블록체인을 활용한 농산물 판매 및 소비이력 시스템에 관한 연구

미래 농산물에 대한 소비자의 맞춤식 솔루션을 제안하는 연구로 기존의 유통방식을 벗어나 오프라인과 온라인의 병행된 솔루션에 블록체인 기술을 접목하여 데이터의 위변조가 없도록 한다. 판매, 유통, 소비 등으로 생산된 데이터를 활용하여 분석된 결과를 토대로 소비자에게 맞춤식 서비스가 필요하고, 농산물과 관련한 식품에 대한 안전성 및 신뢰성을 줄 수 있게 되면서 소비나 생산에 대한 사용의도를 파악할 수 있을 것이다. 확보된 데이터를 기반으로 변형된 제품의 홍보나 생산물의 방향을 파악함으로써 미래의 4차산업과 관련한 발전 방향이 될 것이다. 하나의 시스템이 아닌 복합적인 기술들이 접목되어 관리되는 이력관리 시스템으로 블록체인과 빅데이터가 활용될 수 있다면 미래의 트랜드에 맞춤식 서비스가 될 것이다. 또한 유통과정에서 발생할 수 있는 친환경 인증과 관련한 사업이 진행됨으로써 하나의 시스템으로 가치가 창출된다면, 필요한 통합 솔루션이 될 것으로 기대된다. This paper proposes a consumer-tailored solution to prevent the forgery and falsification of data by incorporating blockchain technology in the online and offline distribution of agricultural produce. The solution provides customized services to consumers based on an analysis of the data generated from the sales, distribution, and consumption of quality of the produce. It can also ensure the safety and credibility of the produce, and allow producers to identify consumption intent and the flow of distribution. Producers will be able to determine the flow of produce based on the data collected and thus tailor promotional efforts. This is expected to be the fourth industrial revolution in the agricultural produce distribution sector. Utilizing blockchain and big data technology to create integrated record management systems that combine multiple solutions will shape future technology trends. In addition, if eco-friendly certification is acknowledged as a valuable service and can be incorporated into the distribution process, this solution could become a one-stop distribution solution for agricultural produce.

최근 회사나 학교 등의 큰 조직에서 소프트웨어의 설치와 유지 비용이 증가함에 따라 소프트웨어의 설치와 유지 비용이 적게 들고 시스템 관리가 쉬운 사용 편의성 소프트웨어 솔루션의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 또한 다양한 제품들의 출시와 함께 서비스 센터 엔지니어들에 대한 전문 교육이 꼭 필요한 현실에서 소프트웨어 솔루션 산업의 육성이 중요시 되고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발에서 프레임워크를 사용하는 비중은 매우 크다. 프로그램의 규모가 대형화되고 제작에 많은 인원이 관여되며, 시간적인 여유도 적은 경우 많은 프로젝트의 상황이 프레임워크를 사용하게 만든다. 본 논문에서는 Web 기반으로 사용자와 시스템 간 Interactive 환경을 구축하여 엔지니어별 수준에 맞는 사용 편의성 및 교육 역량 효과를 강화하였다. 앞으로는 특정 소프트웨어에 능숙한 개발자 보다는 여러 프레임워크를 잘 조합하여 최적의 성능을 낼 수 있는 연구가 더욱 중요해 질 것이다. As the cost of installing and maintaining software on large organizations such as recent companies and schools has increased, software installation and maintenance costs are low, system management is easy, demand for ease of use software solutions has increased. In the reality that special education for service center engineers is required along with the release of various products, training of the software and solution industry is regarded as important. Building Web-based user and system interactive environment, strengthened usability and educational ability effect suitable for engineer level. In the future, research that is familiar with specific software, not successfully combining multiple frameworks, rather than developers, will be increasingly important for research that can achieve optimal performance.

전파인지 기술을 적용한 의료영상처리 시스템 모델에 관한 연구

다양한 형태의 영상처리 분야 중에서 의료영상 처리는 인체 내부의 조직이나 기관을 포함하여 의학적으로 유용하게 모든 생체정보를 영상화하고, 이로부터 집단이나 치료에 사용되는 임상정보를 추출하고 처리하는 모든 기술을 의미한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 센서와 Underlay 기법을 이용한 의료영상 처리시스템은 비용을 감소하고 뼈나 장기 등으로 인해 생기는 음영지역 등, 정확한 판단에 어려움을 주는 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안의 하나로 RFID 센서에 Underlay 기법을 이용하여 효율적인 판독이 가능한 기술적 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

하드웨어에 의한 리눅스 서버 소프트-RAID 시스템의 상태표시 장치 구성에 관한 연구

In this paper, we propose a simple hardware reporting method for errors in soft-RAID systems of Linux OS. Compared with other reporting methods, the proposed method displays error status intuitively without any additional access process such as log-in process or home-page access. In particular, the server actively displays the error status, so the administrator can take immediate action. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, the experimental circuit was constructed and the experimental results showed that the error was actively displayed when an error occurred in the storage device. As such, a soft-RAID system can perform almost the same function as a hardware RAID system, thereby ensuring server data reliability at low cost.

