본 연구는 고소설 『임진록』과 문헌설화 및 구비설화에 전개되어 있는 김덕령 이야기의 내용과 의미를 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 이야기 담당계층의 역사의식을 살펴보기 위하여 시도되었다. 『임진록』의 [H](역사)계열, [C](최일영)계열, [G](관운장)계열과 변이가 가장 심한 [M](기타·혼합)계열에 김덕령 이야기가 어떤 내용으로 전개되어 있으며, 각 계열의 김덕령 이야기가 지니고 있는 의미를 살펴보았다. 또한 문헌설화와 구비설화에 전개되어 있는 김덕령 이야기와 문헌설화와 구비설화의 김덕령 이야기가 어떠한 관련성과 변별성을 지니고 있는지를 파악해 보는데 중점을 두었다. 김덕령은 역사현장에서 비극적인 일생을 보였던 인물이다. 한미한 가문에서 태어났지만 비범한 용력을 지녔고 임진왜란을 당하여 충·효의 심각한 갈등을 극복하고 출진하였으나 여건이 허락되지 않아 전혀 공을 세우지 못했고, 오히려 시기하는 자들의 모함을 받아 반역이란 치욕스런 죽음을 당했다. 능력이 있음에도 불구하고 주변의 여건이 허락되지 않아 불우한 삶을 보내다가 비극적인 죽음을 당한 사람은 민중에 의해 영웅화된다. 이런 점에서 김덕령은 민중에 의해 민중의 영웅으로 변모될 수 있는 충분한 가능성을 지닌다. 조정에서 김덕령의 억울한 죽음을 인정하고 해원시킨 일은 김덕령이 영웅화될 수 있는 가능성을 더 한층 높여 주었다. [H](역사)계열에는 문헌설화에 단편적인 형태로 보여지는 김덕령의 과장된 용력이 구체적인 사건으로 제시되어 있을 뿐, 더 이상의 의미는 지니지 않는다. 여기서 김덕령은 단지 왜에 대해서만 영웅적인 존재로 되어 있으며, 흥미 위주로 윤색된 느낌마저 주고 있다. [C](최일영)계열에는 김덕령의 가능적인 세계가 표출되어 있으면서도 역사현장에서 억울하게 당했던 원사를 과감하게 해원하는 것으로 이야기가 변이되어 있다. 김덕령의 해원은 김덕령을 억울하게 죽게 한 지배계층에 대한 신랄한 비판으로만 가능한데, [C](최일영)계열에는 역사현장에서 김덕령이 천추의 한으로 여겼던 불충·불효에 대한 죄의식이 선조가 내려준 "만고충신효자 김덕령"이란 현판으로 해결되고, 또한 죄 없는 김덕령을 죽인 선조가 악군으로 변모됨으로써 김덕령의 원사가 통쾌하게 해원된다. [G](관운장)계열에는 김덕령이 이여송과 왜장을 능가하는 민족적인 영웅으로 부각됨으로 역사현장에서 원사로 좌절당했던 김덕령의 가능적인 세계가 제시되면서 선조가 비판되지만, 김덕령의 억울한 죽음을 통한 지배계층에 대한 비판은 거의 드러나 있지 않다. 이러한 현상은 [H](역사)계열이나 [G](관운장)계열의 이야기는 설화의 세계를 완전하게 탈피하지 못했음을 보여줌과 동시에 [C](최일영)계열은 김덕령의 역사적 현실을 비판하기 위해 의도적으로 만들어진 것임을 보다 분명하게 해 준다. [M](기타·혼합)계열은 다른 계열의 이본보다 전승기간이 길었기 때문에 김덕령 이야기도 이 과정에 다양한 변이를 보이고 있다. [m](기타·혼합)계열의 김덕령 이야기에는 김덕령의 성격이 보다 다양화되면서도 설화적인 성격을 강하게 지닌다. 이는 『임진록』[M](기타·혼합)계열의 이본들이 주로 민간에서 전승되면서 변이를 보인 것임을 의미한다. 문헌설화에는 김덕령의 과장된 용력이 부각되어 김덕령이 기인화되어 있다. 그의 비극적 일생이 부조리한 역사적 상황에 조명된 것이 아니라, 그의 특이했던 용력과 행위에 관심이 주어져 있어 김덕령이 역사성을 상실한 채 민담적인 영웅으로 변모되어 있다. 역사성을 띠어야 하는 김덕령의 행위는 거의 변모되지 않았으며 그것도 주관적인 기술보다는 객관적 기술태도와 운명론적 체념관으로 일관되어 있어 역사현장에서 도피하고자 하는 문헌설화 담당계층의 의식구조가 노출되어 있다. 이러한 현상은 기록이 전제된다는 문헌설화가 갖는 한계성 외에 이들 담당계층들의 역사의식 결여와 소극적인 운명관에서 비롯된다고 볼 수 있다. 문헌설화에 나타나 있는 김덕령의 성격은 [H](역사)계열에 전개되어 있는 김덕령의 성격과 유사하나 내용면에 있어서는 문헌설화가 훨씬 풍부하다. 구비설화에는 김덕령의 비극성이 강조되어 있으며 김덕령의 비극적 죽음을 통하여 위정자에 대한 민중의 반항과 비판이 날카롭게 표출되어 있다. 뿐만 아니라 구비설화에서는 김덕령이 왜적을 통쾌하게 물리치며 이여송을 능가하는 능력을 보여주고 있다. 김덕령은 구비설화에서 민족적·민중적 영웅으로 설정되어 있는데 이러한 현상은 김덕령의 행위를 통한 비판과 피해보상 심리로 표출된 것이다. 구비설화에 나타난 김덕령의 행위는 단순하고 감정적이고 직선적인데 이는 구비설화 담당계층인 민중의 개성이다. 구비설화에 표출되어 있는 김덕령의 이러한 성격은 『임진록』[G](관운장)계열에 전개되어 있는 김덕령의 성격과 유사함을 보여 주었다. This thesis was tried to report the study of the old story on Kim Duck-Ryoung which reads in the Korean classic novel, the Yimjinrok, written and spoken legendary tale, and you would recognize the historical consciousness of the contemporary classes in reading or listening the story. You would read the meaning of each part of [H], [C], [G], and the most variable [M] during the reading to understand how the story develops in the parts. This thesis also shows not only the contents and the meaning of Kim Duck-Ryoung story developed in the written and spoken tales but also the contrasts and analyses of the connections and discrimination between the written and the spoken tale on the basis of the story Yimjinrok. Kim Duck-Ryoung was the person who lived the tragic life in the history. Though he was born in the poor and low class of the family, he was excellently stout and brave. During the Japanese invasion in the year Yimjin he took part in the war with overcoming the serious conflict between patriotism and filial piety, but he didn't win merits under the unfortunate situation. On the contrary, he was fallen into a trap of envious people and was put to death as a traitor. However, he may be able to be a hero in the power of the people, for a great man will be a hero by the people, even