산화그래핀 소재를 합성하여 투명한 박막 코팅기술을 개발하고 특성을 평가하였다. 스핀과 스프레이 공정을 동시에 이용하여 산화그래핀을 유리 기판에 균일하게 박막코팅을 하였다. 균일하게 산화그래핀을 스핀-스프레이 공정을 이용하여 박막코팅을 하기 위하여 유리기판을 amine-functional group으로 표면개질을 하였다. 또한, 스핀-스프레이 공정을 이용하여 산화그래핀 박막을 4층까지 적층을 하였고 86% 이상의 투명도를 확보하였다. 이와 같은 합성된 산화그래핀 박막소재의 스핀-스프레이 코팅 기술은 다양한 전자제품들의 display를 대면적으로 코팅할 수 있을 것으로 기대되어진다. In this study, we synthesized graphene oxide and developed novel spin-spray coating technology. The graphene oxide thin film was uniformly coated on amine-functionalized glass surfaces using spin-spray coating technology. We also stacked up to four layers of graphene oxide on glass substrates in a uniform manner. From the results, we infer that this spin-spray coating of graphene oxide thin film could be a powerful tool for various electronic display coating applications.

Glass materials have been applied in various industrial fields. Research on improvement of mechanical properties has consistently been performed due to this material’s intrinsically vulnerable characteristics. Surface modification is considered as the promising method to supplement the weakness; especially, ceramics are thought of as appropriate materials for film materials because of their outstanding mechanical properties and their chemical stability. However, unfortunately, the optical transmittance of ceramic materials is poor, and can rather restrict this material’s utilization in glass. In this regard, the optical transmittance mechanism of vacuum kinetic sprayed Al_{2}O_{3} film was investigated. To control and analyze the film’s optical property, the gas flow rate, as a main process variable, was controlled; then, post heat-treatment was performed. Consequently, the film’s optical property was determined by three microstructural factors. That is, crystallite size, defects (including lattice distortion), and amorphous phase, generated during particle deposition, were found to strongly affect the transmittance.
시안 이온 선택성 Poly(aniline) 고체 접촉 전극

Cyanide ion selective poly(aniline) solid contact electrode based on quinine-Ni ionophore as a sensing material is successfully developed. The electrode exhibits good linear response of -50.2 mV/decade (at 20±0.2℃, r^2=0.9993) within the concentration range of 1×10^-1.00∼1×10^-5.74 M of NaCN solution. The composition of this electrode was quinine-Ni ionophore 3.0: polyvinylchloride 30.0: dibutylphthalate 67.0. When we consider the results of using different plasticizers had the best result in response characteristics. The electrode shows good selectivity for cyanide ion in comparison with any other anions and is suitable for use with aqueous solutions of pH 5.3∼7.8. Their standard deviation in the measured emf differences was ±1.60 mV at cyanide sample solution of 1.0×10^-2 M and ±1.12 mV at cyanide sample solution of 1.0×10^-3 M. Their stabilization time was less than 15 mins and response time was less than 52 sec.
