        With the coming of neo-detente, for the sake of its survival, a ruling system must have the power of confrontation, in the vortex of grate changes and social, politlcal openess. the power comes from the very legitimacy of the ruling authority and it will be expressed with its policy. Since north korea has established a government in september 1948, the country has not only contained an eccentric character, witch one cannot easily understand with the common knovledge, but also have been in the process of peculiar transfer of power, witch one also cannot easily find the similar examples in other communist nations. since KIM-IL SONG has took over the reins of government under the assistance of soviet union, he achieved one-man dictatorship in the full sense through the purge of his political opponents and idolization of himself. and he has attained so called charismatic god-rulling system with the instruaent of KIM - IL SONG' s " juche - sasang" , in the course of reinforcing one - man dictatorship and preparing power succession to his son, KIM - JUNG IL. furthermore, KIM and his pursuier have tried to leave precedent by adopting a sort of rarely feudalic heritages in the comnunist world. however, even though the one - man dictatorship by KIM was maintained and reinforced for the last 40 years, the one - man system cannot but have following several yielding points; first, the recession of revolutionary generations, secondly, the problem of maintaining transcendent authority, thirdly, the problem of maintaining one - man dictatorship and the succession of the power, fourthly, tendency of openess in communist nations - so called perestroika, fifth, south korea' s preponderance in all directions, sixth, north korea' s social and political fragility and its people' s unrest, etc. . Since, KIM - JUNG IL has been appointed and authorized by virtual successor at the 6th communist convention in October, 1980, and he is expect to be nominated by chief at the 7th communist convention in 1990. besides, the process of its succession will seem to be finalized by his election as symbolic leader, in case KIM' s health is deteriorated, however, because transfer of the power between elder son and his father lacks of its legitimacy, several yielding points above mentioned constantly exist. thus they have to re - adjust their policies in order to eliminate the points(problems) KIM - KIM regim, having a lot of problems at present, faces innate dilemas in making decision to accomplish selfcontradictory two objects, as Rowental expreses, " reinforcenent of power and development of productivity" . Carefully looking into North korea' s politics and process of making decision of its policies, we can observe the continues increment of professional bureaucrats and dependence of Chaina - Soviat oriented tendency, in spite of independent foreign policy and its outcrying, in the mist of deepening of rigidity of ideology and the emphasis on the ingennlty of economic planning and idolization of one person. the solution of these problems, which testing the competence of its execution for the succession system of KIM-JUNG IL, could be ultimately resolved by rationization of the system. Regarding prerequisites of solution of the problems as looking for constructing economics, we expect to confront at new turning point by the early 90s. because North Korea now slow down the speed of its opening but cannot help reacting to the desire of change of its sub-structure in view of present several aspects. In conclusion, K - K regim, recognizing that they cannot maintain their regim by only oppressing and mobilizing their people, cannot but have to open the door in order to recover their depressed econoiaies. especially, in view of recent relationship between Chaina - Soviet, they seem to have a difficulties in steping solely irrespective of Chaina-Soviet. therefore they have to accept new situations to meet with such new changes. hence, the direction of policy toward north korea, which south korea have to accomodate, is to utmost restrain military stimulation and to endeavour to have them open its isolatory system. since the more difference of the stratege for development between two countries have, the more heterogenity deepen, the creating of atmosphere for reconciliation will be as nuch difficult, therefore, our sixty-million brethren of North and South have to firstly enhance the community consciousness of Korean people with the community consciousness " we" , in driving politlcal and social negotiations abreast on the stage of opening and interchang and thereafter in constructing mutual complementary collaboration.

      • 시각장애학교의 인성교육에 대한 교사 인식 연구

        The purpose of the study is to investigate the teacher's perception in schools of the blind. To achieve its purpose, this study sets subjects of examination as; 1) what kind of perception on humanity education teachers have in schools of the blind according to the teacher's special difference: age, work career, and so on. 2) what kind of perception on the actual school humanity education teachers have in schools of the blind. Conclusively, the results of examination were like followings: First, the point known through teacher's perception on humanity education is that teacher's understanding of humanity education concept is proportional to teacher's career, homeroom teacher or not, and an academic background. Also, the awareness of the humanity education level is proportional to age, teacher's career. The higher an academic background is, the higher the interest of program development about humanity education is. The reason why humanity education emphasizes is different in accordance with the teacher's career. The teachers who have from 1 year to 10years and at least 20 years career stress the necessity of humanity education owing to loss of human nature. And the teachers who have from 11years to 20years career choose the mammonism, the loss of human nature, and the value confusion as the reason of humanity education need. The man-teachers think the character building is important and the woman-teachers think the correct values as the guidance area in humanity education. As the best time of humanity education, the man-teachers choose elementary school days, but the woman-teachers choose overall days including elementary school days. Second, the teachers perception of an actual humanity education show the experienced teachers think the school provide the students with various humanity education programs, well-prepared facilities and sufficient instruments of education. The teachers who work in Seoul or metropolitan cities consider the best class hour to be 1hour or 2hour for humanity education guidance. On the other hand, the teachers who work in small or medium-sized cities answer 2hours and 3 hours as the best class hours. The teachers in their 20s, 30s, and 50s find the key of success for humanity education the students' mental attitudes. And they think that humanity education program is the most important in humanity education inner surroundings. However, the teachers in their 40s answer the teacher's expertise as the key of success for humanity education and they think it the most important that the teachers take initiative and set an example for the students in humanity education inner surroundings.

