 발효하여 발효액을 제조하였다. 발효액을 제조한 후 발효액 100중량부에 치아황산나트륨 0.03~0.1중량부, 구연산0.5~1.5중량부, 물 500~800중량부를 혼합한 후, 상기 혼합물에 설탕을 15~20 brix가 되도록 첨가하여 20~28℃에서 15~20일 동안 숙성을 시킨다 숙성을 시킨 후 숙성액 100중량부에 효모분말 0.2~0.5중량부를 접종하고, 15~18℃에서 30~50일 동안 저온발효단계를 진행하여 커피은피 와인을 완성한다. 항산화 효과가 높은 커피 나무 열매인 커피 은피를 활용하여 제조된 커피 은피 와인은 와인 시장에서 와인 제조의 다양화와 건강 기능성 식품의 확장을 가져올 수 있으며 국내 와인 점유율을 높이는데 기여할수 있다. 또한 커피 은피 추출물을 활용한 와인은 커피 부산물인 커피 은피를 활용함과 동시에, 항산화 및 항균 효능이 있는 와인을 제공하여 국내 와인 시장의 활성화와 건강 기능성 식품 연구에 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

        목, 허리 만성통증에 따른 자세, 균형, 그리고 족저압과의 상관분석

        [PURPOSE] To examine relationships between cervical range of motion, scoliosis angle, posture, static balance and plantar pressure in patients with chronic neck and back pain, and with postural deviations. [METHODS] Sixty nine male and female adult subjects with chronic neck and back pain participated. Cervical ranges of motion were measured using CROM. Scoliosis angles were measured using scoliometer. Leg lengths were measured using a tape measure. Plantar pressure was measured using foot scan, and static equilibrium was measured using TETRAX. [RESULTS] There was a statistically positive correlation between NDI and MDQ (p<.05), and a negative correlation was found between NDI, MDQ and cervical range of motion(p<.05), while there were statistically positive correlations between scoliosis angle, plantar pressure and stability index (p<.05). [CONCLUSIONS] The increased MDQ resulted in an increase in NDI. Also, as the increased NDI and MDQ resulted in a decrease in cervical range of motion and equilibrium. However, the increased NDI and MDQ resulted in an increase in scoliosis angle, plantar pressure on forefoot and hindfoot. It is concluded that these results suggest that one must maintain correct posture and perform strength exercise together with proper gait in order to resolve difficulties in activities of daily living due to chronic neck and back pain. Also, It is suggested that older patients with chronic neck and back pain would improve static equilibrium.

        단기간 정적․동적 허리 안정화 운동이 만성 허리통증 20대 여대생의 체간 근력 및 근지구력에 미치는 영향

        [PURPOSE] The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of short term static · dynamic lumbar stability exercise on the trunk muscles strength and endurance of chronic low back pain female college students in their 20's. [METHODS] The subjects were consisted of twenty patients who had non specific chronic low back pain. All subjects randomly assigned to the static lumbar stabilizing exercise group(n=10)and dynamic lumbar stabilizing exercise group. Dynamic lumbar stabilizing exercise group received 3D balance, static lumbar stabilizing exercise group received bridge exercise during 4 weeks period. HUR was used to measure the isometric muscle strength. Time watch measure method was used to measure the abdominal and back muscle strength and endurance of trunk flexion and extension. [RESULTS] The trunk muscle strength was significantly difference between group(p<.05), Short term dynamic lumbar stabilizing exercise group was significantly increased than short term static lumbar stabilizing exercise group(p<.05). Endurance of trunk flexion, extension weren't significantly difference between group(p>.05). [CONCLUSIONS] Short term dynamic lumbar stabilizing exercise group showed increase in trunk muscle strength. Both group were increased endurance of trunk flexion, extension. Therefore, Short term dynamic and static lumbar stabilizing exercise will be available in the intervention of chronic low back pain patients.

