        PTFE 및 W 첨가가 Ni-P 도금의 내마모 특성에 미치는 영향

        Electroless Ni-P coating is widely used for chemical, electronic, and semiconductor equipment parts because of its corrosion resistance. The incorporation of chemically-inert PTFE particles into the Ni-P films improves properties such as, non-stick, anti-adhesive and better corrosion resistance. However, soft PTFE particles degrade the hardness, wear and abrasion resistance. In this study, effects of PTFE and W addition to the Ni-P-coatings were compared by the XRD, SEM, sheet resistance, contact angle, and microhardness measurements. The change in sheet resistance was negligible, but contact angle was doubled by the addition of PTFE and W. The microhardness was lower for Ni-P-PTFE, but higher for Ni-P-PTFE-W coatings, compared to that of Ni-P coatings.

        특이 유한요소의 구성과 응용

        For the effective analysis of two dimensional plane problems with geometrical discontinuities, singular finite element has been proposed. The element matrix equation was formulated on the basis of hybrid variational principle and Trefftz function sets derived consistently from the complex theory of plane elasticity by introducing a conformal mapping function. In order to suggest the accuracy characteristics of the proposed singular finite element, typical plane problems were analyzed and these results were compared with exact solutions. The singular finite element gives the comparatively exact values of stress concentration factors or stress intensity factors and can be effectively used for the analysis of mechanical structures containing various geometrical discontinuities.

        BGA 검사 소켓 핀의 불량 분석 연구

        BGA test sockets failed earlier than the expected life-time due to abnormal signal delay, shown especially at the low temperature ($-50^{\circ}C$). Analysis of failed sockets was conducted by EDX, AES, and XRD. A SnO layer contaminated with C was found to form on the surface of socket pins. The formation of SnO layer was attributed to the repeated Sn transfer from BGA balls to pin surface and instant oxidation of fresh Sn. As a result, contact resistance increased, inducing signal delay. Abnormal signal delay at the low temperature was attributed to the increasing resistivity of Sn oxide with decreasing temperature, as manifested by the resistance measurement of $SnO_2$.

        해양구조물 적용을 위한 경량골재콘크리트의 기초물성에 관한 연구

        The various properties of concrete have been required, as civil engineering structures are getting larger and complicated. Therefore, the high performance of concrete, such as high strength, high fluidity, and low hydration heat, has been investigated largely. In this study, the properties of lightweight concrete-reducing self-weight of structure member have been studied in order to check the applicability of lightweight aggregate concrete to structural material. The experiments on compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, unit weight, and modulus of elasticity have been conducted with varying PLC, LWC Ⅰ, LWC Ⅱ, LWC Ⅱ-SF5, LWC Ⅱ-SF15 to check the basic properties. The compressive strength of 21㎫ was obtained easily by using lightweight aggregate concrete and the addition of silica fume to increase the compressive strength slightly. To use lightweight aggregate concrete for civil engineering structures, systematic and rigorous studies are necessary.

        In process of the mass concrete structure, the heat of hydration may cause serious thermal cracking. In order to eliminate hydration heat of mass concrete, this paper results of hydration heat control of mass concrete using the Oscillating Capillary tube Heat Pipe(OCHP). There were the several molds which shows a difference as compared with each other. One was not equipped with OCHP. Other were laid with OCHP, and the other were laid in 100cm, and exposed out 50cm. All of them were cooled with natural air convection. The OCHP was composed of copper pipe(outer diameter : 4mm, inner diameter : 2.8mm) and heat type was non-looped type. The working fluid was R-22 and its charging ratio was 40% by volume. The core of the concrete temperature was approximately 53 °C without OCHP. But the concrete temperature with OCHP was reduced its difference in temperature with the outdoor temperature to 12~15°C. Finally we saw the index figure of the thermal crack of the structures were varied from 0.6 to 1.6.

        In process of reinforced concrete(RC) box structure, the heat of hydration may cause serious thermal cracking problems. In order to eliminate hydration heat of mass concrete, this - paper reports results of hydration heat control in mass concrete using the OCHP(Oscillating Capillary tube Heat Pipe). Recently OCHP is drawn special attention from these points of low cost as well as short construction schedule for the manufacturing of heat exchanger, flexibility, simplification and high performance. There were three RC box molds(1.2×l.2×l.2m) which shows a difference as compared with each other. One was not equipped with OCHP. While others were equipped with OCHP and these were cooled with air natural convection and spraying water respectively. The OCHP was composed of copper pipe with 12 turns(O.D : 4mm, I.D : 2.8mm). The working fluid was R-22 and its charging ratio was 30(Vo1. %). In order to analyze the distribution of temperature and index figure of thermal crack in sequential placement of mass concrete, we used HYCON of computer program. As a result of the experiment, the peak temperature decreased about 15.6 ~ 23.4 ℃ than the general specimen and the probability of thermal crack generated in mass concrete decreased up to 0%.

