        일기로 구성한 일제 말 전시체제하의 일상

        This paper aims to verify social aspects of collective memories (Name-Changing Program, requisition of grain, forced mobilization, forced labor) of Koreans by examining four personal dairies and to analyze conditions of citizen control during Japanese Colonial Wartime periods. e Japanese Colonial power used “promotion association” (Gin Hung Hoe) and “patriotism unit” (Ae kook Ban) as mediators for ruling Korean villages unitarily and for expanding and reinforcing their control. In this way, the Japanese could force thought control onto the citizens and increase material mobilization such as the requisition of grain and forced saving. Since 1941, labor mobilization was in full-scale operation in the forms of industrial warriors, labor patriotism units and impressment. Even though the Japanese colonial power had extended its control into the villages, it encountered resistancethat exposed its limits. Inhabitants of the villages left or claimed bankruptcy to evade forced mobilization and low-ranking government employees did not cooperate with the authorities.

        Recently, the interest on the development of fuel cell is growing rapidly . because, it is considered to be a novel form of power source to solve not only the environment problem but also drain natural resource problem. In this paper, hydrogen gas flow in micro-channel was numerically analyzed concerning about various channel shapes to estimate the efficiency of micro fuel cell. Each flow characteristic with the same boundary condition was simulated in each different shape (6-types) of micro-channels which have been already developed and newly designed as well. The result of analysis shows that characteristics of flow such as velocity, uniformity, and flow rate, depend highly upon the channel shape itself. That means it is expectable to increase the efficiency of micro fuel cell through optimal configuration of channel shape for hydrogen gas flow. Finally, actual micro flow channels were fabricated using SU-8 and the performance of PEM fuel cell was also carried out by these micro prototypes.

        도시화 진행에 따른 유역 유출특성 변화에 관한 연구

        유역의 급격한 도시화는 지체시간, 첨두유량 및 총 유출량 등 홍수 유출특성 뿐만 아니라 개발행위에 따른 토사유출특성 변화를 초래하여 배수관로내의 토사퇴적을 유발하여 도시홍수 발생 가능성 등 다양한 문제를 유발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시화가 진행 중인 시험유역을 선정하여 지난 3년 동안 토지이용분포의 변화양상은 물론 강우 및 수위 자동계측기를 이용하여 연속적으로 유출수문 특성을 계측하였으며 유량-유사량 관계곡선을 유도하였다. 실측결과로부터 호우사상별 토지이용분포 변화에 따른 유출률과 첨두유출량의 변화를 정량적으로 분석하였으며 유역개발 건설과정에 따른 토사유출량의 변화특성을 정성적으로 분석하였다. 도시화가 진행될수록 합리식의 유출계수는 증가하였다. 토사의 경우 공사기간 중 유출량의 변화가 심하다는 사실과 특히, 공사기간 중 1 cms 미만의 유출을 유발하는 소규모 강우에 의한 부유사 유출은 약 10배 이상 증가한다는 사실을 확인하였다. 그러나 소류사의 경우 강우의 크기에 민감하지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. It is well known that the drastic change of hydrological characteristics of an urbanized basin causes severe runoff, sediment yield, and peak flow. High vulnerability of urban flood disasters is caused by land-use change and development of a basin. A typical site suffering urbanization was selected and the experimental site has being operated last three years. Hydrological and hydraulic characteristics of the urbanizing basin were examined by observation of runoff, sediment loads and precipitation with T/M. The effects of land-use change were analyzed by examination of the hydrological characteristics, such as run-off ratio (runoff volume/rainfall volume), sediment yields. Runoff coefficient of rational equation was increased as basin was urbanized. Suspended sediment yields due to a urban development activities were raised almost 10 times compare to undisturbed condition for small runoff less than 1 cms. Meanwhile, no big change could be detected for bed loads.

      • 디젤엔진의 EGR Cooler 전열면적이 효율에 미치는 영향

        The use of Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system has become a popular way for reducing NOx levels in internal combustion engine. Reducing NOx from diesel engine, and improving fuel consumption simultaneously is important in meeting government regulations and social needs. Recently, an important goal in diesel engine research is the development of means to reduce the emissions of NOx. Cooled EGR system is one of the most effective techniques currently available for reducing NOx in internal combustion. In the present study, engine dynamometer experiments have been carried on the characteristics which improve heat exchange efficiency of EGR cooler with the area change. The heat exchange efficiency has been experimentally examined with Pitch 3.6㎜ and Pitch 4.6㎜ of EGR coolers, and compared the performance characteristics of the two EGR coolers.

        바세나르체제 군용물자목록에 기반한 국방기술통제목록 개선 연구

        국방기술통제목록은 수출 시 보호가 필요한 국방과학기술 및 군용물자품목을 분류하기 위해 국방기술진흥연구소에서 매 3년 주기로 작성하고 있다. 그러나 현재 활용되고 있는 국방기술통제목록은 바세나르체제 군용물자목록과 달리 기술 단위로 되어 있어 수출통제 검토 시 대상 품목을 식별하고 통제 기준을 적용하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 바세나르체제 군용물자목록에서 제시하는 통제기준에 따라 수출을 통제하고 관리하기 위해 적용 무기체계의 품목 단위로 통제 범위를 파악할 수 있는 국방기술통제목록 개선방안을 제시하였다. 주요내용으로 목록체계, 작성방법 및 절차 등을 수립하였으며 화력 무기체계 소화기 탄약 분야에 시범적용 하였다. 또한, 개선안에 대한 전문가 설문조사를 통해 본 연구결과에 대한 타당성과 실효성을 입증하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 개선안으로 전면 개편함으로써 보다 실용성 있는 국방기술통제목록으로 활용 가능할 것이다. 또한 향후 국방 분야 기술통제 주요 영역인 방위산업기술보호와의 연계에 대한 추가 연구도 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The Defense Technology Control List (DTCL) is published by the Korea Research Institute for Defense Technology Planning and Advancement (KRIT) every three years, giving the defense technologies and munitions whose export needs to be controlled. But, the current DTCL is technology-based and different from the Wassenaar Agreement Munitions List (ML). Hence, it has limited use because of its difficulties in identifying defense technologies and munitions whose export needs to be controlled and applying the Wassenaar Agreement export control criteria to them. So, this study improves the DTCL methodology to control the defense technologies and munitions export based on the Wassenaar Agreement ML. Subsequently, this study reviews the system, methods, and procedures of the improved DTCL and demonstrates a small pistol weapon system under this DTCL. In addition, this study’s validity and effectiveness are verified using the expert 2-Delphi survey analysis. Finally, this study concludes that the DTCL will be more effective and practical if it is restructured appropriately. In essence, further research is needed on the DTCL to control the defense technologies and munitions export effectively under this list.

      • 상이한 전열면적을 가진 디젤엔진 EGR Cooler의 실험적 연구

        Today, electronically controlled injection system are used in diesel engines, in which oxidation catalysis contribute to the reduction of hydrocarbons and particle emission. Exhaust gas recirculation is the only practical solution available for reducing PM(particle matter) and NOx in diesel engines aside form measures in the engine such as staggered injection. By significantly lowering the temperature of the recirculated exhaust gases, EGR cooling contributes to the effects of exhaust gas recirculation and leads to further reduction of nitrogen oxides. EGR systems have long been acknowledged as effective tools for reducing nitrogen oxides in diesel engines. In this paper, engine dynamometer experiments have been carried on the characteristics which improve heat exchange efficiency of EGR cooler with the mea change. The heat exchange efficiency has been experimentally performed with four, five and six-type of EGR coolers, and compared the performance characteristics of the three EGR coolers.
