1. It is produced through the self-differentiation process of keratinocyte and the 4 stages of restructuring process at keratin cell. Finally, the stratum corneum is formed through differentiation. 2. As the differentiation indicator of epidermis, the basic proteins of transgutaminase(TGase) are filaggrin, loricrin, and involucrine. With the effects of transglutaminase (TGase) and the enzymes which links thesevarious kinds of proteins, the epidermis begins to differentiate. It is estimated that the cornified cell envelop (CE), which appears during the final differentiation process of epidermis plays a role of barrier as the compound structure. However, it will be very important to find out this process and to understand the function of skin because the function of skin is not clearly understood up to now. 3. Up to now, the concentration of calcium ion is known to be the most important in the differentiation of epidermis except the cell. Other than that, the Vitamin D which controls the calcium, Vitamin A, the retinoid which affects the reproduction and differentiation of a lot of cells and the growth factors inside the body are known to be the control factor of epidermis differentiation. 4. If the growth of underlying cell and its keratinization are well controlled, the soft and flexible skin is produced. However, if the good status is not maintained when the differentiation of the underlying cell or keratin skin, the skin becomes sloughing off, or desquamated. To understand the epidermis structureand its differentiation process are very important in terms of skin disease and skin beauty. I hope that this paper is helpful for any researchers in this filed.

Human beings have pursued beauty since long time ago and modern people have big demand on beauty, too. Especially the development of hairdressing skills due to mass media and information delivery mechanism brought the variety of hair styles. Chemical treatment by various perms and frequent bleaches and coloring gave damages on hairs and scalps. Because of complex and rapid social changes and development, human beings are under big stress. Hair scalps that respond to stress sensitively cause dandruff, problematic scalp and hair loss. As more people come to have interest in scalps and hairs, various management methods were sought after. Accordingly various scalps management methods such as by hands, by aromatherapy and warm bath are developed. We shall make more efforts to develop programs to induce visible results in clinical tests.

본 연구는 설계패턴의 효율적인 관리와 재사용을 위하여 패턴 정보를 이용한 설계패턴 검색 시스템을 구축하였다. 패턴 정보는 패턴 속성정보와 패턴 메타정보로 구성하였고, 패턴 속성정보는 패턴 패싯 분류와 패턴 검색을 위한 유사도 측정에 이용되며, 패턴 구조를 UML로 모델링하기 위하여 패턴 메타 정보를 이용하였다. Gamma 분류 방법을 확장하여 각 설계패턴이 사용될 수 있는 여러 경험적 상황을 패싯 항목으로 설정하고 패턴 정보로 관리하였다. 또한 E-SARM 검색 방법을 사용하여 검색된 패턴은 메타정보를 이용하여 UML 클래스 다이어그램으로 나타낼 수 있도록 하였고, E-SARM을 설계패턴의 검색에 적용하여 최적의 결과를 얻을 수 있는 환경을 시뮬레이션 하였다. 패턴 뷰어를 통한 신규 패턴 등록이 가능하며, 등록된 패턴은 패턴 속성정보와 메타정보로 관리된다. 따라서 본 시스템은 효율적인 패턴 관리가 가능하고, UML 모델링을 지원하며, 관련 패턴의 우선순위 검색이 가능하여 패턴 선택 비용이 적고, 재사용성이 높은 설계패턴 검색 시스템이다. in this paper, we imlemented design pattern retrieval system for efficient managemant and reusability of design patterns. Pattern is conssisted of property information and meta information id used for similarity measurement on classification and retrieval of patterns.Meta information od used for UML modeling of patterns. We classified design patterns with the empirical scope in addition to Gamma's basic classification. also we used E-SARM for retrieval represented UML diagram with pattern meta information, and simulated the environment so as to obtain best result on applying to retrieval of design pattern. This system is able ro resister new patterns through pattern viewer and manages these patterns with property informaiton and meta information. Thus this system supports efficient management of patterns, UML modeling, priority pattern retrieval, higher reusability and reduces pattern selection cost.

컴포넌트 검색을 위한 많은 방법론이 제시되고 있고 그 중 유사 컴포넌트 검색을 위한 시소러스 개념이 도입되고 있다. 본 논문은 컴포넌트의 효율적인 검색을 위하여 컴포넌트를 구성하는 클래스들을 상속관계에 따라 개념적으로 분류하였고, 시소러스 방법에 퍼지 논리를 적용하여 객체지향 시소러스를 구축하였다. 제안한 방법은 개념들 사이의 범주를 자동으로 표현할 수 있으며, 각 클래스와 범주에 대한 매칭도와 비매칭도를 비교함으로서 클래스 사이의 퍼지 정도를 계산하여 시소러스를 구축하였다. 컴포넌트 검색은 컴포넌트를 구성하는 클래스들을 이용하여 유의어 테이블을 기반으로 후보 컴포넌트들을 검색한 후 퍼지 유사도 측정 방법을 이용하여 우선순위로 검색한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 최적의 질의 확장 임계치를 설정함으로서 검색 성능을 크게 향상시켰다. Many Methodologies have proposed for component retrieval. Among them, thesaurus concept has introduced for similar component retrieval. This paper classified classes by concept according to inheritance relation for efficient retrieval of component, and applied fuzzy logic to thesaurus method and constructed object-oriented thesaurus. Proposed method could express category between concepts automatically, and calculate fuzzy degree between classes by comparing matching and mismatching degree to each class and category and construct thesaurus. Component retrieval is that using classes of component, candidate components are retrieved according to priority order using fuzzy similarity. Also, we improved retrieval performance by thesaurus greatly, setting critical of most suitable through simulation.
