        ICT융복합 기술을 이용한 차세대 배전계통 운영 시스템 설계 및 검증

        Recently, with the rise of environmental issues and the change of government policy (Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan), a large amount of renewable energy such as solar and wind power is connected to the power system, and most of the renewable energy is concentrated in the power distribution network. This causes many problems with the voltage management and the protection coordination of the grid due to the its intermittent power generation. In order to effectively operate the distribution network, it is necessary to deploy more intelligent terminal devices in the field to measure the status of the distribution network and develop various operation functions such as visualization and big data analysis to support the power distribution system operators. In addition, the failover technology must be supported for the non-stop operation of the power distribution system. This paper proposes the system architecture of new power distribution management system to cope with high penetration of renewable energy. To verify the proposed system architecture, the functional unit test and performance measurement were performed.

        최근 신재생 분산전원의 투입 확대로 배전계통 내 변동성이 커짐에 따라서 안정적인 배전계통 운영에 대한 우려가 커지고 있는 상황이다. 미래 배전계통의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 새로운 시각화 기술을 이용한 배전계통 운영시스템의 개선이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 배전분야의 GIS 도입 현황과 관련 기술 동향을 기술하고, 배전계통 운영을 위해 GIS시스템의 필요성과 GIS기술 도입 시 해결해야할 문제점을 분석한다. Recently, as the renewable distributed energy resources has increased, the variability within the electrical power distribution system has increased, so that there is a growing concern about the stable electrical power distribution system. For efficient management of future electrical power distribution system, it is necessary to improve the electrical power distribution system operation using new visualization technology. In this paper, we describe the current status of GIS introduction and related technology trends in the field of electrical power distribution, and analyze the necessity of GIS system for electrical power distribution system operation and problems to be solved when introducing GIS technology.

        『자에는 자로』(Measure for Measure)에 등장하는 하층 계급 인물 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine lower characters in Measure for Measure, emphasizing on Pompey and Barnardine. The one is a tapster and pimp working for Mistress Overdone, and the other is a dissolute murderer in prison. In the constable Elbow’s trial scene in Act II, scene i, Pompey shows himself up using his nimble word-play in front of the deputy Angelo and Escalus, and develops a full-scale burlesque of legal procedure by building on a parody of Elbow’s malapropism. Under the deputy Angelo’s regime, however, Pompey is imprisoned for his illegal business along with a number of his old customers of the bawd house. And there, he continues his job not as a bawd but as an assistant of the Executioner, Abhorson. He bridges the theme of fornication into the theme of the heavy crime, murder. Pompey is indeed a representative figure for the ancient profession, prostitute where the line between legal and illegal remains notoriously uncertain. Barnardine, a dissolute prisoner is drunken all day long in his prison cell. When he first appears in the prison scene, Act IV, scene iii, his drunkenness dominates the stage ignoring the warrant. Pompey and Abhorson give up to take a next step, and even the disguised Duke can’t help doing anything against him. His refusal to die exposes the gap between the Duke’s bizzare plotting and the actual world. As a murderer, Barnardine is the representative antithesis of the world of comedy that emphasizes preserving and continuing human life. Sparing him from death sentence, therefore, means that he is free to kill people again. On his second appearance in the final act, he keeps silence when the Duke saved his life. Therefore, the meaning and effect of his silence is wide open to the audience and readers as well as the director. In particular, since the quantity of his dialogue is no less than 17 lines, and his appearance is limited, he used to be omitted during the last scene by some directors. If we remind the Angelo’s justice, which put the same weight on the fornication and the murder, Barnardine is the one of the most important figures who takes one opposite of the measure of this play. The lower characters in Measure for Measure, are critical mirror in which inverted the structure and assumptions central to the play’s serious action. If their roles were reduced or omitted, therefore, the whole theme of this play would be deformed and its message would be distorted. Even they are indeed minor characters, the function and the effect of their portions are as significant as major characters.

