커피전문점 서비스품질 만족이 재 이용 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향

커피전문점의 마케팅 전략수립과 수행측면에 설질적인 기여를 목적으로 하였다. 또한 대상은 젊은이들 의 커피전문점 선호를 근거로 표본으로 선정하였다. IPA Matrix를 통한 세분변수들을 도출하고 각 분면에 위치한 변수들을 이용하여 만족도, 재이용, 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수들을 검증하였다. 표적시장별로 차별화된 마케팅전략이 필요하다는 가정에 따라 마케팅 전략운영 측면에서 유용한 정보를 제공하였다. 또한 커피전문점 서비스품질 요소에 대한 중요도-성취도는 유의한 영향이 미칠 것이다라는 가설을 검증하기 위하여 대응표본 t-test와 중요도-성취도 분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 전반적 만족도와 재이용과 추천의도, 재이용과 추천의도의 관계는 유의한 영향이 미칠 것이다는 가설을 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 커피전문점 서비스품질요소의 중요도-성취도 차이 분석에서 유의한 차이를 보였고 이는 각 기대치가 다르다는 것을 실증적으로 보여 주었다. 또한 중요도-성취도 분석에 나타난 각분사변에 서비스품질 요소와 전반적 만족도와 관계에서 유의한 것과 유의하지 않은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통하여 어떤 서비스품질 요소에 역량을 집중하고 배분할 것인지에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있었다. 전반적 만족은 제이용과 추천의도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치므로 만족이 궁극적 목표가 되어야함을 알 수 있었으며 전반적 만족도, 재이용, 추천 의도는 긍정적 영향관계라는 선행연구결과를 재확인 할 수가 있었다. The purpose was to contribute substantially in terms of marketing strategic planning and implementation of coffee shops. Additionally, the target was set as the favorite coffee shops on the basis of the young people. Through the IPA Matrix, subdividion variable was derived and by using the variables in each quadrant, tested the variables that have significant effect on satisfaction, reuse, and recommendation intentions. The study results showed that there was a significant difference in the importance performance (IPA) difference analysis of coffee shop service quality elements and this proved that empirically, the expectations were different. Additionally, it was evident that there were statistically significant and not statistically significant elements in the relationship between service quality element and the overall satisfaction rate in each elements shown in the IPA. Through this, it was possible to provide the information on what service quality elements to focus and distribute. It was possible to understand that the ultimate goal should be satisfaction since the overall satisfaction positively affects the reuse and intention of recommendation and it was possible to re-confirm the previous studies which stated that overall satisfaction, reuse, and recommendation intentions have a positive influence.

핵심관광지 방문객 유형분석을 통한 인근지역 연계개발 : 강화도 중심

강화도라는 핵심 관광 목적지를 선택하는 관광객의 유형을 실증조사를 통해 분석하여 인접지역인 김포서 북부지역의 개발방향을 제시하려는데 본 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이들 관광객을 흡수하기 위해 공간적 연계를 어떻게 만들어 가야 할지가 본 논문의 연구과제 이었다. 이런 면에서 수도권 시민의 관광욕구를 충족시키고 수용하기 위해서는 핵심관광 지역을 방문하는 관광객에 대한 구체적인 분석 자료를 근거로 핵심 관광지 및 인근 연계지역 관광자원 개발 전략을 구상함으로써 차별화된 경쟁력을 도모할 수 있다. 강화도와 김포 서북부지역을 대상으로 관광자원의 분포와 접근성, 관광객 행태에 대한 연구를 통하여 지리적 공간요소의 중요성을 재발견 할 수 있다. 각 지역별로 지역의 관광자원 특성에 관한 실증적인 연구가 증가하고 있으며, 특히 지역단위의 미시적 연구가 증대하고 있는 시점에서 본 연구는 핵심관광 목적지인 강화도의 관광객 유형을 분석하여 인근지역인 김포서북부지역의 관광자원을 연계 개발시켜나갈 방안을 모색하려 한다. The purpose of this study is to explain the neighborhood region gimpo northwest area connection development make use of a core tourist area kanghwado of visitor behavior characteristics. this is a foundation data for research of kanghwado behavior characteristics. For this research, the description of the current study were as follows. First kanghwado revisitors of high potentialities visit gimpo northwest area. so its demanded same or different attraction development and make an target marketing from kanghwado revisitors. Second the gimpo northwest keep the accent on development history and experience education of housewives families. Third publicity board parking area and infrastructure is demanded on the 48th street. Forth Han river and Imjin river meeting point gimpo north area, each other kanghwado gimpo west put opposite Yeomha river there can see point the west sea. therefore we need waterside attraction.
