Motivated by Mikhail Bakhin``s proposition that every utterance is heteroglot and Wolfgang Iser``s theory on reader``s involvement in texts, this paper tries to identify how the poetic discourses in Heaney``s The Hay Lantern are organized. Using a few poems of the above collection, this paper shows that in contrast to the earlier poems such as “digging”, in which all poetic elements are controlled to support a single poetic theme or discourse, the poems of The Hay Lantern loosen the various heterogeneous images, allowing the reader to freely interpret the voices present in the poem. Through the process of reading, the reader becomes aware of the gaps present in the poem, and is more eager to find out what the images and voices have to say. In order to enjoy the poem, the reader has to orchestrate it and needs to become a new creator of the poem, by participating in the poetic game and exploration. It is also important to verify how the discursive poetic elements illuminate the poet``s artistic consciousness. Within the poem a discursive bridge exists between the speaker, reader and other voices present in the text. This bridge encourages the reader to experience the poet``s cultural and artistic origins, and allows the reader to explore the various sources of one’s poetic gifts.

The goal of this paper is that develop cleaning vehicle of sweeping curb using water pressure. Cleaning vehicle system is made up by high pressure and monitering part, nozzle part, intake part of waste water, process part of waste water. Effective system of cleaning vehicle will be developed to remove waste water and foreign substance of curb using water jet. Removed waste water and foreign substance of curb are inhaled by brush and vacuum pump. And then, inhaled waste water and foreign substance is recycled by filter. This system of cleaning vehicle makes environmental pollution and cost minimizing.

시설안전 산업현장은 비계 및 작업발판이 설치되지 않은 경사면을 통한 이동과 점검이 잦고, 중량물 낙하 충격위험은 상대적으로 적은 등 건설현장과는 다른 현장환경 및 작업 특성을 갖는다. 현재 시설안전 산업현장에서는 일반적으로 경작업용 안전화를 착용하고 있으나, 경작업용 안전화의 경우에도 선심 및 내답판의 부착으로 인한 유연성 부족과 무게 증가 등으로 작업자에게 피로감을 주고 사고유발 우려가 있어 개선이 필요하다는 의견이 개진되어 왔다. 시설안전 산업현장에 보다 적합한 안전화 개발을 위하여 개선사항을 조사하고 이를 반영한 시제품을 개발하여 사용자 피드백을 통한 개선효과를 분석하였다.
Trinitrobenzene Sulfonic Acid에 의해 유발된 백서의 대장염에서 항염증제제의 치료효과

Background/Aims: The causes and pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease remain unknown and no definite therapy exists until now. In order to clarify the effect of Artemisia capillaris, colitis was induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS) in rats, and the effect of anti-inflammatory drugs and Artemisia capillaris was compared. Methods: Wel]-grown Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 7 groups and colitis was induced by TNBS except the control group. Each group was treated with 1% methyl ce]lulose, prednisolone l mg/kg, sulfasalazine 100 mg/kg, prednisolone and sulfasalazine, A.capillaris 1 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg per oral route from the next day. After 2 weeks, rats were sacrificed and gross morphologic features of colons were examined. Resullts: Ulceration, adhesion, thickening and dilatation were noticed in the colonic mucosa after TNHS insti]lation. Adhesion, thickening and di]atation were significantly improved in all the treated groups, but the ulceration was significantly improved only in groups treated by prednisolone and A.capillaris 10mg/kg. Conclusions: The colitis induced by TNBS is sirnilar to the human inflammatory bowel disease and the prednisolone and A.capillaris have a healing effect on rat colitis induced by TNBS.
