        섬모체 신경조직과 동시 배양된 단순포진바이러스의 축삭이동

        Purpose: To investigate the replication of HSV within cultured cell and axonal transport of HSV within the axon of the ciliary nerve following the injection of HSV into a cultured ciliary nerve. Methods: The explant of the ciliary nerve was cultured with a medium containing nerve growth factor for 30 days when the suspension of HSV-1 (Kos strain) was introduced into the culture dish to co-culture with the ciliary nerve. The ciliary nerve was examined with transmission electron microscopy 30 days after culture and 6 days after co-culture with HSV. Results: The ultrastructure of the explant of the ciliary nerve co-cultured with HSV showed that the viral capsid acquired a viral envelope and viral core, and a capsid and inclusion body within the nucleus. The enveloped virus was scattered within the vesicles of the cytoplasm. The virus-like particles were identified at the axonal fibers. Conclusions: The co-culture of the explant of the ciliary nerve and HSV showed the replicative process of the HSV within the cultured cell. The virus-like particles within the axon showed the evidence axonal transport of the virus under culture conditions.

        한국재래산양의 정액성상에 관한 연구

        This experiment was carried out to clarify the seasonal changes in general characteristics such as semen volume, sperm concentration, sperm motility, sperm abnormality and pH of the semen collected from Korean native goats by the method of electrostimulation. The results obtained in this experiment were as follows: 1. Semen volume per ejaculation was increased with decreasing daylight and the reverse was true fur the incensing daylight; average semen volume per ejaculation of November, December and January was 0.95㎖ and that of July, August and September was 0.50㎖. Significant difference (P$lt;0.05) between those two volumes was observed: 2. Seasonal changes in sperm concentration was reciprocal to those of semen volume. Average sperm concentration of July, August and September was 16.02×10^8/㎖, and that of November, December and January was 9.86×10^8/㎖ and there was also significant difference (P$lt;0.05) between those two concentration. 3. Sperm motility was changed in parallel with the variation of semen volume per ejaculation; average sperm motility of November, December and January was 83.30 and that of July, August and September was 55.10 as motility index, and significant difference (P$gt;0.05) between those two values was observed. 4. Sperm abnormality was also changed in parallel with semen volume; average percentages of abnormal spermatozoa during November, December and January were higher than those of the other months. 5. The pH of ejaculated semen was ranged from 6.80 to 7.20 throught the year and no remarkable variation acording to season was observed. 6. Significantly high (P$lt;0.01) negative correlations between semen volume and sperm concentration, sperm concentration and sperm motility, sperm concentration and sperm abnormality was observed. And there was also positive correlation between semen volume and sperm motility, semen volume and sperm abnormality, semen volume and pH, and sperm motility and pH. 7. It was clarified by those results that the reproductive activity of Korean native goat was activated by the increasing daylight began from November to January in Korea.

        국내 고층 주상복합 건물의 구조적 특성에 관한 조사 연구

        Recently, the interest in a complex building increases rapidly in Korea. High-rise complex is not simply the combination of a residential apartment and a business office as previous but a building with the object of the convenience of the residents familiar with city-life style through adapting the high class life style and new residential culture to the business space, and the efficiency in using the limited building site in the town. This study presents an exploratory analysis focusing the structural system with the help of the extensive survey of the construction site in Korea, and aims a guideline for the structural design and construction of high rise complex. Through the survey, change and development in the design and the construction can be seen as the height and size of the complex grow. It is almost indispensable to design a structural system against lateral forces like earthquake or wind, which is usually measured by story drift ratio or story displacement. Improvement of the structural materials and their usages is also included for the efficiency of the structural system. Useful slab-beam system contributing to the decrease of the story height is still a concern.

