The research has been classified with 9 different type of categories in succession of 23 detailed specifications through by using a field study and various kinds of materials so as to figure out the main successful factors of the 4 festivals such as callled "Gangjin Celadon Culture Festival" were entered into the best ones of the Culture & Tourism Festival with a prerequisite for the traditional celebration, tourism specialties, Cultural Art Celebration by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2008. And then, according to the result of analysis on the compliance degree of detailed elements that can be applied in common to the festivals, one festival showed high degree of compliance and the rest three showed insufficient or non compliance. This study utilized the success elements by benchmarking for each festival, and suggested the measurements for revitalization of 4 festivals in consideration of the elements in insufficient or non compliance. Since the comprehensive assessment report for culture & tourism festivals is an assessment for operational status of festivals though the conventional qualitative assessment elements, it is more of short-term and microscopic character. On the contrary, 9 elements(23 sub-elements) of success in culture & tourism festivals are approaching from long-term and macroscopic position. Therefore, to promote the continuous growth and development of festivals, it shall be necessary to combine the existing microscopic assessment elements and new macroscopic assessment elements.

Oral cancer comprised about 5% of all cancer sin human body, the site of its origin is very complex and very important both cosmetically and functionally, thus the tratment, functional and cosmetic reconstructions are very difficult. In cancer patient, irradiation therapy is one of the choic among sevveral treatment methods, the hyperbaric oxygenation is utilized for the good wound healing following surgical procedure and bone reconstruction as well. Usually, many cancer patients are affected by the environment of hyperbaric oxygenation during irradiation therapy for better treatment results. On the other hand, it is controvertial about the effetiveness of oxygen therapy on carcinogenesis, some are effective, the others are non - effective. Therefore, the main objective of this study was focussed on the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygenation therapy on the DMBA induced carcinogenesis in albino rats. After the observation of macroscopic and microscopic pathologic findings, the author has been able to arrive at the following conclusions. 1. All the chemically induced cancer was sqamous cell carcinoma. 2. The palpation of cancer in the experimental group has been possible after 8 weeks and this was 2 weeks earlier thar in control group, size of the mass in experimental group disclosed somewhat larger untill 11th week but, after that the difference in size between two groups has not been comparable. 3. During the initial period of inflammation caused by implantation of DMBA, the incidence of squamous metaplasia in experimental group showed higher incidence than in control group. 4. The epithelial dysplasia was found at th 17th day of experiment in both groups. 5. At the microscopic findings, development of cancer in experimental group was found 2 weeks earlier than in control group. It was considered that hyperbaric oxygenation has no effect of suppression on the carcinogenesis, but slight stimulating effect.
GLP-1 (glucagon like peptide-1) is new anti-diabetic drug with a number of beneficial effects. It stimulates glucose dependant insulin secretion and restoration of beta cell mass through enhancement of islet mass. However, it is easily inactivated after being secreted from enteroendocrine L cells. Recent trial to increased GLP-1 is to directly stimulate L cells through its receptor located in the surface of L cell. Taste receptor in the apical surface of L cell is activated by various tastants contained in the food. Tongue perceives taste sense through the heterotrimeric G-protein (α-gustducin) and its downstream signaling cascades. Same taste receptors are also expressed in enteroendocrine cells. In duodenal L cell, α-gustducin was detected by immunofluorescence stainig at the luminal projections of enteroendocrine cells. And several other taste signaling elements were also found in L cells. Ingestion of sweet or bitter compounds revealed stimulation of GLP-1 secretion and the regulation of plasma insulin and glucose. In this review, I will briefly introduce the possibilities to stimulate GLP-1 secretion though the membrane receptor in enteroendocrine cell. And it will be the good candidate to develop the treatment modality for obesity, diabetes and abnormal gut motility. (Korean Diabetes J 33:458-463, 2009)
