Recently, The needs for convenience of a driver are increased. One of the requirements of the user experience is the development of hands-free trunk module. This module can be operated by user kick when a user carry things or hold umbrella in rainy weather. In this paper, we suggest a hands-free trunk module based on kick recognition algorithm. Also we suggest a testing method for it. The suggested system uses two electrostatic capacitance sensors. The upper sensor is used to indicate user access, and the other sensor is used to recognize user kick. We also propose a testing method for hands-free trunk module using image processing.

In this paper, we classified and composed a set of driving scenarios based on the statistical results of the Traffic Accident Analysis System of the Road Traffic Authority. The driving environmental data and the relative distance between the vehicles were obtained using dSPACE’s ASM (Automotive Simulation Models) and Driving Simulator, respectively. At this time, the relative distance and relative speed were calculated using the position, speed, and acceleration of the autonomous vehicle and the of the surrounding vehicles. Since we need responses of driver or occupant to determine whether autonomous vehicle is appropriate or not, we created an input signal called ‘Trigger Signal’. The driver or occupant trigger it only for inappropriate driving situation of each scenarios. With this experimental data, we built MLP (Multilayer Perceptron) based on MATLAB and collected environmental/vehicle data and triggered signal were dealt with input/output for training MLP, respectively. Then the output of MLP is quantitatively considered as driving suitability index to visualize how driving situation is appropriate or not. With this designed index, it can be used for designing threshold of controllers in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System)/AV (Automated Vehicle) systems to consider various drivers’ acceptances.

There is a way to reduce energy use by reducing energy use and optimizing efficiency by reducing energy usage. There is a way to increase new renewable energy generation by increasing the renewable energy generation. There is also a way to economically cut emissions of greenhouse gases through the emission trading. In these three ways, we want to study how to improve power energy efficiently by improving power factor in terms of demand management.

This study critically observes the problems associated with the cash flows in international construction projects by analyzing its structures in lieu of the conditions of contract of the project and further studing the possibilities and prerequisite conditions for developing a mathematical model and heuristic procedures for its optimization We reviewed the relevant clauses in the Conditions of Contract for Works of Civil Engineering Construction of FIDIC 4th Edition, 1987 and recommended the several measures to be taken by the Contractors to improve its project cash flow, which include minimization of lead time in various payments such as interim payment, advance payment, final payment and substitution of retention money by bonds or securities. We further reviewed the existing project scheduling problems with an attempt to define the possibilities and requirements to be considered for Project Cash Flow optimization for Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problems with Multiple Crashable Modes(RCPSPMCM) and the followings are the results: 1. The optimization of Project Cash Flow for RCPSPMCM is possible if the heuristic procedures for finding exact solution be developed. 2. The model would require mathematical definition for various variables and factors affecting project cash flow in real situation 3. The factors to be considered should include various precedence relations among activities, changes in execution costs and resources as activity start time varies, duration, periodical cash flow changes and its segmentation, lead time and conditions for interim payment, advance payment, retention money, bonus and liqidated damages.
