        업적 시스템을 강조한 2D 플랫포머 게임 개발

        Achievement systems have proliferated so quickly in gaming that it's hard to find a game that doesn't have them. However, their introduction has come with a number of drawbacks, including a lack of sense of accomplishment and immersion, and a lack of difficulty setting. There is a genre of achievement games that have managed to turn the downsides of achievement systems into unique features of their games, but they are dwindling in number. In this situation, we developed 'Achievement Run', an achievement game that can meet the needs of achievement enthusiasts by fixing the shortcomings of existing games. This paper introduces the development process of a new achievement game called 'Achievement Run' and conducts in-depth interviews with gamers to find out what kind of experience it provides, and concludes that the game's achievement system provides a generally positive player experience. Therefore, this paper will provide useful guidance not only for achievement-oriented game enthusiasts, but also for game development in general.

        Taking the establishment of a young men s association in Taegu and a labour mutual-aid project of Korea in Taegu opportunity. a youth movement and a labour movement was developed in Taegu in 1920. Also the idea of the socialism was came in with Jeong Woon Hae, Lee Sang hoon and others at the same time. The socialists in Taegu held real power in the young men's association in Taegu and the labour mutual-aid project of Korea in Taegu and they led the local national movement from mid 1923. On the other hand, a phase of a factional strife between the Hwayohoe and the young men's association in Seoul which developed from the youth ideology association also started to develop in Taegu from the young men's association in Taegu and the fourth young men's association. These socialists' factional strife and disruption impeded diffusion of socialism movement to the public and made to lose the purpose of movement. Moreover, it made depression to other movements like the youth movement and the labour movement. Furthermore, the Maintenance of the Public Order Act made the socialists' movement and the sphere of activity more dwindle. Therefore, the socialists needed to overcome the factional strife and disruption and also needed to make a way to confront to Japanese coercion. The form of the union of Korea nation line was presented as a countermeasure which was a main setting of the establishment of Singanhoe. The argument of a unification of the youth movement association from the young men's association in Taegu and the fourth young men's association started in Taegu as well. Then the youth alliance in Taegu organized in July 24th 1927. Taking the organization of the youth alliance in Taegu opportunity, the socialists overcame their own contradiction. In the end, they tried to achieve ideological and organizational unification of the socialists through out a union of Korea nati on line. In addition, the local uncompromising nationalists tried to find a way to join with the socialists to overcome their own limitation of organizational imperfect. Consequently, the local Singanhoe branch in Taegu was established through concentration of the nationalist and the socialists in September 1927. After the establishment, Taegu local branch developed the activity to maintain, manage, and realize the purpose of establishment of the Singanhoe. At the early stage of Taegu local branch led participation of diverse class and then, ritualize and organization the people to strengthen the association. Moreover, they developed the activity of impediment to expectant movement like political struggle and compromise movement and self-governing movement. After the representative meeting, Taegu local branch indicated their character as a syncretic leading organization and representative organization of Korean national profit. Thus, Taegu local branch pushed ahead organization of local province alliance to activate the depressed Singanhoe movement in Kyeongbuk. Like the upper part of working of Taegu local branch had Japanese coercion. Especially, the coercion became serious because the leading members of local branch as Jang Jeok Woo, Jo Byeong Ryoel, and others were implicated a roundup of Korean communist and Koryeo youth communist in July 1928. In spite of Japanese coercion, Taegu local branch continued their working until late 1930's, but it just maintain its slender existence. Finally, an annulment was approved at the whole meeting of Singanhoe in May 1931 and also Taegu local branch were annuled. This led to disorganization of Taegu local branch. The local Singanhoe branch in Taegu has historical signification in the first concentration for union of Korea nation line after the Independence movement.