though he lived an unlucky life to be killed regretfully. It is much more likely for Kim Duck-Ryoung to be a hero since the government recognized his regretable death and removed his dishonor as a traitor. In the part [H], history part, Kim Duck-Ryoung's big bravery, which seems to be a short form, is suggested only with the accidents exampled and has no meaning any more. He is a hero merely by the Japanese invaders in the story, but it seems to be composed as an exciting story. In the part [C], Choi Il-Young part, Kim Duck-Ryoung's possible world is expressed, but the story is varied to be angry with the regretable death on the historical situation. It is possible to utter the resentment to Kim's death by criticizing the upper classes who put Kim to death. In this part King Seonjo resettled the wrong punishment by presenting him the signboard, written as "Kim Duck-Ryoung, the Greatest Patriot and Obedient Son", in honor of recovering his innocence. The story is concluded clearly by the turn of King Seonjo as a tyrant who killed the innocent Kim Duck-Ryoung. In the part [G], Kwan-Woon-lang part, King Seonjo is criticized by suggesting the discouraged Kim's possible world in the history, while Kim Duck-Ryoung occurs to be a better hero than Yi Yeo-Song and the Japanese commanders. However, the higher classes who intrigued against Kim is hardly criticized. This states that the story in the part if [H] and [G] doesn't overcome the legend world completely. And it is also clear that the story in the part [C] is composed intentionally. In the part[M], the other mixed one part, the story is variable for the longer period of war in contrast of the other parts. It seems that this part hasn't any special events against the other parts, but the story in the part [M] shows still more legendary characters because of Kim's various characters. This means that the different stories from the part [M] of the Yimjinrok handed down from people to people with various traditions. In the written tale Kim Duck-Ryoung is described as an eccentric person with his big bravery turning out. His tragic life isn't proved in the irrational history, but his excellent bravery is so much emphasized that he becomes rather a legendary hero than a historic figure. In fact, his historic deed hardly vary, and that it is described rather objectively and with the view of resignation for the fatalist than subjectively. Thus they can find out that the classes charged with written tale proves to be evasive, which explains their consciousness well. This means that in addition to the limits of written talc based on the record the contemporary classes had little consciousness of history and they had passive thoughts of the fatalism. In comparing with Kim Duck-Ryoung's personality in some written tales is as like as one in the part [H], but written tales are far richer in their contents. In the tales of legendary they emphasized the Kim Duck-Ryoung's tragic side and we can find out the people's resistance or criticism against the leaders by his tragic death. They also told in the spoken legend that Kim had surpassed Yi Yeo-song in defeating the Japanese invaders. They made Kim a national and folk hero in the tales, which is the expression of criticism to the high class and compensation for Kim'S accidents. If we listened to the tales, we would find out that Kim's deeds were simple, emotional, and frank. This is because people who passed the tales expressed their thoughts as real as the people's character itself. Such a character as in the legendary spoken tales is as like as in part [G], Kwan-woon-jang part, the Imjin-Rok.

