        간호대학생의 간호리더십 측정을 위한 학습성과 평가도구 개발

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop a learning outcomes tool which assesses nursing leadership of nursing students. Methods : This tool went through the development of measurement tools such as focus group interview with nursing staff, literature review, content validity test, construct validity and reliability test. Results : This was supported by the analysis of construct validity and reliability based on the results of a survey of 242 fourth-year nursing college students. The final tool developed through measurement tool development process was 31 questions. The five identified factors of nursing leadership of nursing students were ‘responsibility’, ‘self-directedness’, ‘self-control’, ‘nursing capability’, and ‘communication’. Conclusion : Nursing leadership of nursing college students, one of the qualities and competencies that nursing college students are expected to exhibit at graduation, is to perform their duties responsibly with self-directed, self-control, and two-way communication skills and transform nursing capability into clinical performance. This is considered a basic and common attribute as a nurse.

        전문대학 4년제 간호학과의 임상실습교육 현황조사

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state of clinical practice education among 4-year nursing program in college and to find out how to improve clinical practice education that combines effectiveness and efficiency. Methods : This study was sent to 86 member university of the Korean Deans Association of Nursing College by email with questionnaires for college and their practice institutes from December 10, 2018 to January 12, 2019. Results : The response rate was 60.5%. 78.8% of respondents thought that the current standard of 1,000 hours of clinical practice was not appropriate. The ideal person in charge of clinical curriculum operation was clinical dedicated professor(32.7%), but only 7.7% of the respondent said that there was actually clinical dedicated professor. On how to practice in the unit of practice, 65.4% of the respondents said that more than 60% was by observation, 69.2% of them said that less than 10% was by performing directly to the patient. 42.3% of the respondents said that the current method of nursing practice was not appropriate. Conclusion : In order to improve clinical practice education, it is considered necessary to adjust the current standard hours of clinical practice, set up dedicated training system, indicate co-responsibility of legally prescribed clinical training, relax of standards of practice institutions and establish the condition of the practical training institution appropriate for clinical training education.

        간호사의 근거중심실무역량에 대한 영향요인

        The aim of this study was to describe competency in evidence-based practice (EBP) among clinical nurses and to explore critical thinking disposition (CTD) and organizational culture (OC) as possible predictors for competency in EBP. Also this study was conducted to identify baseline data for purpose of developing evidence-based OC to ensure safety of patients and to improve quality of nursing services in clinical setting. Methods: With a descriptive correlation study design, a competency in EBP questionnaire was administered to a convenience sample of nurses (N=393) from a single general hospital in Gyeonggi Province. Results: The overall mean score for competency in EBP was 3.03±0.53. Factors influencing competency in EBP were education (β=0.23, p<.001), attendance at lectures on EBP (β=0.18, p<.001), intellectual eagerness & healthy skepticism (β=0.27, p<.001) among CTD, and hierarchy- oriented OC (β=0.14, p=.005), which explained about 35% of the total variance. Conclusion: Critical thinking and competency in EBP should be part of nursing education especially for undergraduate students as well as strengthening clinical practice by activation of EBP. The results of this study that hierarchy-oriented OC, is a significant predictor for competency in EBP is difficult to accept. Its seemed to require further exploration.

