복지관광이 사회적 자본과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 사회정책의 프로그램으로서 실시되고 있는 복지관광이 참여자들의 사회적 자본형성과 그들의 삶의 질에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하여 문화복지정책 수립을 위한 기 초자료로 활용하며 복지관광정책 및 문화바우처사업의 내실화와 구체화 그리고 발전을 위한 평가와 함께 현장에서 합리적인 실무를 진행하는 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 복지관광과 사회적 자본, 사회적 자본과 삶의 질, 복지관광과 삶의 질 영향연구에 관한 선행연구검토가 이루어졌다. 이를 토대로 연 구모형과 연구가설을 구성하고 전북지역의 문화바우처사업 참여자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 복지관광은 참여자의 사회적 자본 형성에 영향을 미 치는 것으로, 사회적 자본은 참여자의 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 복지관광은 참여자 의 삶의 질에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 저소득층의 사회 적 자본 형성과 축적을 위해서 복지관광을 통한 체험활동이 중요하며 그러한 체험이 소외계 층의 삶의 질과 만족에 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 정부의 복지관광정 책이 저소득층에게 문화 복지를 향유할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 그 결과로서 삶의 질 향상 과 함께 세상과의 소통을 위한 창구로 작용한다는 점에서 복지관광은 저소득층에게 사회구 성원들과의 상호협력적인 사회적 자본을 구축하는 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 본다. This research was carried out to suggest certain directions for the government``s policy making with the aim to understand how social tourism which has been implemented as a program of social policy affects the formation of participants`` social capital and the quality of their lives, which could be used as basic data for the establishment of cultural welfare policies and to stabilize and concretize a welfare tourism policy and cultural voucher service. It is also hoped that this paper can be used as data for the evaluation of the development of welfare policies and for rational practical affairs. In order to prove this, a preceding study was conducted on the influence, between social tourism and social capital, social capital and quality of life, and social tourism and quality of life. Based on the results of the preceding study mentioned above, a research model and hypothesis were made to be analyzed practically through a survey of participants of the cultural voucher service of the Jeollabuk-do region. The results show that social tourism has an influence on the formation of the participants`` social capital, and that both the social capital and social tourism have significant influence on the participants`` quality of life. Through the study results, this paper suggests that experience activities such as social tourism are important for the formation and accumulation of social capital of the lower income group, and that experience programs play a great role for improvement of satisfactory quality of life of the alienated class. Thus, as the government``s social tourism policy provides chances to the lower income group to enjoy cultural welfare, and it, as a result, becomes a gateway for them to communicate with the world as well as to improve their life quality, it is expected that social tourism can play a very important role for the lower income group to construct cooperative social capital among citizens.

소비자의 개인가치에 따른 와인선택속성과 구매행동 관계 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the individual values of the wine consumer that affect wine consumption and to determine the flow of values of the consumer. In order to identify what consumers ultimately pursue when selecting and purchasing wine, it became possible to set the indicator for insight into wine purchasing behavior through the customer’s needs. In the analysis the researcher utilized a valid sample of two hundred respondents who are age 20 or older as wine consumers residing in North Jeolla. The exploratory factor analysis on consumers’ values identified three factors such as cultural value, the value of happiness and the value of self-realization. According to the result from the factor analysis of eighteen items, the wine selecting attributes were affected by five factors, which are wine attributes, extrinsic attributes, wine information, wine economics, and recommendations. Also, consuming behavior was derived from irrational and rational behaviors. As a result, the study showed that the factor related to the wine selection attributes and purchasing behaviors of wine consumers among the value of personal value was the value of self-realization. Based on the results of the analysis, I discussed the implications of personal value and wine consumer marketing and it is expected to be a statistically significant analysis from the perspective of both consumers and marketers.

MALDI-MS 기반 당단백질 당쇄의 정량분석 기술 개발 연구 동향

Abnormal glycosylation can significantly affect the intrinsic functions (i.e., stability and solubility) of proteins and the extrinsic protein interactions with other biomolecules. For example, recombinant glycoprotein therapeutics needs proper glycosylation for optimal drug efficacy. Therefore, there has been a strong demand for rapid, sensitive and high-throughput glycomics tools for real-time monitoring and fast validation of the biotherapeutics glycosylation. Although liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is one of the most powerful tools for the characterization of glycan structures, it is generally time consuming and requires highly skilled personnel to collect the data and analyze the results. Recently, as an alternative method, matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS), which is a fast, robust and easy-to-use instrumentation, has been used for quantitative glycomics with various chemical derivatization techniques. In this review, we highlight the recent advances in MALDI-MS based quantitative glycan analysis according to the chemical derivatization strategies. Moreover, we address the application of MALDIMS for high-throughput glycan analysis in many fields of clinical and biochemical engineering.

인터넷 환경이 발달함에 따라 디지털 컨텐츠의 수요는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으나 복제의 용이성으로 인해 컨텐츠의 불법 유통이 사회적 이슈가 되고 있다. 따라서 디지털 컨텐츠의 저작권 보호를 위한 안정성과 보안성이 확보된 컨텐츠 보호기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Open Source에 기반 한 OpenIPMP의 핵심 모듈들의 상호관계와 기능 분석을 통하여 OpenIPMP 핵심모듈을 이해하였다. 그리고 효율적인 컨텐츠 보호를 위한 Sever-Client 모델을 제시하고, 컨텐츠의 배포와 사용의 편의성을 높이고자 OpenIPMP 기반의 컨텐츠 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.