        중ㆍ고등학생의 음주 실태와 학교 음주예방 교육의 영향 : 2015년 청소년건강행태온라인조사를 활용하여

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine effects of school-based alcohol prevention programs on drinking statuses of adolescents. Methods: The findings of this study was based on the data obtained from the '2015 11th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey. The number of study subjects were 68,043. Results: It was figured that 35.6% of the study subjects had experienced school-based alcohol prevention programs within the last 12 months. As the students got older, the chances to participate in the programs decreased (p<.01). For both middle and high school students, current drinking rates for the educated was lower than those of the uneducated students(6.6% vs 8.0%; 22.2% vs 25.9%) and it was statistically significant. A similar pattern was found for high-risk drinking rates. Those educated showed lower rates than the uneducated with statistical significance of p<.001. In addition, the educated had lower problem drinking rate than the uneducated for both middle (p<.05) and high school students (p<.001). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that school-based alcohol prevention programs had statistically significant effect on current drinking status of adolescents (p<.05). However, it had significant effect only on high-risk drinking status of high school students (p<.05) and had no effect on problem drinking. Conclusion: This study addressed effectiveness of school-based adolescent alcohol prevention programs and that it is important to develop means to implement school health education.

        녹차와 황토 발효녹차의 품질평가 및 항산화, 항균효과 비교

        In this study, to compare the quality, antioxidant and antibacterial effects of green tea fermentation, the results of comparing hot water extracts of green tea and red clay fermented green tea are as follows. As a result of the quality evaluation, the sugar content of the green tea hot water extract was confirmed to be .80 Brixp, and the red clay fermented green tea hot water extract was confirmed to be .60 Brixp. The pH of the green tea hot water extract was 5.86, and the ocher fermented green tea hot water extract was 5.01. As a result of color measurement, green tea had L 93.15, a -2.87, b 24.62 values, and loess fermented green tea hot water extract had L 66.55, a 14.52, b 75.28 values. As a result of measuring the total polyphenol and flavonoid content, it was confirmed that 137.87μg/mL in green tea hot water extract and 157.29μg/mL in red clay fermented green tea hot water extract. The green tea hot water extract had a content of 63.46μg/mL. As a result of measuring DPPH radical scavenging ability, at a concentration of 500μg/mL, green tea hot water extract was 77.18%, and loess fermented green tea hot water extract was 81.22%, confirming the scavenging ability similar to BHT. At a concentration of 500μg/mL, where the ABTS radical scavenging ability was measured, the hot water extract of green tea was 81.09% and the hot water extract of red clay fermented green tea was 89.31%, which was lower than that of Vit C, but higher than that of BHT. As a result of measuring the antibacterial effect against S. aureus, E. coli, P. acnes, and M. furfur by the disk diffusion method, the antibacterial effect was confirmed in all strains. showed higher antibacterial effect than green tea hot water extract. As a result of the above study, it was confirmed that the red clay fermented green tea hot water extract had lower sugar content and pH and increased color compared to the green tea hot water extract. In addition, antioxidant and antibacterial effects were also confirmed to be high. 본 연구에서는 녹차와 발효 녹차의 품질 및 항산화, 항균효과를 비교하기 위해 비 발효녹차와 황토로 발효한 황토 발효녹차의의 열수 추출물을 비교한 결과 다음과 같다. 품질평가 결과 당도는 녹차 열수 추출물은 .80 Brixp으로 확인되었으며, 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물은 .60 Brixp으로 확인되었다. pH는 녹차 열수 추출물은 5.86이며, 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물은 5.01로 확인되었다. 색도 측정 결과, 녹차는 L 93.15, a –2.87, b 24.62 값이며, 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물은 L 66.55, a 14.52, b 75.28 값으로 확인되었다. 총 폴리페놀 과 플라보노이드함량을 측정한 결과, 녹차 열수 추출물은 137.87μg/mL, 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물는 157.29μg/mL 함량이 확인되었으며, 총 플라보노이드 함량은 녹차 열수 추출물은 59,64μg/mL, 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물은 63.46μg/mL 함량이 확인되었다. DPPH 라디컬 소거능을 측정한 결과, 500μg/mL농도에서 녹차 열수 추출물은 77.18%, 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물은 81.22%로 BHT와 유사한 소거능이 확인되었다. ABTS 라디컬 소거능을 측정한 500μg/mL농도에서 녹차 열수 추출물은 81.09%, 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물은 89.31%로 Vit C보다는 소거능이 낮지만 BHT보다는 높은 소거능이 확인되었다. S. aureus, E. coli, P. acnes, M. furfur에 대한 항균효과를 디스크 확산법으로 측정한 결과 모든 균주에서 항균효과가 확인되었으며, 특히 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물은 P. acnes, M. furfur균에서 녹차 열수 추출물보다 높은 항균효과가 확인되었다. 이상의 연구 결과, 황토 발효녹차 열수 추출물은 녹차 열수 추출물에 비해 당도와 pH 는 낮게 확인 되었으며, 색도가 증가하였다. 그리고 항산화 및 항균효과도 높게 확인되었다.

