무인기 비행조종컴퓨터를 위한 모델 기반 소프트웨어 설계 및 시험 방법

본 논문은 현재 개발 중인 무인기 비행조종컴퓨터용 모델 기반 소프트웨어 개발 및 시험 프로세스를 각 단계별로 소개하고 장점과 향후 도전 과제에 대해 기술한다. 이를 위해 제안하는 모델 기반 프로세스를 통해 개발한 모델의 성숙도 확인, 모델에서 자동으로 생성된 코드의 신뢰성 시험, 자동생성 코드와 핸드코드의 전체 코드 통합인 3가지 관점에서 이해하고, 산출물 성과 분석을 통해 단계별 필수 확인 항목과 프로세스의 필요성을 다룬다. In this paper, we introduce that each process of the model-based design and testing approach and describe the process benefit and the ongoing challenges . Therefore, we provide the three points with respect to checking the model maturation, the autocode generated from the model by using the embedded coder, and the code integration with the autocode and the hand code. Finally, we deal with the critical check list and the need of each process by analyzing the software artifacts.

무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어 신뢰성 향상을 위한 MAAB 스타일 가이드라인 영향성 연구

In this paper, we introduce that MAAB style guideline has effects on the codes generated from Simulink models for static and dynamic software testing, when weapon system embedded software design and implementation are performed using the model based method. As showing the effects, MAAB guideline is helpful for defect prevention related with coding rules and run time errors associated with the DAPA weapon system embedded software guide. Thus, we check related items between MAAB and DAPA software reliability testing including static and dynamic analysis. And then we propose the criterion to select proper items from MAAB for DAPA guideline and show how to verify the relationship and the effects on reliability of models in Simulink. In addition, we show the needs for clear logics in conditional block models or statements and simple complexity models for Simulink model based design.

본 논문은 방위사업청 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험 지침에 포함된 동적 시험 수행 시, 모델 기반 소프트웨어의 신뢰성 향상을 위해 3가지(MAAB, ORION GN&C, MISRA AC SLSF) 모델 설계 지침서가 Simulink 모델에서 생성된 자동 생성된 코드에 미치는 영향성을 분석한다. 또한 조건 블록 및 구문을 사용하는 모델을 정확한 로직 흐름으로 구성하도록 설계하고 시험이 가능할 수 있는 낮은 복잡도를 갖는 모델을 설계할 수 있게 도울 수 있는 모델 설계 지침서 항목을 선택하기 위한 기준을 제시한다. In this paper, we introduce that three useful model style guidelines(MAAB, ORION GN&C, MISRA AC SLSF) have effects on the codes generated from Simulink models for improving model based software reliability through dynamic testing included in the DAPA software reliability testing guideline. And we propose the criterion to select proper items from the model guidelines for preventing barriers to achieve code coverage regarding clear logics in conditional block model and simple cyclomatic complexity related with testability.

본 논문에서는 ROI(Region Of Interest)가 정의된 SVC 비디오에서 해당 ROI만을 암호화하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. SVC 비디오 부호화 기술은 공간, 시간, 품질의 확장성(scalability)를 제공하며, 효과적인 비디오의 압축을 위해 MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 부호화 기술을 기반으로 하고 있다. 이러한 SVC 부호화 기술을 이용한 ROI에 대하여 암호화를 수행할 경우, 일부 암호화된 영역이 ROI 외부로 확산되는 문제가 발생하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SVC에서 오직 ROI만이 암호화 될 수 있는 방법을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 제안한 방법은 JSVM(The Joint Scalable Video Model) 6.0상에서 구현되었으며, 실험을 통해 제안한 방법에 대한 검증을 수행하였다.

Lately the need of the career civil service system is placed emphasis on public administrative nations. The career civil service system is defined the day-to-day administrative work of government is definitely made a career civil service, by this we mean that steps shall be taken to make public employment worthwhile life work to young men and women of capacity and character and with opportunity of advancement through service and growth to posts of destination and honor. And the profession of civil servant in public Administration become a important concern of public administrative nations. The most important and obvious conditions of modern public administration has been the tremendous expansion of government functions. And the very size and technical character of modern bureaucracy resulted from this condition make the matter of responsibility all the more vital. For more than a century, a most troublesome dilemma of democratic government has been finding how to reconcile a skilled, professionalized public service with responsibility to the public. For this purpose, administrative responsibility of government bureaucracy are reviewed and solutions are proposed in this study.

개인용 탑승시스템 제어를 위한 스마트폰 인터페이스 설계

본 기술 특집호에서는 개인용 탑승시스템(PMS, Personal Mobility System) 혹은 이동로봇을 무선 원격 제어할 때 사용할 수 있는 인터페이스(지자기센서 기반형, 조그셔틀형)들을 소개하고, 사용자 편리성 제어 기반으로 인터페이스 방식을 분석한다. 지자기센서 기반의 절대방향 제어는 자기북극을 기준으로 한 지자기센서의 측정값인 방향각을 이용하여 스마트폰의 방향각에 탑승시스템의 방향각을 같도록 탑승시스템을 제어하는 것이다. 탑승시스템에 서있는 탑승자가 스마트폰을 이용하여 탑승시스템이 원하는 방향으로 이동하기 위하여 제어할 때에는 스마트폰의 화면에 표시되어진 시작 버튼에 손가락을 놓고, 원하는 방향으로 스마트폰을 좌 · 우로 회전시키면 탑승시스템은 그 방향으로 회전을 하며 주행한다. 터치기반의 조그셔틀 인터페이스를 이용하여 원하는 방향으로 이동하기 위해서는 탑승시스템에 서있는 사용자가 스마트폰의 화면에 표시되어진 조그셔틀 스위치에 손가락을 놓고, 원하는 방향대로 손가락을 움직이면 스마트폰은 블루투스 무선통신을 통하여 탑승시스템을 주행 할 수 있다.

公務員 報酬가 士氣와 腐敗에 미치는 영향에 관한 硏究

Our country has enought about quantirative extension and qualitative change of administration because of necessity of governmental role which must achieve the prompt growth and stabilization of economy. Because both quality improvement of public officers in charge of administration and voluntary participation intention are indipensable for the effective performance of administrational functions and development of a nation. Morale is vlountray participation intention about one's business. Taking into consideration the influence that proper compensation plans might exert on the morale of public servants, higher officials have to make some upward changes in the compensation system to a level that can be on a par with that of other companies. Various methods for that goal, including many kinds of allowances, can be considered so that public servants can have a secure life and devote themselves to their work. By the way, it is one the common truth that the corruption of public servants is widely spred in underdeveloped countries. The effects of corrpuion are summarized as following: wasting of national resources, weakening the smooth function of government, disobedience of law and order. And it undermines the security of the present government, et cetera. Thought the corruption might have indirectly contributed to the growth of economy, but its dysfunction is greatly harmful to the national development. The form of official's corruption can be divided (1) Corruption for living (2) corruption for amassment of wealth (3) corruption for power, in have, it is prescribed that (1),(2) are usually arise in lower officials and (3) is usually arise in higher officials. Most to the officials are living under the general living cost. When we compare rising prise and pay increase, the eatter cannot compensate the former. The salary of public officials has to be raised more highly than the prise-rise and must be raised with the level of big enterprise. But the civil service pay increase plan has not been successfully performed. Since it is defrayed from the tax revenues, the Government couldn't execute its payroll policy beyond the limit of the relevant fiscal year budget.
