        미용실 고객의 매스 커스터마이제이션 요구 수준

        The purposes of this study were to analyze factors of mass customization for hair salon`s customers and to identify the differences among groups segmented by mass customization level. The self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection. The respondents were 423 women using hair salons. Factors of hair salon`s mass customization implementation were sanitary condition & hair salon`s staff, hair styling technique, communication service, tangible service, monetary support, convenience service, and visible service. Hair salon`s customers were categorized into the high-level of needs group, the middle-level of needs group, and the low-level of needs group. The high-level of needs group consisted of university students or women with a higher education or higher income. This group selected beauty salons by the promotion or advertisements, preferred their own unique hair style or a little-fashionable hair style, and showed a lower level of patronage. The middle-level of needs group consisted of university students or women with a higher education or higher incomes. They selected hair salons by service prices, preferred a basic hair style, and showed a midium level of patronage. The low-level of needs group consisted of women with lower education or lower income. They selected beauty salons by career of hair dressers or the promotion or advertisement, preferred highly fashionable hair style, and showed high level of patronage.

        로마시대 조각상에 나타난 헤어스타일과 장식 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and review the woman`s and man`s hair style and ornaments of Roman period, which was seeking for an aesthetic value that integrates nature-idealism with secularistic and realistic sense. During the early days of Roman, the hair style had been influenced on Greece. It was getting spectacular, showy, and complex in the later Roman and the trend was curly or wave hair style. The woman wore wig or her hair in braids with Diademe and Stephane. The man preferred to have a short curly hair and wear beard. The subjects of this study for analyzing are 6 woman`s statues including Tyche and 6 man`s statues including head of Augustus in Roman period. Through analyzing hair styles and ornaments expressed in the statue of Roman, the researcher tries to suggest the aesthetic standard and hair style which shows the harmony between idealism and secularistic and realistic sense for modern people living in a dichotomous aesthetic standard.

        그리스시대 조각상에 나타난 헤어스타일과 장식 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and review the woman`s and man`s hair style and ornaments focusing on the feature of statues in ancient Greece. The hair style in ancient Greece is pure, simple, and classical rather than showy. The trend of the woman`s hair style in ancient Greece is simple such as letting her hair down and loosen naturally or binding her hair at the nape of the neck. The trend of the man`s hair style is various such as taking his curls down on the forehead with wearing metallic hair band or brushing his curls back. The subjects of this study for analyzing are 7 woman`s statues including the Venus de Milo and 5 man`s statues including Apollo in ancient Greece. Through analyzing hair styles and ornaments expressed in the statue of ancient Greece, the researcher had an opportunity to define the aesthetic standard of natural hair styles and innate natural beauty which would not suppress a human body of modern people.

        대학생의 모발화장품 추구혜택과 정보원 활용

        The purpose of this study were to segment the hair care cosmetics market according to the benefits sought, to categorize the information sources on the hair care cosmetics, and to characterize the profiles of the segmentized groups of university students. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 457 university students in Chonbuk province Jul. 10 to Jul. 21, 1999, Frequencies and percentages were calculated, and factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and χ^2-test were used. The results were: 1. University student`s benefit variables on hair care cosmetics were classified into special function, fashion, practicality, brand, fragrance, styling, nutritional reinforcement, and economy. And they were segmentized into the feeling pursuit, the multi-benefit pursuit, the practicality pursuit, the benefit unconscious, and the function pursuit. The information sources were classified into marketer-dominated sources, neutral sources and consumer-dominated sources. 2. The feeling pursuit strongly sought for fashion, brand and fragrance pursuit, but considered economy less, chiefly used the marketer-dominated and neutral information sources, and showed much interests in hair care cosmetics, and were consisted of women dominantly. The multi-benefits pursuit sought for various kinds of benefits from hair care cosmetics, depended heavily on various kinds of information sources, were well aware of their hair types and instructions on the hair care cosmetics label, and were consisted of women dominantly. The practicality pursuit highly sought for practicality, but low on the fashion, were not aware of their hair style, hair care, hair health status and hair type, and almost half of them are men. The benefit unconscious showed low concern about all kinds of benefits and hair care cosmetics, and were consisted of more men than women. The function pursuit highly sought for special function and nutritional reinforcement, mainly depended on the consumer-dominated sources, and showed low concern about their hair style and hair care.

        헤어샵매니저 양성 교육의 필요성 및 교육프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

          With the appearance of many new types of hair salon in korea and the increased customers" alternatives in beauty shop selection, competitions among hair salons are fiercer than ever before. Therefore, the industrial needs for hair salon managers are increased.<BR>  This study consisted of three parts. At the first part, the importance of education for hair salon managers was reviewed. At the second part, necessory subjects for curriculum of hair salon managers were analyzed. As the result of analysis, there were 15 subjects were suggested such as 5 beauty shop managemant related subjects, 4 coordination design related subjects, 4 customer relationship marketing related subjects, 2 computer operating related subjects. At the last part, the curriculum development processes for beauty salon managing specialists" course were suggested.