        HepG2 간암세포에서 아라키돈산에 의한 세포사멸기전에 미치는 NADPH 산화효소의 역할

        Previously, we have reported that arachidonic acid (AA) appears to be involved in the induction of apoptosis in HepG2 human hepatoblastoma cells. In this study we investigated the possible role of the NADPH oxidase, a membranebound enzyme generating reactive oxygen species (ROS), in the mechanism of AA-induced apoptosis in HepG2 cells. Apoptotic cell death induced by AA was significantly suppressed by various inhibitors of the NADPH oxidase, diphenylene iodonium (DPI), apocynin (Apo) and neopterine (NP). In addition, these inhibitors of the NADPH oxidase completely blunted the AA-induced ROS elevation. Next, we investigated the implication of metabolic pathway of AA in these AA actions. Both apoptosis and ROS production induced by AA were not significantly altered by treatment with indomethacin (Indo) or nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA), selective inhibitors of cyclooxygenase (COX) and lipoxygenase (LOX), respectively, suggesting that AA metabolites produced by COX or LOX may not have an essential role in the AA-induced apoptosis and ROS generation. Collectively, these results suggest that the NADPH oxidase may be a key player in the mechanism of AAinduced apoptosis in HepG2 cells. These results further suggest that NADPH oxidase may be a good target for the management of human hepatomas.

        주가 예측 모델에서의 분할 예측을 통한 성능향상 탐구

        본 논문의 연구 취지는 예측하고자 하는 다음 날과 이전 날의 시가 사이 변동률을 예측값으로 두고 시가를 예측하는 기존 논문들과는 다르게 예측하고자 하는 다음날의 주가 순위를 일정한 간격으로 분할하여 생성된 각 구간마다의 시가 변동률을 예측값으로 하는 모델을 통하여 최종적인 다음날의 시가 변동률을 예측하는 새로운 시계열 데이터 예측 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 예측값의 세분화 정도와 입력 데이터의 종류에 따른 모델의 성능 변화를 분석했으며 연구 결과 예측값의 세분화 정도에 따른 모델의 예측값과 실제값의 차이가 예측값의 세분화 개수가 3일 때 큰 폭으로 감소한다는 사실도 도출해 낼 수 있었다.

        광량과 온도 변화에 따른 고추 ( Capsicum annuum L. ) 잎 광계 2의 광억제

        Photoinhibition of photosystem (PS) Ⅱ was induced in primary leaves of 25 day-old peppers grown 100 μ㏖·m^-2·s^-1, at 25℃. The modulation of PSⅡ functionality in vivo was induced by varying both irradiance (0-3000 μ㏖·m^-2·s^-1) and duration (0-70 min) of light treatment. The functionality of PSⅡ was investigated in terms of photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ (Fv/Fm) and quantum yield of O_2 evolution, and expressed as a function of photon exposure [㏖ photons·m^-2, the product of irradiance and duration of light treatment (Bell and Rose, 1981)]. Contrary to the linear decline of Fv/Fm ratio showing 50% decreases by absorption of 10 ㏖ photons·m^-2, quantum yield of O_2 evolution decreased biphasically with increasing photon exposure, showing 50% decreases by absorption of 5.5 ㏖ photons·m^-2. Treatment of low temperature at 15℃ for 30 min alone did not affect the functionality of PSⅡ, but high temperature (45℃) significantly inactivated PSⅡ activity. However, when leaves of pepper were subjected to low or high temperature in the presence of light, PSⅡ was substantially photoinactivated. These results suggest the presence of different photoinhibitory mechanisms at low and high temperature.

        In this study, shape optimization of FPD air cleaner was conducted for preventing FPD panels from adsorption. A base FV model of FPD air cleaner was developed for validation of surface forces on FPD. Through sensitivity analysis, effect of factors that is air injection angle and coordinate of air entrance shape was probed. FV models were created for shape optimization using results of sensitivity analysis and DOE. Objective function is minimizing surface force on FPD area and Optimization was conducted by RSM. The results of optimization show that surface forces in local area was decreased.
