For the improvement of turbo type pump, this study has been carried out a servies of experiments as a section-shape transformation of performance and discharge port and we made change the number such impeller blades in the case of variation on pressure and flow rate further the turbo type pump. The useful findings of the study is as follows. 1. In order to increase the flow rate of discharge, the cross section of discharge should be equal or greater than that of discharge circumscribed circle to the normal direction of circumference, and the flow friction can be reduced by making the cross sections of suction and discharge ro fuather shape. 2. 12 blades of pump wheel gets best efficiency in this pump. 3. For the most suitable efficiency proves to be 90o of exit angle to impellerexperiment of vane is recommenced.

The use of industrial water has increased rapidly due to the devlopment of indusstry. Therefore. the use of the pump is becoming diverse and be coming larger. In this experiment. there are several variables that define the performance of a vacuum pump. In case of low suction pressure, the smaller flow area is, the higher suction flow rate increase and in case of high suction pressure, the larger flow area is, the higher suction flow rate increase.

The equal channel angular(ECA) pressing is an established processing technique in which a polycrystalline metal is pressed through a die to achive a very high plastic strain, thereby providing the capability of producing an ultra-fine grain size in the materials. Experiments were conducted on an Al-4.8%Mg-0.07%Mn-0.06%Si(5056) alloy to investigate the mechanical properties at elevated temperature in order to ultrafine grain using the ECA pressing. The billet for the ECA pressing, after having been solution treated at 773K for 2hr, was inserted into the die and pressing through two channels of the same cross section intersecting at a 90 degree angle. The billet can be extrude repeatedly because of an 1:1 extrusion ratio. A large strain is accumulated in the alloy since the billet is passed through the channel tow times. The tensile tests elevated temperature were carried out at initial strain rate at eight temperature from 298K to 673K. The true stress for ECA pressed alloy 2 times deformed at room temperature were higher than that of 1 time pressing but were equal at 423K, and the stresses were lower than that of 1 time pressing at 473K. From 523K to 673K, the stress for 2 times ECA pressing deformed alloy were higher than that of 1 time pressing alloy. Microstructures after the ECA pressing were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Dislocations were visible only inside the grains in the ECA pressing alloy before the tensile testing.

This study was conducted to investigate nursing students" safety-climate: perception and performance of standard precautions for healthcare-associated infection control. We also identifiedactors influencing performance of standard precautions. Data were collected from 246 junior and senior nursing students at nine colleges in D city from July to September, 2016. Themean score of performance was significantly lower than that of perception in all areas of standard precautions. The biggest difference between perception and performance was in the usage of personal protective equipment and safe injection practices. We also detected significant positive correlations among safety-climate, perception, and performance of standard precautions. In the regression analysis, performance of standard precautions was influenced by safety-climate and grade accounting for 10.7% of variance. To improve healthcare-associated infection control among nursing students, safer and more supportive practical environments need to be provided, and new training strategies such as simulation education need to be expanded.
