This study analyzes of feasibility study in aero theme park and try to introduce theory of feasibility study. In general, using methods of feasibility study in tourism development project is as follows: 1) payback period method, 2) accounting rate of return method, 3) internal rate of return method, 4) net present value method. The case study used payback period method, internal rate of return method, net present value method of feasibility study. This study will be useful for decision makers to make right decisions of tourism development. The results of feasibility study of aero theme park are as follows: payback period is 9.37 year, internal rate of return is 16.9%, net present value is 65,926,028,983 won.

This paper aims at forecasting the demand of convention visitors in Songdo and Incheon province, using quantitative techniques. The demand of convention visitors was predicted by using technique of quantitative model with survey method of Holt and Winters. Quantitative model with two survey methods was used to predict the convention demand in Songdo & Incheon from 2008 to 2017. Accuracy of this model was tested based on measurement of MAPE. The results of this study show that quantitative model predicted the demand of convention visitors in Songdo and Incheon to be from 15,199 and 26,740 respectively in 2008 to 29,868 and 52,548 respectively in 2017, and the demand of convention visitors in Korea to be from 355,113 in 2008 to 697,851 in 2017. This study will be useful for convention planners and practitioners in terms of application of these results to many decision-making process and financial factors.

Recently, hotel management industry in Korea faces a very difficult circumstances. Accounting department has a vital function among hotel management fields. This paper recognizes importance of business analysis in hotel industry for good managing. On the trend of internationalization and unification of hotel accounting system, uniform system of accounts for hotels has already established and carried out since 1926 in the USA. But there has not been a standard of hotel accounting system in Korea. As a result, users of accounting information have much confusing and misunderstanding of hotel financial statements in Korea. Therefore, it is urgently required that uniform system of accounts for the lodging industry established and carried out in Korea. In these circumstances, the purposes of this study are as follows : First, to try the case study of business analysis for contribute to the hotel industry using qualitative approach method. Second, to find out the case hotel`s problems for better hotel. Third, to suggest concretely the analysis`s facts 5 group ratios - liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio and operating ratio. The 5 group ratio`s study shows 15 detail ratios. According to the results of this study, liquidity ratio shows a little bad, solvency ratio shows a little bad, activity ratio shows a little bad, profitability ratio shows high degree and operating ratio shows a little good.

The present study was conducted to identify the relationship between job characteristics and emotional labor and to examine the moderating effect of organizational cultures with employees of Korean hotels. Job characteristics represented the following components in this study:ows: job diversification, job analyzability, job interdependence, relationship with a superior and standby-situation phenomenon. Additionally, an organizational culture were divided into hierarchical culture and rational culture. A survey was conducted from October 15 to November 25, 2013. A total of 350 questionnaires were collected and 343 usable questionnaires were entered into data analyses. The results of this study are as follows: First, standby-situation phenomenon, job diversification and job interdependence out of the job 5 characteristics had positive effects on emotional labor. Second, job diversification with rational culture had partial positive moderating effects on the relationship between job characteristics and emotional labor. Third, analyzability with hierarchical culture had partial negative moderating effects on the relationship between job characteristics and emotional labor. And diversification with hierarchical culture had partial positive moderating effects on the relationship between job characteristics and emotional labor. Since job characteristics and organizational cultures had significant impacts on hotel employees`` emotional labor, job characteristics and organizational cultures should be carefully considered when we manage hotel human resources.