다중 검출기 전산화 단층촬영을 이용한 심근관류의 평가: 심근경색을 유발시킨 돼지를 이용한 실험적 연구

목적: 인위적으로 심근경색증을 유발시킨 돼지모형에서 다중 검출기 전산화단층촬영술(MDCT)을 이용하여 얻은 심근관류 영상을 병리조직학적 소견과 비교 분석함으로써, MDCT를 이용한 심근관류영상을 평가하고, 직관적 진단에 유용한 칼라코딩 심근관류영상을 개발하여 심근관류의 평가에 이용하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 혈관조영술을 통해 인위적으로 심근경색증을 유발시킨 17마리 돼지를 대상으로 하였다. 모든 돼지에서 관상동맥 촬영을 통해 좌전하행 동맥을 선택한 후 풍선 카테터를 이용하여 30분 동안에 걸쳐 인위적으로 동맥을 폐색시켜 심근경색증 돼지모델을 만들었다. 4주가 경과한 후 64채널 MDCT를 이용하여 동맥기와 4분 지연기에 각각 심장영상을 얻었다. 얻어진 심장영상을 재구성하여 동맥기와 4분 지연기에 각각 심근관류 영상을 얻었으며. 자체 개발한 소프트웨어를 이용하여 관류 이상을 직관적으로 표현한 칼라코딩(Color-coded) 심근관류영상을 획득하였다. 이 후 돼지를 희생시켜 심장 조직을 적출한 후 Triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) 염색을 하여 심근경색증이 발생한 부위를 병리조직학적으로 확인하였고, 이 결과를 MDCT 영상과 재구성을 통해 얻은 심근관류영상과 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 17마리의 돼지를 희생시킨 후 얻은 심근조직의 TTC 염색을 통해 16마리에서 병리조직학적으로 심근경색증이 발생한 부위를 확인할 수 있었으며, 이 중 15마리의 심장영상에서 동맥기에 관류결손 부위를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 15마리에서 TTC 염색을 통해 증명한 경색부위와 MDCT를 이용해 진단한 저음영 부위는 모두에서 일치하였다. 지연기 영상에서는 4마리의 심근경색 부위에서 조영증강을 보였으나 저음영 부위를 보이는 돼지는 없었다. 자체 개발한 소프트웨어를 이용하여 칼라코딩 심근관류 영상을 얻을 수 있었으며, 이는 동맥기 심장 영상에서 나타난 결과와 일치하였다. 결론: 심근경색증을 유발시킨 돼지모형에서 MDCT를 이용한 심근관류 평가는 병리조직학적 소견과 높은 일치도를 보여 심근경색증 부위의 진단과 평가에서 유용성이 높을 것으로 사료된다.

This thesis reports how well the elementary school teachers are aware of students with emotional and behavioral disorders, and how teachers deal with certain situations in the classroom. This study aims to provide teachers with the basic knowledge and improvements in order to help them understand students with emotional and behavioral disorders and educate the students by using an appropriate method. To find out the methods to educate effectively on the spot, the research questions are following: First, this research examines how well the elementary school teachers are aware of emotional and behavioral disorders. Second, the research observes what measures the elementary school teachers use to respond the students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Finally, the research finds out what types of intervention they use to students with emotional and behavioral disorders to deal with a situation. 232 school teachers participated in this study about teacher awareness of emotional and behavioral disorders. By using a questionnaire, the participants were asked to each question and the data were analyzed through -test, One-way ANOVA and independent sample t-test. Detailed results are as followed: First, all teachers surveyed had a good knowledge about emotional and behavioral disorders. Especially, the female teachers participating in the study displayed higher levels of understanding about it than that of the males. Also, a level of understanding of the teachers with special education experience for the handicapped was higher than that of the teachers who have never experienced. Second, the methods to deal with students with emotional and behavioral disorders varied significantly from teacher to teacher. The active measures were used more by female teachers and the teachers who have higher educational career. On the other hand, negative coping methods were utilized more often by male teachers. the teachers with special education experience used passive measures more than the teachers who have never experienced. It is indicated the more experience and knowledge the teachers have, the better the teachers deal with the students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Finally, in terms of the educational intervention of the students with emotional and behavioral disorders, the female teachers, the teachers with special education experience, and the teachers who have higher educational career used the teaching manuals more and tried to correct their procedure of education more often than the other groups did. With the results above, this study suggests that teachers should be provided with a educational system to support the teachers should be provided so as to properly educate the students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
