LCD 제조용 Baking Chamber의 환기 성능 평가를 위한 수치 해석

Due to a fume which is evaporated from a solvent in a PR(photo resist), the inside is polluted and brings problems. A consistent temperature is required for the uniform film thickness in baking process. Also, an efficient ventilation system is necessary to prevent defect and decrease of productivity because of the fume during the baking. Generally, the ventilation efficiency is evaluated by the nominal time constant which is ratio of ventilation flow rate and inside volume. On the other hand, it is ambiguous for an arbitrary point in manufacturing larger LCD baking chamber. Evaluation of the ventilation efficiency change as a function of guide angle is researched. The flow rate is set as 1000 lpm which is more than 2 times of number of ventilation. The age of air is observed when the guide angles are varied with 30°, 40°, 50°, 60° and without the guide.

The objectives of this study are to analyze air cooling energy consumption by heating load from the dock system in distribution center. CFD is used to estimate the decrement after improvement of the dock system. The dock system takes a role as a gate in distribution center. Currently, the dock system has a problem which is a chink between the car and the distribution center. This problem can cause increase of energy consumption. In this paper, decrement of dock system is focused by using the analysis of numerical method. Flow rate and air velocity through the dock system are confirmed by using commercial analysis code. Numerical analysis is performed with considering heat transfer by conduction, convection. As a result of this research, it is found that the refrigeration load through the dock system is lager than the load in wall by the conduction and outside hot air is the major cause of refrigeration load.

The characteristics of flame dynamics occurring near bluff body was experimentally investigated in a model combustor with V-gutter bluff body. Flashback occurs due to the change of pressure gradient in the combustor, and flashback distance depends on equivalent ratio. Unstable flames can be classified into three types depending on the flashback distance and structure. Re-stabilization takes place as the flame moves downstream. This process is supported by a strong vortex structure behind bluff body.