        지역화로 재생산된 셰익스피어

        The world-wide significance of Hamlet is evident that Shakespeare is regarded as a classic indispensable to the repertoire in the theatre of Korea. In fact, Hamlet is the most frequently produced play in Korea during the last two decades. Some productions recorded great box-office success localizing the play with ‘tradapted’ versions in various ways. Among them, four most controversial productions during 1990’s are selected to be analyzed in which Lee Yun-taek’s Hamlet (1996) and The Trouble-maker, Yonsan (1995), Lim Jae-chan’s Invitation. 1997 Spring, and Kim Ah-rah’s Hamlet 1999 were included. Lee’s The Trouble-maker, Yonsan is a certain kind of ‘tradapted’ production in which the Brechtian and the Artaudian theories as well as the ritual and the expressionism fused with Korean traditional elements were found during the play. Lee put a tyrant, Yonsan from Chosun dynasty into the position paralleled with Hamlet in terms of the theme of revenge. As in Hamlet, a ghost enters in the opening scene dancing a slow movement, a shamanic rite, Gut is performed under the direction of Yonsan as the play-within-the-play in Hamlet, and at the end, Yonsan kills all major characters who are connected with the death of his mother. Compare this to Kurosawa Akira’s Ran, it would be considered as one of the qualified tradaptation of the localized Hamlet. Lee’s Halmet is an another example of the tradaption, which make a great box-office success in front of the local audience as well as of the global audience in Russia. In this production, Lee keeping the authenticity of the source text tried to create an intercultural performance mixing some Western elements with their Korean counterparts: rearranged the sequence of scenes and non-verbal elements; used Korean mask dance, percussion quartet, Young-nam Deotboigy dance, the local mise-en-scene composed of the inside of Cheon-ma-chong, Budhist monk garment, and mixed the sound and music of the Korean instruments with piano and violin. This production would be a good attempt to expand our contemporaries through deconstructing Christian tradition with Korean shamanism. Lee’s intercultural production would begin to interchange between the East and the West expanding Shakespeare’s authenticity for all global/local audience. Lim Jae-chan’s Invitation. 1997, Spring transformed the blood-shedding revenge tragedy into a trial play. It is Fortinbras who is a judge in this trial. The scenes of the source text were rearranged according to the process of the trial, and just sitting their seats in the auditorium, the audience spontaneously took a part in that trial as the jury. This trial format, of course, reflects the contemporary socio-political milieu of the Korea. Kim Ah-rah’s Hamlet, 1999, on the other hand, shows another way of tradaptation. Using the confucian ideology of ‘hyo’(filial duty) and ‘choong’(loyalty) instead of Christian counter part, Kim transformed melancholy Hamlet in meditation to unrestrained popular one of an elaborate action. Shakespeare often serves as a touchstone to test not only the potentiality of local culture in their integration with the global, but also the localizability of the global. The outstanding and somewhat puzzling innovations of the selected productions in this essay would be awkward to the Western audience because of their local settings or names, metatheatrical frames and tradaptation. However, as Bharucha argues, “It is only by accepting that the translation process is constantly being interrupted, reversed, and questioned from multiple angles, not just between theatre cultures but within the intercultural differences of these cultures, that we can begin to embrace the joyous difficulties of working on Shakespeare in ‘foreign’ contexts” (278).

      • 자율 주행을 위한 장애물 회피 및 궤적 추종 알고리즘 개발

        This paper presents collision avoidance and path tracking for autonomous driving. A steering controller is implemented as a search algorithm that minimizes cost functions of candidates trajectories. Each candidate trajectories is calculated based on modified steer angle field method. The cost function penalize running over obstacles, leaving the reference road. The algorithm has been evaluated via computer simulations conducted using the collected data in non-real-time and implemented on a Hyundai Motors Grandeur TG, “SNUCLE” which has 5 LIDARs and RT devices including PCs and tested in real-time.

        폭염위험지수를 활용한 행정구역별 폭염 위기경보 발령 기준 설정

        일 최고기온만을 고려하는 현행 위기경보 체계와는 달리 본 연구에서는 일 단위 폭염 위기경보 단계를 판단하는 새로운방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 정규화된 일 최고기온과 주성분 분석을 통해 산정된 지역별 취약성을 결합하여 폭염위험지수를 산정하였고, Natural Breaks 방법을 활용해 위험지수 값에 따라 위기경보 단계를 구분하였다. 폭염위험지수와 온열질환율자료의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 0.4 정도의 양의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 분산분석을 수행한 결과 본연구에서 구분한 위기경보 단계별로 온열질환율 값의 차이가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 다양한 환경적 특성에 따른 지역별 취약정도를고려하지 못하고 발령 기준이 모호한 기존의 방법이 가진 한계를 본 연구에서 개발한 폭염위험지수를 통해 해결할 수 있었으며, 우리나라의 폭염 위기관리 및 위험 판단 과정에서 본 연구의 결과가 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The current heatwave crisis alert system considers the daily maximum temperature alone; therefore, the present study proposed a new method for estimating the daily heatwave crisis alert level. Specifically, the heatwave risk index was calculated by combining regional vulnerability, as estimated using principal component analysis, and normalized daily maximum temperature. The crisis alert level was classified according to the risk index value using the natural breaks method. The correlation coefficient between the heatwave risk index and heat-related morbidity rate was approximately 0.4. In addition, analysis of variance confirmed significant differences in the heat-related morbidity rate among different crisis alert levels. The current method is limited in that it does not take into account the various regional environmental characteristics, which may results in an ambiguous alert standard; however, this shortcoming may be resolved using the proposed heatwave risk index. Therefore, the results of the present study may be valuable for risk assessment and management in Korea.
