중소기업의 품질혁신활성화 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 중소기업에서 품질혁신활동을 추진할 때 정부와 모기업차원에서 지원이 가능한 요소들에 대해 Kano가 제시한 방법의 설문을 활용하여 조사하였다. 이 조사 결과를 Kano 분석과 함께 Timko가 제시한 고객만족계수를 활용하여 분석하여 품질혁신활동을 지원하는 정부와 모기업, 그리고 추진의 주체인 기업 등에 작용하는 매력적 요인과 일원적 요인, 당연적 요인 등을 밝히고자 하였다.

In 1999, Six Sigma was introduced into Korea and after that it had general influence on company-wide management system. Quality Circles apply the various quality problem solving techniques such as QC 7 Tool, New QC 7 Tool, and statistical methods to rationalization, improvement in the shop floor. This paper empirically investigates the effects of Six Sigma on Quality Circles by analyzing the difference of problem solving technique's use. The number of teams employed in this study is 342, which participate in National Quality Circles Contest from 1997 to 2002 in Korea.

The construction of smart factories for government SMEs is not easy due to the lack of professional manpower. The use of retired professionals is a way to solve the problem to some extent and to solve the job problem of seniors by effectively utilizing social assets. This study examines the effectiveness of using Meister based on a survey of 195 companies participating in the Smart Meister Support Program. As a result, the better pre-participation readiness and the better management and coordination of change during the participation, the more significant influence was on Meister’s ability development and corporate performance. In particular, it was confirmed that Meister’s competence plays a role in both ‘pre-participation readiness and business performance’ and ‘between change management during participation and business performance’. In order to improve the performance of the smart meister business in the future, it is necessary to proactively promote the purpose and purpose of the business targeting companies that wish to participate in the business. In addition, it was found that it is necessary to support the development of change management in order to minimize the resistance to innovation during the project. It will be possible to enhance social competitiveness by resolving senior jobs and strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs by discovering and utilizing Meister, who is an expert among retirees.

대중소기업 상생협력의 성과제고 요인에 관한 연구

This study was conducted through structural modeling to find out the factors that have a significant effect on the process of linking industrial innovation movement to management performance that is being promoted in the level of win-win cooperation between large and SMEs. The research variables were divided into participating company, consultant, and headquarters. The results show that the order of influencing the success of the industrial innovation movement is the participating company factor, the consultant factor, and the headquarter factor. Therefore, in order to develop a successful industrial innovation movement, it is necessary to positively prepare measures to attract active participation of SME members. Second, it is necessary to acquire and input a consultant with competence to be able to derive actual achievements through production innovation in participating companies. Third, the headquarters should actively promote the vision including the necessity for industrial innovation, and systematically approach and support for motivation and benchmarking.

스마트 마이스터 지원과 정부지원이 스마트공장 추진 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 : 흡수역량의 매개효과를 중심으로

Purpose For companies supported by Smart Meister, it is verified whether the capabilities of dispatched Meisters and government-level policy support are linked to corporate performance and, in particular, whether the company's absorption capacity affects the corporate performance of smart factory builders. Methods Hierarchical regression analysis was performed to test the established hypothesis, and SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical processing of data for empirical analysis. Results Meister's competency and government support have a significant effect on the performance and absorption capacity of smart factory construction companies, and it is analyzed that absorption capacity has a mediating effect between Meister capability and corporate performance, and between government support and corporate performance. Conclusion In order to effectively support the establishment of a smart factory, securing competent masters and government support policies suitable for the characteristics of the company are required.

The Industrial Innovation Movement, based on win-win cooperation with SMEs, is a structure that enables suppliers who have struggled with corporate growth through productivity innovation due to poor manufacturing environment and lack of innovation. To this end, consultants and technical experts will support production innovation activities to improve production methods and improve productivity through process and management consulting. The purpose of this study was to explore the driving factors of the industrial innovation movement to improve the corporate ecosystem by improving the productivity of SMEs using modified IPA. The research results are as follows. First, in order to revitalize the Industrial Innovation Movement, the CEO-related elements of the participating companies should be maintained and strengthened. The motivation, education support, innovation organizational culture, the establishment of an innovation promotion system requires centralization of efforts for improvement. Second, in order to revitalize the Industrial Innovation Movement, the consultant's ability to analyze problems and suggest alternatives should be continuously strengthened. Third, in terms of the Central Promotion Headquarters, it was found that the Industrial Innovation Movement would be successful if the public information, industrial inspection for benchmarking, and provision of various information to support innovation activities were urgently improved.

소기업의 혁신추진 성과 제고를 위한 정부지원의 조절효과에 관한 연구

Purpose This study examines the impact of three innovation drivers on innovation performance of small manufacturers with less than 50 employees, and examines how the government-sponsored factors to support innovation of small firms regulate the impact between innovation drivers and innovation performance. Methods I looked at An empirical analysis using SPSS 23.0 was conducted on the basis of the survey results collected from 601 companies, which were among the companies participating in the industrial innovation movements, and hierarchical regression analysis was applied. Results The research results are as follows. First, the three innovation driving factors of a company were found to have a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Second, the government support factor showed a moderating effect on the relationship between the factors related to the innovation promotion company and the financial performance of the innovation activity, but did not show a moderating effect between the factors related to the innovation promotion company and the non-financial performance of the innovation activity. Conclusion It is important for the CEOs, employees, and system elements of innovation companies to play a positive role in order to improve the performance of innovations promoted by small firms. It was confirmed that preemptive provision would be effective in enhancing innovation performance.

기계업종 중소기업의 생산성향상을 위한 외적지원효과에 관한 연구

It is also difficult for SMEs to pursue their own innovation activities due to their limited resources and capabilities. There are various government support policies for small and medium enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of the nation by improving sustainability management based on productivity improvement of SMEs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that are important for the external support by the government and the related organizations in the machinery industry participating in the industrial innovation movement and identify the appropriate measures within and outside the organization. The results of this study are as follows: First, the higher the innovation commitment quality of the SMEs in the machinery industry, the more positive the non - financial performance. Second, the higher the quality of support from the headquarter, which has comprehensive responsibility for external support, the more positive the non - financial performance of participating companies. Third, it was concluded that the role quality of the consultant did not significantly affect the non - financial performance of participating companies in the machinery industry. Fourth, as the financial performance of the firm is better, the financial performance is also positively improved.
