        고진공 터보 분자펌프용 자기베어링 시스템의 디지털 선형 제어시스템

        본 논문에서는 고진공용 터보분자펌프의 비접촉 고속회전을 위한 자기베어링 시스템의 디지털 제어시스템의 설계에 대하여 소개하였으며, 실례로 800 l/s급의 고진공 펌프에 대하여 축 유연모드의 후방향 위험속도를 넘는 최대 40,000 rpm까지의 회전실험 결과를 나타내었다. 제안된 제어시스템은 기본적으로 PID 기반의 직접궤환 제어기와 자이로스코픽 모멘트 효과를 제어하기 위한 교차궤환기, 유연모우드 감쇄를 위한 리드필터와 동기진동 저감을 위한 노치필터 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 이러한 제어기는 자기부상형 터보분자펌프 외에 고속 플라이휠과 같은 자기베어링에 적용될 수 있다. In this paper, a digital controller of magnetic bearing system for a high vacuum turbomolecular pump (TMP) is designed and examined. For stabilizing and providing damping in magnetic bearing, the digital PID controller is applied for each 5 control axes, and the inter-axis cross feedback controller is also applied to suppress low frequency vibration caused by gyroscopic moment of the rotor at high speed of rotation. The fabricated rotor-shaft has its first flexible natural frequency lower than maximum speed, about 614Hz, so the two lead filters are applied to increase damping of flexible mode. Notch filters with rotating frequency were selected to reduce vibration of the pump housing caused by unbalance load. The implemented controllers are verified by examination of frequency response and rotating test up to 40,000 rpm, which is higher than critical speed of backward flexible mode.

        모유수유모의 유방불편감 경험

        Purpose: This study aims at elucidating the troubles taking place during breast feeding and providing basic data for nursing practice to enhance breast feeding. Methods: The survey was conducted for 4 months starting from November 2011 by interviewing individually 20 breast feeding mothers who visited "*Women"s Hospital" in Seoul for their breast discomfort. The data was analysed by content analysis method. Results: A total of six categories were drawn from the data analysis. They were ‘unbearable extreme pain’. ‘regret for the breast feeding’, ‘feels floating in the air after breast massage by an expert’, ‘the families that are not helpful’, ‘retry of breast feeding for baby’, and ‘expectancy of more experts in breast feeding’. Conclusion: More experts in breast feeding were needed to enhance breast feeding in Korea. Nurses were considered to be the most suitable person for the professional breast feeding manager. Enhancement of breast feeding was expected by increasing professional breast feeding managers.

        부식환경하에서 Al 7075-T6의 피로수명에 미치는 쇼트피닝의 효과에 관한 연구

        부식은 기계류나 금속 부품의 성능과 수명을 저해하는 가장 큰 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 쇼트피닝이 부식환경하에서 Al 7075-T6의 피로수명에 미치는 쇼트피닝의 효과를 연구하였다. 쇼트피닝한 시험편의 피로한도는 약 52% 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 금속재 부품의 피로수명을 크게 연장시키는 것으로 보인다. 쇼트피닝을 한 시험편과 쇼트피닝 하지 않은 시험편을 1주에서 1년까지 비교 시험한 결과 부식은 피로강도를 현격히 감소시켰다. 쇼트피닝을 하였을 경우에는 부식에 의해 6개월 까지는 피로강도 및 피로 수명이 감소하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 쇼트피닝 가공이 금속재료의 수명에 대한 부식의 영향을 크게 감소시키는 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. Corrosion highly affects the lifetime and performance of machinery metallic components. The effects of shot peening on the fatigue life of Al 7075-T6 under corrosive environment are investigated in this paper. Experimental results show that the fatigue limit of shot peened specimen increases about 52%. That means the fatigue life of metallic components is highly extended by shot peening. The corrosion greatly reduces the fatigue strength depending on the corrosive condition from one week up to one year. In case of shot peened specimen, the corrosion does not reduce the fatigue strength and fatigue life up to six months. It means that the shot peening has superior effectiveness to reduce the influence of corrosion to the metallic materials.

      • 小形動電型굽힘 疲勞試驗機에 의한 貫通균열의 成長 및 닫힘 擧動

        This study covers the examination of through crack growth behavior in high strength aluminium alloy 7075-T651. The crack was fatigued by a small-sized Electrodynamic type bending test machine. Experiments were carried out by using cantilever beam type specimens with an initial chevron shaped notch, at various stress ratios(R=-0.1, 0.0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5). Crack growth and crack closure were detected by means of Kikukawa's compliance method with a strain gauge mounted on the backside of each specimen.

        Exhaust gas of vehicle is a big problem today. Reducing the weight of vehicle is desirable to reduce the cost and to improve the efficiency of vehicle. In the previous work, it seemed that the shot peening of suspension spring of vehicle improved the fatigue strength. Compressive residual stress can be obtained up to -792MPa by shot peening. Fatigue strength of machining spring steel is 425MPa. But fatigue strength of shot peened spring steel increased up to 756MPa.

      • 특수공작기계에서 쇼트피닝기의 특성 및 투사속도에 관한 연구

        As developing the technology in industry, the materials with superior grade of stiffness and lightness are required, and hence the higher fatigue strength characteristics are necessary. Thus, the non-traditional machining to increasing fatigue strength is becoming influence as very important technology. Shot peening process is essential to ensure repeatability and uniformity on a part to part and lot to lot basis, while conforming to the applicable specifications. The shot material, size, shape and hardness as well as velocity and impact angle must be rigidity controlled to provide consistency in peening results. High velocity of the shot ball increases the impact energy, the shot peening intensity increase. Comparing with the are height for the velocity 42m/sec, the are height for 56m/sec and 70m/sec increase 33% and 48% respectively.

        It is necessary to construct useful CAD systems which can designing high quality objects in short periods of time. A methodology on the interactive style CAD system for generating and manipulating 3-D objects such as rings, brooches and car bodies with complicated freeform surface is considered. The following three types of problems are mainly discussed. (1) The problem of constructing an interactive style CAD system, (2) The problem of constructing shape models with freeform surfaces, (3) A method of man-machine interaction. An efficient algorithm for generating freeform curves passing through given points is presented too.

      • 쇼트피닝 가공 최적조건 탐색을 위한 실험적 연구

        The shot peening process is most often used to improve fatigue properties of metal parts. In order to achieve optimum, repeatable and reliable fatigue enhancement from the shot peening process, the important shot peening parameters must be controlled. In this paper, the optimum shot peening condition is investigated. Rotary bending fatigue test was accomplished to investigate the effects of shot peening on the fatigue strength. Experimental results show that the fatigue strength was tremendously increased by optimum peening.
