  Efficiency and objectiveness are the most critical issues in the evaluation of software projects. It is beneficial not only to software companies participated in bids, but to administrators of projects. This study attempts to find an improvement in the evaluation process by connecting the historical data of bidding companies in the software company report system with the governmental procurement system. The proposed means will eliminate unnecessary and repetitive submission step of bidding companies and provide the administrator with objective evaluation process. Also, this paper proposes an automated process for quantifying the business experience of bidding companies.

  Electronic commerce has many advantages compared to the traditional way of doing business such as up to date information and rich service for less cost. There is a growing number of electronic commerce applications on the Internet. Using software agent technology, the market framework offers timesaving automation of auctions and flexibility through negotiations among the agents. In this research, we attempt to evaluate the performance of a negotiation decision function that considers the potential competitors in competitive market environment as well as that of a negotiation decision function that does not. For this evaluation, this study adopts the electronic marketplace as an application domain in which many sellers and buyers compete for limited resources in the marketplace.

소프트웨어 산업에서 중소기업 지원정책 연구

Relentless competition and price cutting race make small/medium software business very difficult to maintain their business. Especially small software businesses are often at a disadvantage when they try to win government contracts, Due to the characteristics and importance of software industry, there is no doubt that government support for mall/medium software business is indispensible. In fact, the development of the US software industry has been strongly influenced by government policy during postware period. This paper attempts to examine the general small/medium business supporting policies currently implemented. In addition, policies in the construction industry and the US federal government are explored, in order to find appropriate roles the government should play.

정보시스템 성공에 대한 개발자 가치구조에 관한 연구

정보시스템 성공 측정은 정보시스템 관리의 가치와 효과를 이해하는 데 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 성공을 위한 다양한 기준의 중요성에 대한 정보시스템 개발자의 인식을 분석하였다. 결과적으로 국내 정보시스템 개발자들은 전략 및 사용자 수준의 기준보다 조직 및 시스템수준에 관련된 기준을 더 중요하게 인식하고 있음을 발견하였다. 또한, 정보시스템 개발자들은 간접/장기적 기준보다 직접/단기적 기준을 더 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 성공 기준의 중요성에 대한 개발자의 견해가 혁신적 기업의 개발자들과 비혁신적인 기업의 개발자들 사이에 유의미한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. 또한 직급에 따른 개발자 인식에도 큰 차이가 없었다. As firms increase their operations in the international arena, there is a growing need for managers to understand cross-cultural issues in adopting information systems(IS). The present study surveyed IS developers with respect to their perceptions on the importance of various criteria for successful development of information systems. The results indicated that developers perceive criteria related to the organizational and systems level to be more important than criteria on the strategic and user level. In addition, the developers perceive immediate/direct criteria as more important that indirect/long term criteria. The current study found little differences between developers working for innovative versus those working for non-innovative companies with respect to their views on the importance of various success criteria. There were also very little differences in the perceptions of IS developers at different hierarchical ranks.

PC소프트웨어 불법사용에 대한 태도와 습관이 스마트폰 앱 불법복제에 미치는 영향

모바일 기기의 확산과 더불어 최근 모바일 애플리케이션 시장은 괄목할 만한 성장세를 보이고 있지만 다른 디지털 컨텐츠와 마찬가지로 불법복제의 폐해가 심각하다. 본 연구는 과거 PC환경에서의 불법행위에 대한 태도와 행위의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 요인들이 새로운 컴퓨팅환경, 즉 모바일 기기에서도 그 영향력을 유지하는지 실증적으로 확인하고자 한다. 윤리적 의사결정 이론들을 바탕으로 설정된 연구모형은 대학생들을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료를 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. PC환경에서의 불법행위 습관은 스마트폰 앱 불법복제에 대한 태도와 불법행위 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 PC소프트웨어 불법복제에 대한 태도는 스마트폰 앱의 불법적 사용에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 불법행위에 따른 법적, 성능적 위험성에 대한 의식이 태도에 미치는 영향과 PC환경에서 불법행위 능력에 대한 자각이 불법행위 의도에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않았다. Due to Proliferation of Mobile Devices, the Global Mobile Application (App) Market is Set to Continue its Impressive Growth Trajectory. However, like other Digital Contents, Prevalent Piracy of Smartphone Apps has Become One of the Major Obstacles to the Growth of the Newborn App Industry. The Objective of this Study is to Examine and Better Understand the Effects of Factors Which has been Known to Influence PC Software Piracy. A Research Model Explaining the Impact of Various Factors to Smartphone App Piracy Attitude and Intention is Constructed Based on Theories of Ethical Behavior. A Survey of College Students was Conducted to Test the Research Model. Findings Show that PC Software Piracy Habit and Attitude have Significant Effects on Smartphone Piracy Attitude and Intention. Beliefs Concerning Judicial and Performance Risks Due to Piracy have Little Effects on Smartphone App Piracy Attitude.

소프트웨어 불법복제 의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

Many studies have reported that software piracy is prevalent in today's society. As software is more closely integrated with across industries. software piracy would put more burdens on national economy. In spite of software anti-piracy efforts, the phenomenon has been getting worse. It is necessary to change the focus of current deterrence strategies. For better understanding of unethical behavioral intention, a research model of potential determinants for the software piracy is developed and empirically tested. The results from the study show that the planned behavior model variables-attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control-have impact on intention to commit software piracy. In addition to the variables, past behavior, perceived benefits and risk were found to be significant predictors of attitude toward software piracy. However, neither attitude nor intention was influenced by facilitating conditions. Moreover, the effect of past piracy behavior on attitude was strongly mediated by perceived benefits. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

소프트웨어 사용자 집단에 따른 불법복제 의도에 미치는 요인 비교 연구

Software piracy is widespread throughout the world. It has negative effects on the software industry and the intellectual property market. Despite various deterrent policies, the phenomenon has been getting severe. The current study investigated the antecedents of software piracy attitudes and intention. In order to identify factors and their relationship, a research model for illegal piracy behavior was developed and empirically examined through a path analysis using structural equation model. Also, this study employed a multiple group structural equation model to investigate differences in structural weights across PC software user group and smartphone application user group. It was revealed that perceived benefit, habit, social factor, self-efficacy had positive effect on attitude toward software piracy, whereas perceived risk had a decreasing influence on attitude. Relationships between piracy attitudes and intentions were significant as well. Furthermore, the cross validation between two groups showed the path coefficients of habit to attitude and attitude to intention were significantly different. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

소프트웨어사업 하도급제도 개선에 관한 연구

Small/medium software businesses are often at a disadvantage when trying to win government contracts. Rather, most of small/medium software companies work with larger companies in the form of subcontracting. In its broadest meaning, subcontracting refers to the purchase of a part of a product or process from a different company. Appropriate subcontracting system helps both large and small software firms keep in healthy. However, many problems regarding subcontracting have been reported and recognized as one of major obstacles impeding advancement of the software Industry. This paper examines the current problems in subcontracting system by conducting a field survey and proposes directions to improve the system for software project, it suggests revision of 'Software Industry Promotion Act' to induce fair relationship among software firms.