      • PRT 차량용 수직이송장치의 개발을 위한 구조강도 평가

        본 논문에서는 PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) 차량의 수직이송을 위한 장치를 개발하는 과정에서 수행된 주요 구조물의 정적 구조적 안전성 평가 결과를 다룬다. 지금까지 노선상에서 승객이 탑승한 상태에서 운영중인 차량의 수직이송에 대한 연구는 전무하며, 이는 기존의 2 차원 적인 교통운영 체계의 한계를 극복하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 특히, 본 연구에서 제안된 수직이송장치는 순환컨베이어 방식으로 연속 이송이 가능해서 통행량이 많은 지역에도 적용이 가능하다. 본 시스템이 물류분야에서 많이 사용되어 왔지만, 수직이동 시 차량의 무게에 의한 하중은 일반적인 물류의 수송과는 다르게 집중하중 형태로 컨베이어에 가해지기 때문에 이에 대한 구조적 안정성 평가는 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 상용 유한요소 해석 프로그램인 $Ansys^{(R)}$를 이용해서 수직이송 장치의 기본 설계(안)의 구조적 안정성을 수치해석적 방법에 의해 평가하고자 한다. This paper presents numerical results of static structural stability analysis in development of a vertical transfer device of a PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) vehicle. The vertical transfer of a fully occupied vehicle operating on a road network is the first attempt, which is expected to contribute to overcome the limitations of conventional 2-dimensional operation mode. In particular, the vertical transfer apparatus designed based on vertical circulating conveyors is capable of continuous transfer without time delay so that it enables to accommodate a high traffic density. This system has been frequently used in a logistics field; however, it is essential to assess a structural integrity because an external force by a vehicle weight is exerted on the conveyors in the form of a concentrated load unlike a conventional logistic transport. In this study, prior to the production process, the structural performance of the pilot design in an early stage is numerically evaluated using the commercial finite element method (FEM) solver (i.e., $Ansys^{(R)}$).

        LG전자 프라다폰의 성공사례

        본 연구는 쵸콜릿폰에 이어 프라다폰의 출시를 통해 LG전자 MC사업본부가 세계시장에서 Top 3에 올라서게 된 성공사례를 분석하였다. 특히 세계적인 명품 패션브랜드인 프라다와 제휴를 통해 명품 휴대폰시장에서 사상 최고의 성과를 보인 프라다폰(Prada Phone by LG)의 성공요인을 조명하고, 이를 통해 스마트폰 시대에 LG전자가 다시 휴대폰 명가로 부활하기 위한 시사점을 찾는데 연구목적이 있다. 연구 결과 프라다폰의 성공요인은 브랜드 제휴로 인한 성과 이외에 LG전자의 차별화된 명품 마케팅의 노력이 있었다. 명품 시장을 선도하기 위해 기획단계에서 시장 세분화와 목표시장의 설정, 그리고 포지셔닝 측면에서 차별화된 마케팅전략을 수립하였다. 판매단계에서는 가격 정책의 변화를 기하였고, 시장점유율과 브랜드 인지도가 저조했지만 전략시장인 유럽을 우선 타깃으로 설정하고 공략하였다. 또한 휴대폰 제조업체가 일반적으로 취하는 프로모션 전략을 사용하지 않고 패션 명품회사의 마케팅 전략을 잘 활용하였고, 세계 최초로 풀터치라는 최신 하이테크 기술을 적용하여 제품화한 부분이 주된 성공 요인으로 나타났다. In this paper, we examined why LG Electronics ranked in global top 3 market share through the launch of Chocolate phone and Prada phone. Especially, to find out how ``Prada Phone by LG`` could be a success by co-branding with high fashioned Prada company in the premium handset market world-wide and to give implication to become top tier market share in Smartphone era. We found some evidences that the factors of success of Prada phone was not merely in co- brand strategy effects with Prada company, but also in differentiated luxury marketing strategies and efforts by LG Electronics with well established STP strategy and marketing 4P mixes. In case of price differentiation, LG Electronics maintain same price policy during 2007 from its launch in March. For the place strategy, even though LG`s brand premium was very low in western Europe, LG decided to launch first in Europe and not in other regions which has better market performance like USA, Latin America. TV commercial, which is necessary in premium handset promotion was never used for the launch of Prada phone. Full touch color display with 3 inches large display based on LG`s High technology was enabled in Prada phone as world first in the market.