        필라테스 동작분석을 통한 필라테스 효과에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 기구 필라테스의 동작에 따른 효과와 주의점을 제시하여 필라테스를 필요로 하는 교육 및 산업 분야에 기초자료를 제공하고자한다. 연구 방법으로는 기구 필라테스의 대표적인 리포머(reformer), 캐딜락(cadilac), 체어(chair), 베럴(barrel)을 사용하여 대표동 작을 연출하였다. 대표 동작들을 하면서 효과와 주의점을 제시하였고 쉽게 따라할 수 있도록 동작들을 설명하여 사진으로 제시하였다. 리포머의 대표적인 동작으로 레그풀(leg pul)l동작, 플랭크(plank)동작, 브릿지(bridge)동작, 스쿠터(scooter)동작을 들 수 있다. 캐딜락의 대표적인 동작으로는 티저(teaser)동작, 머메이드(mermaid)동작, 따이스트레치(thigh stretch)동작이 있다. 체어의 대표적인 동작으로는 런지(lunge)동작, 스완(swan)동작, 베럴의 대표적인 동작으로 레그 레이즈(leg raise)동작, 사이드밴드(side bend)동작, 홀스 백(horse back)동작이 있다. 이러한 필라테스의 대표적인 기구들은 각각 사용하는 동작들에 의하여 근력 강화, 통증 감소, 건강한 척추 유지, 신체의 균형감각 향상, 그리고 신체의 유연성 증가 및 혈액 순환 향상의 효과를 가져온다. 또한 호흡과 함께하는 동작들은 신체의 컨디션을 최적으로 유지할 수 있도록 도와주면서 스트레스를 해소하는 효과까지 가져오는 것을 볼 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 기구를 통한 필라테스는 근력 강화, 통증 감소, 건강한 척추 유지, 신체의 균형 감각향상 뿐만아니라 신체의 유연성 증가 와 혈액순환 개선까지 가져온다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 리포머, 캐딜락, 체어, 베럴을 통한 기구 필라테스 동작들의 방법과 주의점을 알고 그에 따른 효과를 알아보면서 필라테스 분야의 교육과 산업 또는 일반인들이 필라테스를 활용하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다. This study aims to provide basic data to the educational and industrial fields that require pilates by presenting the effects and precautions according to the movement of pilates equipment. As a research method, the representative movement was directed using the equipment pilates' representative reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrel. While performing representative movements, the effects and precautions were presented, and the movements were explained and presented in pictures so that they could be easily followed. Representative operations of the reformer include a leg pull operation, a plank operation, a bridge operation, and a scooter operation. Representative motions of cadillac include a teaser motion, a mermaid motion, and a thigh stretch motion. Representative motions of the chair include lunge motion, swan motion, and representative motions of the barrel include leg raise motion, side bend motion, and horseback motion. Each of these representative pilates instruments has the effect of strengthening muscle strength, reducing pain, maintaining a healthy spine, improving the sense of balance of the body, increasing flexibility of the body, and improving blood circulation. In addition, it can be seen that the movements with breathing help to maintain the optimal condition of the body and even bring about the effect of relieving stress. Through this study, it was found that pilates through equipment not only strengthens muscle strength, reduces pain, maintains a healthy spine, and improves the body's sense of balance, but also increases body flexibility and improves blood circulation. It is expected that it will be used as basic data for education in the field of pilates and for the general public to use pilates while knowing the methods and precautions of the equipment pilates movements through the reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrel and examining the effects thereof.

        다리길이차이와 골반 및 어깨높이, 체중분배, 발목근력과의 상관분석

        PURPOSE] The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between leg length difference with pelvic and shoulder level, weight distribution, ankle muscle strength. [METHODS] The subjects were consisted of 49 female students whose leg length was 15mm or more among 90 female. The height of the pelvis and shoulder level were measured using the Global Posture System (GPS). The foot pressure was measured using a foot scan, and ankle muscle strength was measured using a Commander Muscle Tester. [RESULTS] There was a statistically significant positive correlation between structural leg length, pelvic height, shoulder height, and ankle instability(p<.05), while ankle dorsiflexion and inversion muscle strength were statistically significant negative correlation(p <.05). [CONCLUSION] The greater the difference in leg length, the greater the difference in pelvic level. The greater the difference in shoulder level, the greater the dorsiflexion strength of the ankle joint, especially the higher the shoulder height, the greater the ankle dorsiflexion strength. It was found that the greater the dorsiflexion strength of the ankle joint, the less the inversion strength. In conclusion, misalignment of the lower limb may cause back and neck and shoulder pain and ankle joint injury, so it is necessary to recognize the importance of proper posture and habit of the lower limbs.