견련파산 당시 계속 중인 회생채권조사확정재판에 대한 이의소송의 처리 : 대법원 2020. 12. 10. 선고 2016다254467, 254474 판결

At the time the converted bankruptcy is declared pursuant to Article 6(1) of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act (hereinafter “Debtor Rehabilitation Act”) resulting from the discontinuation of rehabilitation procedure after the authorization of a rehabilitation plan, a lawsuit objecting to the judgment in claim allowance proceedings filed in rehabilitation procedures may be pending. The Supreme Court, in the judgment of 2016Da254467, 254474 decided on December 10, 2020 (hereinafter “subject case”), stated that the creditor shall take over the lawsuit objecting to the judgment in claim allowance proceedings on rehabilitation claims pursuant to Article 464 of the Debtor Rehabilitation Act and the other party may also file a request for takeover. The subject case also stated that the plaintiff of the lawsuit should either alter the previous purport of the claim from seeking the confirmation of the table of rehabilitation creditors to seeking the confirmation of the table of bankruptcy creditors or seek the confirmation of both the table of bankruptcy creditors and rehabilitation creditors. Since the lawsuit objecting to the judgment in claim allowance proceedings on rehabilitation claims corresponds to a lawsuit involving disputed claims as referred to in Article 464 of the Debtor Rehabilitation Act, the creditor shall take over the lawsuit in accordance with Article 464 of the Debtor Rehabilitation Act and the other party may also file a request for takeover. After taking over the lawsuit, the purport of the claim shall be altered to seeking confirmation of bankruptcy claims in order to confirm bankruptcy claims. In addition, it is necessary to maintain the seeking for confirmation of rehabilitation claims in order to reflect the circumstances in which the rehabilitation claims confirmed according to the claim allowance procedure stipulated in the rehabilitation procedures are substantially altered by the rehabilitation plan. Therefore, the alteration in claims for confirmation of bankruptcy claims should be made as an additional alteration, not an exchangeable alteration. It is questionable that the subject case recognized an exchangeable alteration from confirmation of rehabilitation claims to confirmation of bankruptcy claims, and that the subject of the confirmation was the “table of bankruptcy/rehabilitation creditors”, not the “bankruptcy/rehabilitation claims”.

리눅스 기반 서버의 소프트-RAID 시스템용 원격 상태 표시 소프트웨어의 구성에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 Linux OS로 구성된 서버에서 사용되는 소프트-RAID 시스템에서, 저장 장치에서 발견된 오류들을 원격에서 직관적으로 확인할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 리눅스 OS의 소프트-RAID 방식에서 오류 보고 방법의 원리 및 문제점을 분석하고, 저장장치들의 상태를 인터넷 홈페이지를 통해 원격으로 확인할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 제시한 방법은 인터넷 홈페이지에 그림을 표시하는 방법으로 구성되어 홈페이지 작성 시 자유로운 배치가 가능하고, 표시할 그림 데이터는 외부 파일의 형태로 구성되므로 그림의 편집 및 교체가 매우 편리한 장점을 가진다. 제시한 방법의 효과를 확인하기 위해 리눅스 서버 시스템에서 소프트웨어를 구성해 실험한 결과, 홈페이지 구성에 큰 추가사항 없이 원거리에서 각 저장장치들의 상태를 직관적이면서 쉽게 점검할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

관련재판적과 관할선택권의 남용– 대법원 2011. 9. 29.자 2011마62 결정을 중심으로 –

Under the Korean Code of Civil Procedure(“KCCP”), forum for related claim is admitted in case of joint litigation, though agreement on exclusive jurisdiction was concluded between some of joint litigants. In Consideration of broad legal jurisdiction as stated above, it is necessary to limit the plaintiff’s right to choose jurisdiction. Recently the Supreme Court of Korea for the first time held that the right to choose jurisdiction may be limited in accordance with good faith principle, which is applied to Civil Procedure Rule. Namely, if it is apparent that the plaintiff brings a lawsuit attaching to another lawsuit for the purpose of occurring forum for related claim, then the regulations on forum for related claim should not be applied in account of abuse of the right to choose jurisdiction. This principle is appropriate to prevent unfair development of jurisdiction and to protect defendant’s benefit of jurisdiction. However, as good faith principle is general clause, it is more adequate to consider transfer of lawsuit to avoid prominent damage or delay pursuant to the Article 35 of the KCCP. Also in the case of above decision by the Supreme Court of Korea, it is permitted to transfer the case to avoid prominent damage or delay.

But the established exciting system using this method, the information which ignored personalized individualized can be furnished.
