TACT공정관리는 국내의 아파트 마감공사 및 초고층공사에 사용하고 있으나 관련정보가 체계화되지 못해 공사수행에 따른 실적자료의 DB화 및 타 현장에서의 활용이 어렵고, 관련정보를 찾는데 많은 시간이 소요되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 보완하기 위해서는 TACT공정관리에 필요한 공사정보의 과학적이고 정량적인 이해가 요구되며, 실무자가 업무흐름에 따른 요구정보를 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 관리방안이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 TACT공정관리 프로세스를 일반적인 공정관리를 기반으로 재설계 하였으며, 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 실무자의 업무이해도를 증진 시키고 담당자 소속 변경 시 처리절차를 빠른 시간에 파악할 수 있게 함으로써 관련 부서와의 협조 조정과 사업수행에 따른 효율화를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. TACT process reengineering is applied to the finish work of apartment buildings and extra tall buildings to conduct efficient process control in Korea. Non-systemized information on the performances, however, causes difficulties in building a database for such records and it takes long time to find the relevant information. In order to solve such problems, scientific and quantitative understanding on the construction information and data is required to perform TACT process reengineering satisfactorily and also proper management plan should be provided for the working level staff to understand the required information and data more easily. In this regard, this paper reorganizes the TACT process reengineering based on the general process control and classifies the items of required information to redesign. Redesigned process was verified by specialists making use of work-information matrix. As a result, paper contributed to increasing comprehension level of the working level people and when the persons in charge are transferred to other duty, it makes them understand all the working procedure faster, which enables the departments involved to carry out their cooperation and adjustment more efficiently.

Accident for temporary equipment is the largest disaster in construction sector. Safety certification system is trying to prevent a disaster in Korea. However, some of construction temporary equipment are not prescribed the system or other law, it is aluminum form that used to construction site lately and was expensive. In this study, it review law related on construction temporary equipment about aluminum form and surveyed problems of material standard, using and managing by interview to construction managers and experts. As a result, it is recognized that law and specification of construction temporary equipment is inadeguated and is not managed systemically. Therefore, aluminum form could manage to obliagted system or quality management.

The management of defects in barracks facilities is carried out in such a way that defects found by the facility's manager are listed and requested to be repaired by the contractor. However, the standards and methods for the inspection of defects in the management of these defects are not specified in detail, so it is difficult to check the defects in detail. In response, the study first analyzed the current status of the number of defects that occurred in 2021 at official residences and barracks of certain units. As a result of the analysis, the number of defects that were not taken care of and that were not taken until the previous month was more than 10 cases on average per month. In order to reduce the number of such defects, major improvements in the field, timing, and safety inspection were found after the inspection of the military's facilities and safety, and the analysis of the manual of maintenance management. In addition, items for improvement of the checklist were derived through an analysis of the repair of defects caused by the unit's official residence and a total of 10 barracks facilities. Based on this, a checklist was proposed to manage defects in barracks facilities through interviews with military facility managers.

For effective construction project management, the integrated construction data operation is an essential element. Several previous researches tried to develop integrated systems, but those systems needed work process innovation as a precondition. However, those previous systems required radical changes in construction work process and scope, which does not seem to work in actual construction system. Considering the necessity of the integrated system and the problems of previous studies, this study developed the concept of the growing construction object(GroCO) which is based on the work scope and its related data in each construction phase. Through the concept of the GroCO, the integrated data model for each construction phase was developed and the application method was proposed.

Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses. Article 36 (Liability for warranty Repair Defects), Article 37 (About Repair Defect, etc), and its implementing ordinances, Article 36 (Term of warranty liability) Article 37 (Defect criteria), Article 38 (procedure of Repair defect), Article 39 (type of warranty liability), Enforcement Rule Article 17 (Certifiation of warranty liability). On the basis of the upper Decree, In spite of Standard and forms of `Completion of Repair Defect` was exist, it was hard to receive `End of Confirmation` in practice. The purpose of this study is to propose basics in order that Practitioners can apply problems and improvements about Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses.
