Reynolds Number를 變數로한 流動空氣의 放電特性에 관한 硏究

This paper shows the characteristics of sparkover discharge in flowing air ranging from 0(Reynolds number, Re) to 10.52×10⁴(Re). Also, we investigated change of discharge pattern for constant input power by adjustment of the Re. The important results obtained from this paper are as followers. The maximum sparkover voltage of flowing air are about 6.3[kV] higher than those of static air. The discharge pattern can be controlled by adjustment of the Re.

National Geographic이 본 코리아 : 1890년 이후 시선의 변화와 의미

최근 한국에서는 지나간 과거의 모습을 되돌아보는 각종 기획전, 전시회 등이 열리고 있다. 유물과 사진 등 각종 시각자료를 통해 1876년 개항이후 지난 100여 년의 모습을 살펴보는 박물관 전시가 대중의 관심을 끌고 있고 관련 주제의 책과 논문들이 출판되고 있다. 한국은 더 이상 '조용한 아침의 나라', '은자의 왕국'이 아니다. 세계적 다국적 기업으로 성장한 삼성전자와 현대자동차 등의 성공사례는 현대 한국인들에게는 매우 중요한 자부심의 원천이자 동시에 새로운 정체성을 찾게 되는 계기가 되고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 지난 백년에 관한 전시회와 출판물들은 단순한 과거의 복원과 향수를 넘어 정체성의 정치학적 맥락과 연관되어 있는 것이 분명하다. 스스로의 정체성에 대한 새로운 관심 속에서 특히 외국인들이 본 한국의 모습 등이 새롭게 조명되고 있다. 외부자들에 의해 이미지화된 한국, 개항이후 근대 그리고 현대에 이르는 과정에서 생성된 한국의 이미지들에 대한 평가와 비판이 이루어지고 있다. 이를 위해 각종 자료들이 박물관 등을 중심으로 수집, 발굴되고 있으며 그에 따른 학문적 논의들이 전개되고 있다. 이 글은 미국 내셔널 지오그래픽사의 National Geographic을 집중적으로 분석하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 1890년 첫 기사 이후 100여 년이 넘게 한국을 취재해온 한 잡지의 기사 내용과 사진을 통해 한국에 관한 시선을 살펴보고 그 내용과 특성을 밝히는 것이다. 본문에 앞서 밝혀두고 싶은 것은 National Geographic이 본 한국에 대한 시선이 미국인들 전체의 시선을 일반화하고 있다고 보지 않는다는 점이다. 이 연구의 중요한 관점 중의 하나는 우리가 자주 개념화하고 있는 전체주의적 시선은 여리 복합적인 시선의 충돌과 타협의 결과이며 이 연구는 National Geographic이 본 한국을 분석함으로써 특정 매체의 특성과 독자 그리고 당시 시대적 상황이 어떻게 시선적 재현과 연관되는가를 살펴볼 수 있다는 점에 그 의의가 있다. Various art exhibitions looking back on the past have been held in Korea recently. Museum exhibitions that peer into Korea's history from the opening of ports in 1876 to the present have attracted the public's interest. Books and articles on relevant topics have been published as well. Korea is no longer "The Land of the Morning Calm," "The Solitary Kingdom," or "The Hermit Kingdom." The success stories of global multinational corporations such as Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motors are important sources of pride and new identity for modern day Koreans. In this context, the exhibitions and publications on the past one hundred years go beyond simple reconstruction on and nostalgia of the past. It is clearly related to the political context of identity. Amidst newfound interest in one's own identity, the image of Korea through the eyes of foreigners is also beginning to receive the spotlight. Images of Korea created by outsiders during post-1876, the modernization period, and contemporary period are undergoing evaluation and criticism. The following is an analysis on the National Geographic. The purpose of this study is to observe the perspective on Korea through articles and photographs of a magazine that has covered Korea for over 100 years after its first article in 1890. An important aspect of this study is that the generalization of perspective that we constantly conceptualize is the result of conflicts and compromises of many complex views. By analyzing the way National Geographic views Korea, this study shows how the characteristics of a certain medium, the readers, and the time period can all connect with the reflection of perspective.