        일반 논문 : 4대강과 숙의민주주의

        이글은 4대강 논쟁을 분석하고 대안으로 숙의적 접근을 제안한다. 4대강 사업은 학계와 시민사회에 숱한 논란을 불러일으켰다. 이글은 이런 논란과정에 나온 여러 담론을 분석한다. 그래서 개발담론에 맞서 나온반대담론을 토건국가론, 생명담론, 인문문화담론, 생태담론으로 유형화한다. 그리고 경부운하와 한반도대운하, 나중에는 4대강 살리기로 변화되는 과정을 분석한다. 이런 변화가 있은 이유는 국민적 저항도 있었지만, 운하사업으로 인한 편익이 불확실하고 미미해 경제성을 확보하기 어려워 운하사업에서 치수사업으로의 전환이 필요했다고 분석한다. 그리고 이 논란과정에서 다루어져야 했지만 다뤄지지 않는 몇가지 논점을 제기한다. 그것은 물의 윤리, 통합적 수자원관리, 적응형 관리이다. 이것들은 각각 가치의 다양성, 다척도 통합관리의 필요성, 불확실성에 대한 대비라는 숙제를 던져준다. 이런 숙제를 해결하는 바람직한 대안으로 숙의적 접근을 제안한다. 그리고 숙의적 접근에서 보았을 때, 4대강 사업은 민주적 참여의 부재, 도구적 합리성의 비대화, 공적 이성의 부재라는 문제점을 보인다고 주장한다. This article explores the four rivers debate and proposes the deliberative approach. Four rivers project has provoked a lot of controversy not only in the academic world and but also in civil society. We analyzes the debate in terms of four counter discourses against the development discourse, which include civil engineering state discourse, life discourse, humanity culture discourse, and ecological discourse. We survey the process from Seoul-Busan Waterway through Grand Korean Waterway to Four-River Restoration. The changes occurred due to not only people`s resistance but also the fact that the benefit of the project is uncertain and trivial compared to the costs. And there are several issues which should be handled, but does not so in the process. They are water ethics, integrated water resource management, and adaptive management. They put respectively the problem of values diversity, the need for integrated multi-dimension management, the problem of the uncertainty. As an alternative to solve the problems, we suggest the deliberative approach. We argue that the four river project has shown the lack of democratic participation, overemphasizing of instrumental rationality, the lack of public reason.

        특집 논문 : 녹색성장에 대한 철학적 성찰 ; 녹색성장에 대한 경제철학적 성찰

        이글의 목적은 녹색성장의 경제철학적 의미를 밝히는 것이다. 녹색성장은 고유가와 기후변화라는 이중의 위기에 대한 국가차원의 적극적인 대책이다. 녹색성장이 표방하는 ``녹색과 성장의 조화``는 바람직한 대안이라고 할 수 있다. 우리는 기후변화에 대처해야 하지만, 동시에 우리사회에 존재하는 개발 욕구를 무시할 수 없기 때문이다. 하지만 녹색성장의 구체적인 정책들은 이런 녹색과 성장의 조화라는 이념에 맞지 않는다. 그 대표적인 것이 원자력발전에 대한 집착과 4대강 사업이다. 이것은 녹색성장에 대한 철학적 반성이 부족함을 단적으로 보여준다. 우리는 시장과 고전경제학의 토대가 되는 선호공리주의의 한계를 살펴보아야 한다. 특히 경제성장과 국민의 행복지수가 반드시 일치하지 않는다는 사실에 주목한다. 그리고 지구촌 시대에 맞게 우리의 행복도 다른 나라의 행복, 자연에 대한 존중을 고려해야 한다. 행복에 대한 규범적 성찰이 필요하다. This essay deals with the economic philosophical meaning of Green Growth. Green Growth is positive response against double crisis, high oil price and climate change in the level of national state. The slogan, ``harmony between green and development`` is desirable. It is because we should copy with climate change and should not ignore the development imperative. However main policies such as nuclear energy and four river does not coincide with the slogan ``harmony between green and growth``. This fact shows that we need philosophical reflection on green growth. We need recognize the limit of preference utilitarianism which is philosophical foundation of market approach and classical economics. Particularly we pay attention to the fact that economy growth does not result in the ascendance of happiness index. We should consider the happiness of other countries` people and respect for nature and future generation. We need normative reflection on happiness.
