        객체지향 방법으로 시스템을 개발할 때 분석단계의 객체모델을 객체지향 스키마로 변환을 용이하도록 하기 위하여 분석단계의 객체모델을 정제할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분석단계의 객체모델을 정제하여 다단계 데이터베이스 어플리케이션으로 설계하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 자료의 잘못된 유출이나 수정을 예방하고 모호성을 제거하기 위하여 보안을 적용한다. 보안을 적용한 분석단계의 객체모델을 다단계 데이터베이스 어플리케이션으로 설계할 때 이 보안이 다단계 데이터베이스 어플리케이션의 설계에서 적용되는 방법을 제시한다.

        Ethylidene Norbornene/endo-Dicyclopentadiene 블렌드의 경화 거동 및 인장 특성

        Ethylidene norbornene(ENB)과 endo-dicyclopentadiene(endo-DCPD) 블렌드를 1<SUP>st</SUP> generation과 2<SUP>nd</SUP> generation Grubbs 촉매 하에서 ring-opening metathesis polymerization(ROMP)으로 제조하였다. ROMP 과정을 이해하기 위하여 시차주사열분석기(DSC)로 동적 발열거동을 분석하였으며, 반응 후 만능시험기(UTM)로 인장특성을 조사하였다. 반응속도는 endo-DCPD의 양이 적을수록 그리고 2<SUP>nd</SUP> generation 촉매 하에서 더 빨라졌다. 또한 endo-DCPD를 첨가할수록 그리고 1<SUP>st</SUP> generation 촉매 시스템에서 인장탄성률과 강도는 더 높은 값을 보였으나 강인성은 감소하였다. 이와 같은 인장특성의 변화를 젤 분율 측정과 파단면 관찰을 통하여 자세히 설명하였다. Ethylidene norbornene (ENB) and its blends with endo-dicyclopentadiene (endo-DCPD) were prepared and reacted via the ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) reaction with the 1<SUP>st</SUP> and 2<SUP>nd</SUP> generation Grubbs" catalysts. Dynamic exothermic behaviors during ROMP and tensile properties after ROMP were evaluated using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and a universal testing machine (UTM) for the samples, respectively. It revealed that the ROMP rate was accelerated with the less contents of endo-DCPD and under the 2<SUP>nd</SUP> generation catalyst. Also, the addition of endo-DCPD and the 1<SUP>st</SUP> generation catalyst resulted in higher tensile modulus and strength but lower toughness. Gel fraction measurement and fracture surface observation were made to understand the tensile properties.

        KB 사람 구강 편평 암세포에서 Lyophyllum shimeji로부터 분리한 단백질 추출물의 항암활성

        Purpose: To explore its potential anti-cancer effect, we examined whether or not extract of Lyophyllum shimeji could inhibit growth of KB human oral squamous cell carcinoma and investigated its anti-cancer mechanism. Materials and Methods: This study examined the anti-effects of protein extract from L. shimeji as well as its molecular mechanism of action on KB human oral squamous cell carcinoma. To determine whether or its mechanism is related to apoptosis, we performed DNA fragmentation, Western blotting, and LIVE-DEAD cell staining. Results: Treatment with extract from L. shimeji reduced cell viability of KB oral squamous cell carcinoma in a dose-dependent manner. Formation of a DNA ladder was observed by treatment with extract from L. shimeji. Western blot analysis showed that extract from L. shimeji induced activation of cleaved caspases-7 and -9 as well as cleaved poly-ADP-ribose polymerase. Furthermore, we confirmed that dead cell staining (red color) was significantly increased by extract from L. shimeji. Conclusion: L. shimeji exhibited cytotoxicity on KB humans oral squamous cell carcinoma, and its effect was mainly mediated by apoptosis. Thus, L. shimeji could be considered as a potential safe and effective chemotherapy agent for the treatment of oral cancer. In addition, these results suggest that extract from L. shimeji induces cell apoptosis through a mitochondrial caspase-dependent pathway in KB humans oral squamous cell carcinoma.

      • 소프트웨어 재공학을 위한 분석지원 도구에 관한 연구

        기존의 비객체지향 시스템의 유지보수와 재사용성을 효율적으로 증대시킬 수 있는 소프트웨어 재공학 방법들이 많이 연구되고 있다. 소프트웨어 재공학을 위해서는 기존 시스템 문제의 정의구혁을 정확하게 파악하는 것이 중요하며 기존 시스템에 향상된 방법을 첨부하여 새로운 객체지향 시스템으로 적용이 가능하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 적용이 가능한 소프트웨어 제공학을 지원하는 분석 도구를 제시하고 이 도구를 이용하여 객체지향 시스템으로 전환시 쉽게 응용하여 사용할 수 있도록 GUI 형식의 지식 베이스를 이용한다.

