        코로나19로 인한 자가격리 선원의 법적 지위에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 코로나19로 인한 자가격리 선원의 처우와 관련하여 선원과 선박소유자 간 합의에 의해 지급되는 ‘통상임금 70%에 상당하는 금액 또는 1일당 10만원’이라는 보상금의 법적 성격을 명확히 하기 위하여 14일 의무자가격리 중인 선원의 법적 지위를 송환, 유급휴가, 예비원 등 다각도로 분석해보았다. 또한 선원이 해외입국자로 분류되어 정부의 다양한 생활지원에서 배제되는 현실과 관련하여 해외입국자 지원 제외규정의 문제점을 분석하고 선원의 근로속성 상 송환된 선원이 단순 해외입국자로 분류됨이 타당한지 논의하였다. 마지막으로 코로나19와 같은 특수한 상황을 포함하여 모든 경우에 대한 선원의 법적 지위를 상정하는 것은 불가능한 일이나 최소한 동일한 사안에 대하여 일반적인 육상근로자에 하회하지 못하도록 선원법 상에 구체적으로 입법하는 방안이 필요함을 제언한다. For the legal status of seafarers, he/she must have 14 days of self-quarantine mandatorily due to COVID-19 in various aspects such as repatriation, paid leave, and reserve personnel what to clarify the legal nature of the compensation; An amount equivalent to 70% of the regular wage or 100,000 won per day, which is paid by agreement between the seafarer and the shipowner. In addition, regarding the condition of reality that the seafarers are classified as overseas entrants and excluded from various government’s supports for living, the problems of the regulation on exclusion of support for entrants from oversea. Moreover, discussed whether it is appropriate for the repatriated seafarers to be classified just as overseas entrants considering the seafarers work attributes. This study suggested that, at least, it is necessary to legislate in detail in the Seafarers Act is needed to prevent them not to fall short of general workers do in the same case. Even though it is impossible to assume the legal status of seafarers in all cases, including in special circumstances such as COVID-19.

        기업블로그의 대화 커뮤니케이션이 고객만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향 인지된 상호작용성과의 비교를 중심으로

        These days, many corporations are managing blogs to maintain good relationships with their customers. Each of these blogs features many two-way communication factors. This study is focused on the Dialogic Communication and Perceived Communication factors in corporate blogs. There are five factors each in both Dialogic Communication and Perceived Interactivity. For Dialogic Communication, they are as follows: ``Dialogic Loop``, ``Usefulness information``, ``Generation of Return visits``, ``Ease of the interface`` and ``Rule of conservation of Visitors``. For Perceived Interactivity, they are: ``User Control``, ``Responsiveness``, ``Two-way Communication``, ``personalization`` and ``playfulness``. This study intends to show the significance each of these factors have on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In conclusion, the factors involved in Dialogic Communication and Perceived Interactivity were discovered to be very important to the relationships corporate blogs have with their customers. Also, Dialogic Communication was confirmed to be very similar to perceived Interactivity.

        염장고등어의 히스타민 변화 조사-보관용기 중심으로-

        In order to find a way to reduce histamine formation when storing salted mackerel at home, a series of experiments were carried to monitor the time-related changes of histamine content, total aerobic bacteria and coliform quality of mackerel marketed in Incheon by the type of storage containers (clean, zipper and vacuum bag) during storage at 4°C, 24°C and -20°C for 10 days. Histamine formation was continuously increased with passing time during storage at 4°C, whereas it was decreased after 3 days during storage at 24°C. The initial value of histamine was maintained during storage at -20°C for 10 days. During storage at 4°C, total aerobic bacteria and coliform showed a tendency to increased rapidly till 3day and then decreased gradually. The formation of histamine was increased in the order of vacuum bag<zipper bag<clean bag during storage at 4°C.