        내부마케팅과 직장애착도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 병원 내에서 시행되는 내부마케팅과 간호사들의 직장애착정도가 병원의 경영성과에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하여 보다 효과적인 내부마케팅과 직장애착도 증진을 위한 전략수립 및 인력관리를 위해 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 일 지역의 6개 병원 간호사 284명을 편의 추출하여 조사하였다. 분석결과, 개인별로 인지하는 경영성과는 내부마케팅의 의사소통과 직장애착이 유의한 영향요인으로 41.5%가 설명되었고, 기관단위별로 인지하는 경영성과는 병원규모, 내부마케팅의 보상체계제도와 세분화제도가 유의한 영향요인으로 53.2%가 설명되었다. 병원의 경영성과에 내부마케팅 중 의사소통, 보상체계와 세분화 전략, 그리고 조직구성원의 직장애착이 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있어, 병원의 내부고객인 간호사를 위한 내부마케팅활성화 정책과 직장애착도 향상 전략 등을 통한 병원 경영성과 기여에 노력해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between internal marketing, organizational commitment and business performance. Therefore this study is helped to build the strategies that is more efficient internal marketing and organizational commitment for the hospital business. A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 284 registered nurses from two university hospitals, two general hospitals and two maternal-child hospital in one region. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression through the SPSS WIN program. The predicting factors for communication and organizational commitment had the explanation power of 41.5% in business performance by the individual. The hospital size, compensation and segmentation system comprise about 53.2% of business performance by the organizations. So, nursing leaders should be interest in the strategies for good business performance. It is possible that they implement the policies to suitable internal marketing strategies and the program to improve organizational commitment for nurses.

        환자시뮬레이터활용교육에서의 자기주도적 학습능력과 집단효능감의 변화

        본 연구는 환자시뮬레이터활용교육에 따른 간호대생의 자기주도적 학습능력과 집단효능감 변화를 파악하고자 시도한 단일군 전후 실험연구이다. 대상자는 환자시뮬레이터활용교육을 받은 적이 없는 2학년 전체 학생 중 통합실습과목에 등록하고 연구에 동의한 92명이었다. 환자시뮬레이터활용교육은 팀활동학습, 술기훈련, 환자시뮬레이터를 이용한 팀시뮬레이션, 디브리핑으로 구성되어 12주간 운영되었다. 사전 자료수집은 2010년 8월 23일에서 27일까지 이루어졌고 사후 자료수집은 12주간의 환자시뮬레이터수업을 수행한 후 2010년 11월 29일에서 12월 3일 까지 시행되었다. 환자시뮬레이터활용교육 전 후로 자기주도학습능력의 증가(t=4.24, p=0.000)는 통계적으로 유의미하였으나 집단효능감의 증가는 유의한 효과를 나타내지 못하였다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여 환자시뮬레이터활용교육은 간호대생의 자기주도적 학습능력 향상에 영향을 미치는 교육전략임을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of human patient simulator(HPS)-based education on self-directed learning(SDL) and collective efficacy(CE) for nursing students. This study design was one group pre-posttest. The subjects were 2nd grade 92 students enrolling in the integrated practice. They have no previous experience of HPS-based education. HPS-based education included team based learning, skill training, taking a high-fidelity simulation with Medical Education Technologies, Inc (METI) simulator and being debriefed during 12 weeks. The pretest and posttest were conducted to understand the improvement in SDL and CE. After the subjects had participated in the HPS-based education, they showed statistically significant higher SDL(t=4.24, p=0.000) than before. However, there was no significant change in CE. Based on the results, this study suggests that SDL for nursing students were significantly improved by HPS-base education.

      • 대장균 Omithine Transcarbamylase Threonin-56 돌연변이 클론 확립

        Escherichia coli ornithine transcarbamylase catalyzes the condensation reaction of ornithine and carbamyl phosphate to produce citrulline. To study the structure and function relationship of the enzyme, Threonine-56 was selected to be mutated. This residue has been suggested to be located at the binding pocket of carbamyl phosphate. Threonine-56 is one of amino acids in the consensus stretch of phosphate binding proteins. It has been substituted to serine, valine and glycine to observe the size and the charge effect. Site-directed mutagenesis by the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was applied. Each mutant arg I gene was obtained, and was ligated to the prokaryotic expression vector pKK223-3. TB 2 E. coli strain which does not have ornithine transcarbamylase activity has been used to express mutant are I genes. The result of DNA gel electrophoresis after Hind III/EcoRl digestion of cloned mutant genes indicated that mutant clones were successfully constructed. For further work, DNA sequencing and purification of mutant enzymes will be performed.