        객체지향 방법에 의한 소프트웨어 개발은 문제 해결의 적용 측면에서 많은 유연성을 가지고 있으며 사용자 환경의 많은 요구조건을 만족시키고 있다는 것은 이미 공인된 사실이다. 그러나 신속하게 시스템 적용환경이 변화되고 이들을 빠른 시간내에 유지보수할 수 있는 방법에는 여러가지 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시스템 운영중에 기존 적용된 클래스들을 진화엔진을 통하여 진화한 후 진화된 클래스를 새로운 시스템에 요구되는 문제를 정확하게 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제시하며 적용시 연속적으로 변화되는 속성들과 적용방법들이 변화되는 것을 관리하여 새로운 시스템 개발에 필요한 컴퍼넌트의 선택과 행위성을 이해하는 문제를 해결하고자 퍼지 메커니즘을 이용한 디스크립터 분류와 적용방법을 제시하였다.

      • 다단계 보안 스키마 설계를 위한 IDEA 방법론의 확장

        Designing a multilevel database application is a complex process, and the entities and their associated security levels must be represented using an appropriate model unambiguously. It is also important to capture the semantics of a multilevel database application as accurate and complete as possible. Owing to the focus of the IDEA Methodology for designing the non-secure database applications on the data-intensive systems, the Object Model describes the static structure of the objects in an application and their relationships. That is, the Object Model in the IDEA Methodology is an extended Entity-Relationship model giving a static description of objects. The IDEA Methodology has not been developed the multilevel secure database applications, but by using an existing methodology we could take advantage of the various techniques that have already been developed for that methodology. That is, this way is easier to design the multilevel secure schema than to develop a new model from scratch. This paper adds the security features to the Object Model in the IDEA Methodology, and presents the transformation from this model to a multilevel secure object oriented schema. This schema will be the preliminary work which can be the general scheme for the automatic mapping to the various commercial multilevel secure database management systems such as Informix-Online/Secure, Trusted ORACLE, and Sybase Secure SQL Server.

      • 절차중심 시스템으로부터 객체추출 방법 및 도구개발에 관한 연구

        If there is redeveloping into the system applying the object-oriented paradigm, productivity improvement of software through reuse would be accomplished and maintenance cost be reduced. When a procedure-oriented system is transformed to a type applying the object-oriented paradigm, various techniques are studied to extract objects from source code automatically or semi-automatically. However, it is not easy to extract conceptual objects when those techniques are applied. This problem entails another problem which drops the conceptual integrity of the extracted objects. In this paper, we suggest an object extraction method and tool development to resolve the problem occurring at the time when the programs developed through procedure-oriented is transformed to an object-oriented system. The suggested method allow to extract the desired objects using object modeling for various application domains of the real world given source code and design recovery information. During the extraction process, functionality and global variables of the source code as well as its interface are rigorously analyzed. This process can enhance the conceptual integrity of the objects and make easy to construct class hierarchies.

        경북지역에서 수거된 식육의 Listeria sp 오염실태 조사

        Nowadays we continue to face challenges to the safety of our foods. It seems clear that contaminated meats provide the major route of listeria monocytogenes transmission from the environment to humans. L monocytogenes is the most important species associated with disease in humans among the listeria sp. The current incidence of symptomatic listeriosis caused by L morzocytogenes is uncertain. Although the number of reports in the literature on listeriosis are increasing, it is likely that they are actually unrecognized or underreported because of a lack of awareness on the part of some laboratory workers who fail to isolate or identify these organisms. To get the information of sanitary development, we survey various meats (beef, pork, etc) in Kyongbuk area. Samples were collected from local meat shop at Kyongbuk area. Total sixty six case were isolated and identified from one hundreds and seven samples. L innocua was the most abundant in listeria sp. Among 66 isolates, the number of isolated L innocua was 43(65.2%). The numbers of isolated L murrayi, L welshimeri, L monocytogenes and L seeligeri were 12 (18.2%), 7 (10.6%), 3 (4.5%) and 1 (1.5%), respectively, but L grayi, L ivanovii were not isolated.

        일부 지역아동센터 치과주치의 사업의 진료내용 및 비용 분석

        Objectives: This study aimed to identify a relationship between dental service items and fees among dental clinics; this is important when deciding capitation rates for a registered system. The status of oral health, use of dental service items, and amount of dental fees for community care children were compared according to the dental clinics with which they were registered. The dental fees were analyzed using the oral health risk assessment components to identify the relationship between them. Methods: The study subjects comprised 182 children from 8 community children centers in J district, S city, Gyeonggi-do. The independent variables were the dental clinics and the dependent variables were oral health status (decayed, missing, filled teeth [DMFT] index or df index), dental service items (total number of visits and dental filling type), and dental fees (total fees, National Health Insurance [NHI] coverage, and NHI non-coverage). The variables displayed a nonparametric distribution and were hence analyzed by the Kruskal-Wallis test. The nonparametrically distributed oral health risk assessment components were analyzed by the Mann-Whitney test. Results: The higher the DMFT index, the higher the number of dental clinic visits and number of children with dental fillings. There were differences in the number of dental fillings between clinics except for resin-based fillings; this gap was wider for amalgam and gold inlay fillings. The dental fees differed between clinics and was probably dependent on the whether the major dental service type was NHI-covered or non-covered. “Anterior caries or restorations” in children with caries and “plaque retaining factors” in children with periodontal disease experience/plaque displayed statistically significant differences for total fees and NHI non-covered fees, respectively. Conclusions: The preference for specific service items leads to a difference in dental fees. It is essential to develop guidelines under a capitation agreement and practice them in order to achieve a successful registered dental system.