      • 시청각 자료를 활용한 영미문화 지도방안 : 시트콤을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to examine a way of teaching English culture effectively to Korean middle school students using audio-visual materials. The reason why we teach English culture in the field of English education is that a language reflects its culture, and culture is deeply embedded in a language. Therefore, a language cannot be separated from culture, and it means that we should teach English culture as well as the four skills. However, there are not enough materials in English textbooks in Korea and quite a number of EFL teachers teach their students English culture only by oral explanation. In this situation, using audio-visual materials can be a good alternative. Among many audio-visual materials, English situation comedies (hereafter referred to as "sitcom") present many advantages when it comes to teaching English culture. First of all, they might present aspects of real life in the English-speaking world, so students get experience its culture, albeit indirectly. Second, sitcoms can be entertaining and make students laugh because they have interesting episodes. From this aspect, students exposed to the sitcoms might be easily immerged in the culture they contain, and become more motivated to learn English. Third, in comparison with other audio-visual materials, sitcoms can be used in time-limited classes since the running time of most episodes is no longer than 30 minutes. This means that they could be watched within a single lesson. Moreover, sitcoms can be conveniently edited, and teachers can easily compile the parts that they want to use in their teaching. The main reference material for this study is "Friends", a well-known American sitcom among Koreans, and also other audio-visual materials such as movie. Topics dealt with in this study include, for instance, manners in restaurants, holidays, body language, and social events. Before and after the classes in which sitcoms are used as visual aids, surveys were made to evaluate the effects of audio-visual materials -especially English sitcom- in teaching English culture, and the responses were very positive. In conclusion, using English sitcoms may help students' motivation to study English. Teachers can identify cultural elements included in English textbooks, locate appropriate audio-visual materials, and use them either complementarily in English lessons or separately in supplementary lessons. Teachers should continue to make an effort to collect a variety of audio-visual materials related to English culture, and develop various methods using audio-visual materials to teach other aspects of the English language.

      • 불완전 전력제어하에서 다이버시티 합성기법과 간섭제거 방식을 이용한 DS/CDMA 시스템

        본 논문에서는 다중 경로 레일레이 페이딩 환경하에서 일반 DS/CDMA 시스팀과 간섭제거방식을 이용한 DS/CDMA 시스팀의 성능을 전력제어의 정도에 따라 비교, 분석한다. 수신기는 BPSK 변조를 이용하고 다이버시티 합성 방식으로는 선택 합성(Selection Combining) 다이버시티와 최대비 합성(Maximal Ratio Combining) 다이버시티를 이용한다. 각각의 다이버시티 합성 방식의 수신기와 간섭제거 방식(Interference Cancellation)을 이용한 수신기에 대해 완전한 전력제어의 경우와 불완전한 전력제어의 경우에 대한 평균 오류확률을 가우스 근사법으로 유도한다. 평균 수신전력 대 잡음비(Eb/No), 동시 사용자수, 전력제어 오차의 표준편차, 간섭제거의 단계수 등을 변화시키면서 일반 수신기와 간섭제거 방식을 이용한 수신기의 성능을 비교, 분석한다. 간섭제거 방식을 이용하면, 일반 수신기에 비해 큰 시스팀 용량을 가지고 전력제어의 영향을 크게 받지 않는다. 최대비 합성과 간섭제거 방식을 이용할 경우에는 선택 합성과 간섭제거 방식을 이용한 경우보다 월등한 성능 개선이 보이고 전력제어의 영향을 거의 받지 않는다. 또한 사용자수의 증가에도 큰 성능 저하는 없음을 알 수 있다.