        일부 여고생과 여대생에서의 월경곤란증 및 허리통증과 체간 근지구력 및 가동범위

        Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the association of dysmenorrhea and back pain during menstruation with muscular endurance and angle of trunk in high school girl students and women university students. Methods: The current study assessed data collected from 49 high school girl students and 50 women university students who participated in self-administered questionnaire survey on dysmenorrhea and back pain and test for measurement of muscular endurance and angle of trunk. A path analysis model was designed. Results: Menstrual distress questionnaire (MDQ) scores on dysmenorrhea and visual analog scale (VAS) scores on back pain were higher in high school girl students than that of women university students. For high school girl students, a path analysis model was designed to evaluate effects of MDQ, VAS on muscular endurance and angle of trunk. When VAS was higher, MDQ was higher and MDQ affected on muscular endurance of trunk negatively. For women university students, the effects of MDQ on VAS was statistically significant (p<0.05) and when VAS was higher, angle of trunk was smaller. Conclusions: Considering the present result, dysmenorrhea and back pain during menstruation will affect muscular endurance and angle of trunk. Therefore, a proper approach is required to alleviate dysmenorrhea and back pain during menstruation for high school girl students and women university students.

        주니어 야구 투수의 정적 움직임과 동적 움직임 시 어깨 근육의 근활성도 비교

        본 연구의 목적은 주니어 야구 투수 선수를 대상으로 정적 움직임(등척성 수축)과 동적 움직임(직구, 커브) 시 위팔두갈래근(biceps brachii)과 위팔세갈래근(triceps brachii)의 근 불 균형을 알아보고자 근활성도를 비교하는 것이다. 초·중·고학생 야구 투수 선수 40명을 대상으로 총 5초 동안의 정적 움직임(등척성 수축)과 동적 움직임(직구, 커브) 근전도를 3번 반복 측정하여 최대 수의적 등척성 수축(%MVIC)을 분석하였다. 근전도 전극은 위팔두갈래근은 봉우리뼈(acromion)와 팔꿈치 사이의 1/2 지점에, 위팔세갈래근은 봉우리뼈와 팔꿈치 머리 (olecranon) 사이의 1/2 지점에 각각 부착하였다. 유의 수준은 = .05로 설정하였다. 정적 움 직임 시 위팔두갈래근과 위팔세갈래근의 최대 수의적 등척성 수축은 유의한 차이가 있었다 (p<0.05). 동적 움직임 중 직구와 커브 모두 위팔두갈래근과 위팔세갈래근의 최대 수의적 등 척성 수축은 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 정적움직임과 동적 움직임 시 위팔두갈래근과 위 팔세갈래근의 어깨 근육의 근력 불균형은 주니어 야구 투수의 볼 속도, 커맨드능력, 그리고 경기력 등의 저하와 같은 결과를 초래할 수 있기 때문에 본 연구의 결과가 어깨 근육의 근력 불균형이 발생된 주니어 야구 투수의 재활이나 트레이닝의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to compare electromyographic activity to muscle unbalance of biceps brachii and triceps brachii during the static movement (isometric contraction) and dynamic movement (straight ball, curve ball) in junior baseball players. The subjects were consisted of forty baseball pitcher in elementary, middle, and high school. After repeated were repeatedly three times measured by electromyographic activity of the static movement (isometric contraction) and dynamic movement (straight ball, curve ball) during the 5 sec, analyzed %MVIC. We attached EMG electrode to acromion and moiety between elbow of biceps brachii, moiety between acromion and olecranon of triceps brachii. Significance level was 0.5. %MVIC.of biceps brachii and triceps brachii during the static movement (isometric contraction) was significantly difference (p<0.05). All %MVIC of biceps brachii and triceps brachii during dynamic movement (straight ball, curve ball was significantly difference (p<0.05). Because shoulder muscle strength unbalance of biceps brachii and triceps brachii during the static movement(isometric contraction) and dynamic movement(straight ball, curve ball) bring to ball velocity, command ability, and performance decline, Therefore, this study will help rehabilitation training and training in junior baseball players who had shoulder muscle strength unbalance by base line data.