      • 정보시스템(IS) 인력의 의사소통 패턴 형성에 관한 연구 : 인식,태도,의도의 관계를 중심으로

        IT 산업의 확산에 따라 많은 수의 IS(Information System) 인력이 시장에 공급되고, 그들의 역할과 배치, 교육에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 이러한 가운데 IS 인력들이 산출하는 산출물과 그 생산성에 관한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 대신, 업무 성과(job performance)의 한 차원으로써, 대인관계 기술 및 관리자적 능력이 점차적으로 요구 받고있으며, 이를 지원해 주는 경력 개발(career development) 이슈들에 관한 관심 또한 동시에 높아지고 있다. 이러한 기존의 연구들은 IS 프로젝트의 성과를 높이는 요인으로서 효과적인 의사소통(Communication)을 꼽는데 대체적으로 공통된 결론을 보이고 있다. 이와 관련해 본 연구는, (1) IS 인력이 조직 내에서 보여주는 의사소통 행동이 어떠한 개인적 배경과 심리적 상태에서 비롯되고 있는지를 살펴보고 (2) IS 인력이 현재 분포한 직무(Role) 현황에 따라 어떠한 태도와 행동 차이가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다. (3) 또한 IS 인력이 직면하는 불확실성 인식과 팀원간의 코디네이션(coordination)에 대해 의사소통이 어떠한 도구적 가치를 지니고 있으며, (4) 이때 어떠한 유형 의사소통이 가장 바람직한가를 밝혀보고자 하였다. 가설검증 결과를 토대로 이들 요인들의 관계를 구체적으로 살펴보면 이러하다. 첫째, IS 인력이 코디네이션 태도를 형성하는 데에는 그들의 팀 상황인식과 성격이 영향을 미친다는 점이다. 특히, 관계 지향적인 태도를 형성하게 되는 데에는 그들이 느끼는 업무의 상호 연결성과 긍정적인 성격, 자신의 업무에 대한 긍정적인 평가가 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 업무가 불확실한지 여부와 IS 인력의 업무 경험 자체는 그다지 큰 영향을 미치지 않고 있음을 알게 되었다. 그러나 정보공유 지향적인 태도를 형성하는 데에는 IS 인력의 업무 경험을 제외한 업무 불확실성, 업무 상호의존성, 긍정적인 성격, 업무에 대한 긍정적인 평가가 고루 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 둘째로, IS 인력이 팀 업무 코디네이션에 대해 가진 관계적, 정보공유 지향적 태도는 의사소통 패턴이 선택되는데 영향을 미치고 있음을 알게 되었다. IS 인력이 자기 주장을 세우려고 하는 의도에는 정보공유지향적 태도가 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀졌으며, 의사소통 과정에서 상대를 배려하고자 하는 태도 또한 관계지향적 태도 및 정보공유지향적 태도와 연관성이 있음을 알게 되었다. 셋째로, 관리직무와 기술직무를 비교하여 판별분석을 실시한 결과, 업무 경험과 자기주장성에서 현저한 차이기 나타났다. 이를 토대로 가설검정을 수행한 결과 관리직무의 경우, 정보교환 지향적 태도를 많이 갖고 있을수록 기술직무보다 자기 주장성이 더 높게 나타났다. 반면에, 기술직무자들의 대인관계 지향성이 높을수록 상대방을 배려하려는 의도가 더 크게 나타났으며, 반대로 관리직무자들은 정보공유 지향성이 높을수록 기술직무자들보다 상대방을 배려하려는 의도가 더 크게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 대부분 기존의 연구 결과들을 지지하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, IS 인력의 의사소통을 행동을 설명하는 데 있어 개인의 내적 동기를 성찰하는 새로운 관점을 제시하고 있다는 가치가 있다. 또한 IS 인력관리에 있어, 의사소통을 통한 IS 조직의 지식공유 및 관리를 촉진시키는 한편, IS 인력의 직무에 따른 차별적 관리 방안 제시가 필요하다는 점을 강조하고자 한다. As IT industry is extensively growing, many kind of issues related to that situation are focused on. Especially, the managerial issues of Information System(IS) personnel is in the center among other issues. As a result the IT industry are interested in many aspects such as motivating, allocation, assessment and education for IS personnel. Because the productivity of IT business is critical to business success, managers concentrated their effort to develop IS personnel’s ability, especially in technical skills. But now days, managers have found the potential importance of soft skills in the human resource management, which are different from former interest about technical skills. Among various soft skills, communication is evaluated as the key skill to improve IS personnel’s productivity. But there is little research which deal with the mechanism of communication behavior on IS personnel. To explore the communication behavior of IS personnel empirically, this study try to reveal some facts as follows: to examine (1) the motivational origin of communication behavior of IS personnel (2) significant difference between technical roles and managerial roles in communication behavior (3) the methodic value of communication behavior in decision making, sense making, coordination for IS personnel (4) the most ideal communication strategy in IS field. Based on the empirical hypothesis testing results, research found some facts as follows: First, IS personnel’s team perception and personality has an influence to the formation of coordination attitude. Especially task interdependency, personality and positive work evaluation variables have an strong influences to work-oriented attitude. Whereas, task uncertainty and work experience are not have any influences to the same attitude. But, each of these variables has a positive influence to the information sharing-oriented attitude commonly. Second, IS personnel’s coordination attitude has and influence to the selection of communication strategy. Self-disclosure intention is related to work-oriented attitude and Other-respecting intention is related to both of work-oriented attitude and information sharing-oriented attitude. Third, there is a significant difference in the relationship of coordination attitude and communication strategy between technical and managerial groups. These research findings are valuable for future research and business field in several aspects. First of all, research suggests interpretive approach in the examination of communication behavior on IS personnel. And research suggests so me feasible recommendation for improving IS personnel’s productivity.
